Best doughnuts in the Greeley area. Kolaches are high recommended. Might need to go early to get them on the weekend. Even have jalapeno kolaches. The bread is so good! Enjoy them with mustard. Anyway, there is a great variety of fresh doughnuts. Bottled milk, juices and drip coffee are also available. Friendly staff. Clean, renovated space to eat your doughnuts there or take them on the go.

We found this wonderful donut factory shop a few months ago and absolutely love it.

I walk in and say good morning! Always get great service. Maybe it's because of that, or they see I'm a jolly fat man who just needs something sweeeeeeeeet in my life ?? love this place.

This place was a little different. When we walked in, nobody greeted us, in fact, we didn?t see anybody, and questioned if it was open. The menu board was hard to understand. We placed our order, we?re rang out, given our total, and the lady threw the box on the counter and walked away. The donuts were decent. They were really sweet, almost overly sweet, but they were super moist. I probably won?t return but the donuts were ok.

This used to be our favorite place for donuts!! That?s until the EXTREMELY RUDE lady who either owns the joint or just works there, starts going off on me and my two small children!! Because my son changed his mind at the last moment and it made her mad?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! We will NEVER come back here again. EVER.

So I was wanting Dunkin doughnuts and after looking it up in Google it gave this Place without even telling me it was a different place if business like it was no big deal thanks Google. I bought a dozen doughnuts anyway because I thought I would give them a try. I noticed when I brought them home the bottom of the box was soaked with oil I ate three different ones and they are hands down the Worst doughnuts I have ever eaten EVER!!! Will throw out the rest.

Absolutely the BEST donuts... they're so soft and melt in your mouth. Our oldest wanted donuts for his birthday instead of a cake and we knew exactly where we were ordering them. Completely our fault in planning but we needed to pickup earlier than we said... I'm sure it was a big disruption but staff were so accommodating and filled our order early. We can't thank them enough and are very thankful for that kindness! 10/10 would recommend ^_^

The best donuts! Way better and fresher than Winchells and Dunkin! They may not have as many fancy flavors, but they have all the classics with a few thrown in the mix! Perfect for homemade fresh donuts! Freshness trumps variety anytime! Can't have a good variety with terrible manufactured donuts! Yes, they are closed on Mondays, but it's because they are a husband and wife running the stop alone! They need some time off too! I wouldn't want any other donut from now on!

There was not very many donuts. The selections were very pouring. I don't think the could handle big groups.

The best donuts in town by far! Always fresh. The smell is just amazing when you walk in. The lady who runs the shop is super friendly and she's always there, I don't even think she takes vacations ?? All jokes aside, you can tell she really cares and it comes through in her food, in her always clean shop, and in her friendly atmosphere. I can't recommend Donut Factory enough!

Some of the best Donuts I've ever had! My Donut of choice is the maple glazed. The owners are so kind, they ran out of maple and made a fresh batch just for us! Great Donuts and excellent customer service!

I love this place! The donuts are amazing and made in house. Ever since they opened I refuse to go anywhere else for donuts. It's the perfect amount of dough and sweetness. My family loves them too. Best mom and pop donut shop around. Fresh, classic style donuts just like they used to be (GenX). They have made the donuts on order (color and type) for 3 birthday parties for my kids. Best donuts in town by a long shot!! Their prices do reflect this and I gladly pay a little bit more for such a high quality experience. The lady in the morning is very nice as well even though you can tell she is very busy. This is a small family business and I am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.

Went here recently, and the donuts were okay, but the service was not. My daughter, 2, came in with a huge smile and lots of love, but the lady who greeted us didn't even say a word until she rang us up. I'm just glad the worker didn't stamp out my daughter's joy. Will not be back, I grew up with a small mom and pop donut shop where people actually wanted to work there and enjoyed seeing customers.

Strange experience. The menu board was a little hard to understand so we asked the lady about... She was even harder to understand. I put two and two together, ended up with 5 and a box of overpriced, over hyped donuts. She didn't seem in a good mood either. It was just, awkward as hell. Will not be going back. I ordered two caramel machiatos and the server had them ready in 30 seconds. I couldn't believe it. I tasted it, and it was the poor quality syrup you would get at 7/11. No coffee in it. The doughnuts were generic. If you enjoy gas stations,go there instead, it'll be cheaper. The place is bland, empty, and no aesthetic.

This place was outstanding! Really wish I had visited sooner. Great selection, and really good prices. The donuts are very light and airy. Had a strawberry icing that actually tasted like strawberry, not just sugar. The little lady behind the counter was very kind and adorable.

I just visited and can understand why the place was empty. I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts (3 glazed and 3 cake) each said the 1/2 dozen was $6.99. Charged me $7.99 and then argued with me about it. ~$3 coffee was horrendous. Donuts were alright. Won't be revisiting.

Consistently great donuts! We live in the mountains where there is a criminal lack of good donuts. We come to Greeley a couple times a year for family visits and we look forward to visiting the Donut Factory for months in advance. I try donuts all over the state and region and these are my favorite.

OMG! Loved it! I dont buy donuts often. Owner is super friendly. Fresh donuts. They also have a variety of breakfast sandwiches and decent coffee. While I was paying the owner grabbed a glazed donut that just came out of the kitchen and said " You gotta try these!" It was still warm and it was so delish. Go there if you want good donuts for sure. 5am to 4pm

Only place in Colorado I've ever seen have kolaches. After living in Houston so long you have to have kolaches it's a normal breakfast down there. And they taste great will definitely be back. Glad I finally decided to stop in.

The asian woman that works there put my donuts in a paper bag, when asked for a small box, she refused to put them in a box and when I got home my donutes where all melted together. I wasn't very happy. Also they need to produce more donuts for the day. So they dont run out so fast. Was not very happy with her !!!!!

I went there on a week day morning. The woman behind the counter was nice and I didn't have to wait in line. I ordered 2 donuts and an eclaire. Everything beside the old fashion donut was very disappointing. The eclaire was only filled on two ends which left you with a middle of just donut and chocolate sauce.
