Staff name Pablo, his services very rude to customers. He put my order in a small paper bag, I asked him to put it in a box but he give me a very bad attitude say why don?t him before you order. Keep arguing with me, what kind of service?? Rude, Rude, rude. I need to complain to his boss and he says go ahead.He really don?t care!!! Wow Never go back there
I will not be coming here again. The man did not wear a mask when attending me, 09:35 p.m. 12/02/2020. Very different to the other people I?ve encountered running the shop. He was very rude, loud voice, loud music, and would rush me to pick my donuts. As soon as I got there, he began mopping and then served my donuts. I am very disappointed, not in the owners as they are nice, but in this guy. 09:35 p.m. 12/02/2020 If I see him again I will not buy from here. Very dissatisfied.
Nice little donut shop. Really friendly and family owned. Good variety of fresh donuts and coffee. They also have some sandwiches. They are also a lucky Latto store. The wall behind the cashier has rows of latto scratchers. They've had lots of winners.
Place is speedier than the Svalbard Global Seed Vault! Especially at night with the bad crowd hanging out right outside the front door... As far as the donuts go well, a donut shop is a donut shop is a donut shop.. I think even Homer would stay away from this place... And that's saying something
Most people don't come here for the donuts. I grew up in a city nearby and was always in this part of the hood with friends from El Monte, so this place has been around and known of for years. Yes it's a donut shop but this place is known for its lottery. They sell tons of winning tickets, from scratchers to lotto tickets. Walking into this place it is full of winning tickets all over the walls (They display them). Winnings range anywhere from one dollar to thousand of dollars. I don't know what it is ab
My only real gripe about this place is people just sit down, hang out and play the lottery all day. I always have to get my food and move along since their is never any place to sit. It could be a little cleaner inside as well but kinda hard to do when it is packed all day so I let that slide unfortunately.
Terrible place. Bunch of drunk guys loitering aroud smells like piss. And the lady is rude. Went to cash in a $15 ticket and she would not give me cash for it. Instead she gave me $15 worth of lottery tickets even though I kept telling her I didn't want tickets I wanted my money. I will never go back.
The owners son is very unprofessional after a customer had asked to exchange money he crumbled up the money and threw it at him proceeding to call him stupid stay away from this spot

I'm sorry to say these words but I hate this store it's uninviting Riff Raff everywhere yeah I said it and I'm from this town and I steer clear from this place as much as possible sad to see that there's a good pizza place next door to it the owner should really think about getting rid of the problems
