A Truly Sweet Experience at Donuts & Cup! My recent visit to Donuts & Cup was absolutely delightful, and I can confidently say it's quickly become a new favorite! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest staff, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like stepping into a family-run spot, where genuine hospitality is paramount. I popped in craving something sweet, and their donuts did not disappoint ? they were incredibly fresh and easily some of the best I've ever had.
I went today and met the nicest lady! I was craving something sweet and ordered a few donuts. She was so kind and gave me some on the house! The donuts are very fresh and some of the best I?ve ever had!! I will definitely come back again. Thank you for making my day! ??????
I love this place! I don?t come too often, since I only come when visiting family near Rosenberg. But I wish I lived closer. The place is welcoming, good prices and GOOD kolaches and donuts. Hoping to come back soon :)

This donut shop might be the best donut shop in Houston. The donut here are absolutely amazing, and the kolaches are the best I've ever tried. The food is alot better and cheaper than their competitors. The service is very good and looks to be runned by a nice family. Please try this place.
Just went in to grab a quick bite and had the best experience! The woman working this morning was so sweet and even threw in an extra donut for us. For such a short interaction she made our entire day!
They are super nice, the donuts, kolaches were amazing, and they have frosted donut holes, and they threw in a couple of free bees to.
I love this place so much. There doughnuts are good, and there food options are top tier as well. My fave is the egg sandwiches.
Customer service: Great, I was greeted with a smile when I walked through the door. She warmed my kolache without me asking. Food: my jalape?o kolache wasn?t spicy, and had very little cheese in it. The sausage tasted ok and the bread was soft and sweet. Their donut holes were pretty good, but had a bit of after taste from the grease. Their iced donuts are all the same flavor ?vanilla? that was disappointing. They have a lot of great beverages to choose from. All around a good experience.
Little bit pricey but THE BEST donuts in town. My favs are the Chappell Hill kolache, boudin Kolache, ham and cheese kolache, and the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I?m not a big fan of sweets for breakfast, but if you are, they have every variety and combination imaginable. Huge selection.
Awful customer service . The lady that greeted me was acting like there were several people in there and she had to rush me . I was the only customer , she rushed me and was not friendly . Donuts were sub par. And I cannot find a menu . Strange .
I went in to get donuts before my daughter's school. We have been coming here for years. One day on the way out my daughter dropped her donut on the floor so i grabbed it and showed the lady that she accidentally dropped the donut. We asked for another one as we threw it away and asked how much. I thought the lady said 2 cents, when i was leaving the lady started yelling at me that I'm leaving without paying and screaming at me that i didn't pay. Went in early this morning to pick up half a dozen of glazed donuts before work. Lady was very friendly and welcomed me in. I saw the guy in the back making the donuts fresh. Pretty good selection of donuts and looked to have lots of kolaches. I also got a blueberry donut for myself and it was just ok. Could?ve had more blueberry. Glazed donuts were good though! Seemed fresh even after a couple hours of sitting out. Not terribly expensive either
Not a great experience. I went In with my children and she made us feel completely rushed and like we were inconvenient. Then I?m choosing my donuts and she?s on her phone so I?m unsure she could hear me and she whips around and says ?I KNOW? Honestly not a great experience at all! My kids love going into a donut shop and selecting their donuts since it?s such a treat and we didn?t get that feeling at all. It was very unwelcoming.
These neighborhood donut shops are always hit and miss, but this one was especially bad. Kolache was practically empty; basically just a bun. The apple fritter was so burnt, it was inedible. You could literally snap it in half like crisp. Blueberry donut was fine. Terrible; just a waste of money.
The boudin kolaches are fantastic. The blueberry cake donuts are the best anywhere.

Whenever we get donuts from here (only when it?s too late to go all the way to Shipley?s), we regret it. They?re never good. Don?t feel fresh enough, and NEVER have enough or good chocolate on top. I?ve NEVER had a chocolate donut from this place that lived up to a decent expectation. Most of the time there?s barely enough choc on the thing to call it a choc donut. They don?t seem to improve at all.
Donuts and kolaches!! The donuts are always good and taste fresh. There is also a good selection to choose from. The kolaches are good as well and they always warm them for you. Not many donut shops in the area so I'm glad these are good.
Similar donuts you'll come across in this area, comparable to Snowflake Donuts. Nothing special about this place. On our last visit, the man getting our food accidentally gave us a boudin kolache instead of the ham we ordered. He refused to refund us stating we already bit it - how else are you supposed to find out the kolache was wrong? Anyway, the food quality lacks.
I stopped to get breakfast for the kids and the lady is sick and coughing in her hands while serving food. This is the second bad experience I?ve had there. I?m not going back.

They have hot drinks, both regular coffee types and the serve-yourself gourmet coffee options dispensed from a machine. And there?s a huge variety of cold drinks like orange juice, milk or chocolate drinks, soda, etc. There are several tables in the dining area for those who decide to eat there. The first time I went with my husband and everything run smoothly. Second time I went by myself and the check out lady were on the phone while she was helping me with my order. She was yelling on the phone. Finally when I was about to pay she had the nerve to ask me for a tip. Of course I said no. Might come back. But not happy
My daughter and I walk here from our neighborhood once a week, the lady at the front is so welcoming and so sweet.
Donuts are wonderful and I love the place, very clean and nice. I think people are over exaggerating on the customer service because when I went there everything was fine and I had a pleasant time. Highly recommend the place and will definitely go back alot
I miss the original owner....poor customer service in speaking to people . its been a while since I've been by due to illness now it's new people lady wasn't to friendly its not like she had a store full of people we were the only ones my grandson & I walked in saying good morning ; I wanted to get him donuts to start off his coming up birthday week ......but we stuck with donut holes instead. Sausage kolaches are very good. They have a slight sweetness but not so much that it takes like a dessert. Quick service and can use Apple/Android pay.
Menu board prices do not reflect prices at register. Monster cans listed at $2.50 each on menu board are charged at $4.09 each. Money grudgingly refunded after arguing that the upcharge was due to the color of the can. Mind you these were just sugar free regular energy drinks, not the coffee cans. Beyond that, I have never been charged so much money for kolaches and donuts either. $31 for 2 adults and 2 kids is outrageous. Definitely get your receipt here, folks.
Wonderful service and the lady that works there is so nice and sweet to me every time I go in ???? She even throws in a extra little filled donut sometimes and I tip. I love this donut shop
They are only tasty when fresh. After that not so good. Mornings are usually insane here and not worth the wait and kaoss in the parking lot. People use the words "best in town" to lightly. There are other options.
Donuts were OK , They definitely seem like they were made yesterday. The girl getting the donuts was definitely not listening what so ever she was just rushing i didnt even barely get a chance to look at the donuts.
The food seems always fresh, costumer service is good, but sometimes the flavor of their donuts isn't very good. Colaches are great and also their crossans.

Strawberry cream cheese croissant had very little filling. Jalape?o sausage kolache needed more jalape?o. The combo kolache tasted like it has seafood in it.

Filled bar (eclair) little cream on the outsides but no cream inside? Very weird. Will update review if I go back and it's a different experience.

When this place first opened, I was very pleased. Unfortunately, the current management does not know what they are doing. Poor service, unhelpful to customers, and rude.
