Donut Worry #3

It was after 2pm in the afternoon last week when I decided to stop by and get some donuts. I am so glad I did. I bought glazed, sugar twists and strawberry jelly. They were so fresh! I can?t tell you how disappointing it is to have a hankering for a donut only to bite into a stale one. Today unfortunately, they didn?t have any sugar twists or jelly filled. This is what I get for not stopping by yesterday. ??

I absolutely love this place! I treat myself & my nephew every Saturday - and I also gift clients a box of donuts regularly. (I own a cleaning business: Heart and Soul Cleaning in Fayetteville, GA.) I rated the atmosphere 4/5 stars only because I noticed the common areas needed a deep clean. Other than that, everything else is PERFECT!

This is a great donut shop! The donuts were fresh, and the young man who helped me was very friendly. I didn't try any of the speciality donuts this time, but I've had them in the past, and they've been delicious.

This is a cute shop to come get a sugary treat! I bought a half dozen and they were all delicious! I got the old fashioned, glaze, blueberry cake, cronut, maple and maple bacon. They all were super moist and not overly sweet. I'll definitely be coming again!

REVIEW UPDATE: I really dislike when business do this!! They have been closed for 3 days with a hand written sign on the door. UPDATE YOUR HOURS SO I DONT WASTE MY TIME COMING HERE!!!!!! It's basic respect for people and their time ?? This is a very clean and inviting shop. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant. Their red velvet donut is spot on! You can actually taste it and it's quite delicious. The noncake donuts were a little tough because we came around closing but all and all very good.

If you?re ever in the Fayetteville area and looking for delectable donuts, look no further. I stopped in this place literally 20 mins before closing and just got a glazed twist donut to satisfy my sweet tooth and it was nothing short of amazing. It was light, fluffy and melted in my mouth. I didnt realize that they were the same place that is in McDonough. I was driving all the way there when I am closer to Fayetteville. Now that I have found this location I am so excited. The donuts are A+++. So fresh and so good! This will be a problem that they are now closer. Their breakfast is good and its just an overall good quaint space for breakfast and sweet treats! A must try!

Saw this place as I was heading to my dentist appointment in Fayetteville. Fortunately it was the wrong day for my appointment so I stopped here for some coffee, donuts, and a breakfast sandwich. The food was everything I wanted but the coffee was a little weak. I will say my server was very helpful and polite. I would definitely return to try more donut flavors.

My 14 year old son immediately asked to go to this shop when I picked him up from school today because he asked his teacher where did she get her doughnut from. We went and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised..especially him. He thought that both doughnuts were AMAZING..the cinnamon twist was good but that chocolate crisp doughnut was a game changer. Knowledge of what you are selling is key to success in any business. The person behind the counter did not have any knowledge of tapioca balls/pearls. When it is on the menu board you need to know. Now I purchased some donuts and a boba. Now if she would have told me about not having or knowing that they did not have any tapioca I would have not completed my purchase. Again she did not even know what tapioca pearls were! Started out great and just did not finish!!!

Very happy with my order. Just what I wanted. The lady which was the baker was very sweet and made my day. My kids loved this special surprised! Thank you so much

Our Church places a large order each week for our Sunday services. Kim is super helpful in getting our order placed and ensuring they are ready for us each week! The staff are helpful in getting the donuts loaded in the car for us! Even despite equipment issues this week, they ensured our order was ready as we arrived! Not enough donuts at 11am, only few left before noon time because they never make enough not because they were busy. This is my second experience at the Fayetteville location #3. Both times I was there only one guy there and both times was so disappointed. He was polite but not enough donuts out but just one donut of few kinds left before noon time or before 4pm close time. If more stars were an option, this place deserves it. From the breakfast options, to the donuts that are better than any other place locally, topped off by excellent, friendly customer service. In the past, I?ve been here and the donuts were good but the customer service could have been better. Today, walked in and no one at the counter. Waited and still no one. I left and will not return. If someone there needs proof of this occurrence, this happened on 3/25 around 10:55.

Oh my God. This tiny little place is MIND BLOWING! I work next door. The jalape?o and sausage croissants are prefect for breakfast. Buttery flaky perfection. Followed by a strawberry cheese cake donut. Fresh strawberries too. I get both plus a drink for just over $6. This place will not disappoint.

Donuts are to Los Angeles what bagels are to NYC. This place is as close to that as it gets in the ATL. Granted, there are places serving great one's but paying 6.00 a piec isn't going to cut it. This place is good, priced reasonably and convenient.

I was waited on by a young guy who was super helpful. I have been coming here for a couple years now. The donuts here are delicious and always made fresh. They have quite a selection of different types. I also like that they are locally owned!

I love the variety of donuts they have to offer. Breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. Only complaint with the sausage in the sandwiches is not one that would taste fresh. Very processed. Same frozen rubbery sausage you would find at fast food places.

Yesterday was my first experience here and I have to say it was amazing. The old fashioned glazed donut I got was probably the best tasting donut I've ever had, no joke! I'm going back today to try something else. I grew up with Dunkin' but they're so expensive now I'm glad to find a good alternative!

this is just my experience today. i have never had this kind of issue at this place before. the donuts tasted like acrylic powder. i called to inform them but the two new workers there were sarcastic and rude. i asked to speak with the manager to which she says there is no manager position there. i told them i wasn't trying to be an a***** but that can be damaging and they should make the bakers aware of the problem. somebody else let them know these kids have no clue what kind of issue could come from this

My one star review is based on selection only! It?s a bit confusing how they priced their dozen of donuts! The ones with the filling is more money, yet there is a couple of donuts that don?t have a filling and they are under a specialty donuts!! Which to me makes no sense.

Donuts are great but the service was less than desired. I and another customer walked in at 3:03pm. Door was open. The girl behind the counter said "I'll help you but we're really closed. I pointed out that the time on Google said 4pm. She said, with an attitude that the time on the door said 3. I can't see the door until I get there. I drove there based on the info on Google. Update your information and keep the attitude.

Tried this place in a whim. I must say the chocolate cake donut is delicious! I alao tried the maple bacon and it's pretty good too. Place is very clean and they have a lot if different flavors. Will definitely visit again

Honestly one of the worst donuts I?ve ever had. Came in and was not greeted nicely. The strawberry donut had a peculiar taste and the dough was very bland.

Family owned donut shop with donuts made fresh every day! Maple bacon is great, cronuts, strawberry cheesecake and honestly everything else it?s so hard to choose just a few. Kolaches are perfect to grab for breakfast or lunch and they have sandwiches too. This place is kind of hidden so keep an eye out for the entrance before the Jones Pharmacy. Excellent alternative to Dunkin & Starbucks. Fayetteville Dunkin's service is horrible, the line is always absolutely ridiculous, they're always out of donuts and getting in and out of the parking lot is nearly impossible. Unfortunately, this establishment leaves a lot to he desired. From being closed from time to time during regular hours to not honoring gift cards if purchased prior to a change of command. Neither here nor there as I was instructed, I'll take my business to Peachtree City, that or drive to Sublime and forget patronizing this company all together.

They've got a lot of options and friendly staff. It's clean and sanitary. They also offer military discount. And to my surprise the don't just sell donuts but also breakfast and lunch sandwiches and they have a lot of drink choices such as Boba tea, iced frappes, iced coffee, etc.

I said hello did not get a greeting back and really didn't get any help with my order had figure things out for myself after reading billboard menu but another couple came in and was greeted with a Hello and was assisted in making their order. Even though I was first coming in. The donuts are like Dunkin Donuts nothing different. Will not be going back .

Tried to go today and had a terrible experience. I was the only person there and no one was at the register when I first arrived I said?Hi? to see if anyone might be in the back and as greeted with a huff and a jesus f?ing christ like it was an issue that I came. I asked for two boba teas the employee said no boba I said that?s okay I don?t need the tapioca balls and could I get just the tea she said no. Lol I?ve never had an experience like this at a place while trying to purchase something.
