I never leave reviews. This is my first time feeling like I needed to go out of my way to do so. I got to the Eastside location at 6AM and waited 15 minutes outside because no one was there. I called the phone number listed and it sent me to some lady who didn?t work at either location who was not helpful at all. Couldn?t even apologize for the inconvenience or reach out to the location. Just said, ?I don?t know what to tell you.?

We always know coming into the donut squad it is going to be a great experience. There are many different kinds and flavors. Each one is better than the next. Just face it who doesn't love a good donut. They are always fresh and prepared with love. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. When you want that sugary delicious treat this is the stop for you.

I recently visited Donut Squad, and it was a delightful experience! The donuts are freshly made, soft, and packed with flavor. Their creative variety?from classic glazed to unique flavors?keeps you coming back for more. The staff was friendly! Very friendly service. It was also one of my favorite donuts I ever tasted I tried the strawberry shortcake and it was delicious.

Come here if you want complete satisfaction. Ordered a variety of their specialty donuts and they were all amazing. I'd recommend their Twix, KitKat, M&M's or strawberry shortcake. Whatever you get, you'll be happy and will be back for more. The dough has the perfect amount of "fluff" to it so one donut doesn't feel like you're eating a whole lotta dough. Owners are extremely personable and are more than eager to help out with any questions.

The best donuts Ive found in Milwaukee! SO many fun flavors of donuts, but the standout feature of this place is the staff. SO knowledgeable and SO kind. I can?t wait to go back!

The donuts were colorful and beautifully displayed. The texture was very VERY dry. I enjoyed looking at them, more than eating them.

This was our first time here and Debbie was so amazing, she walked us through all the donut options and was super patient as we tried to choose! Donuts are the perfect balance of dough to frosting. I got the s?mores and loved the crunch on top! Delish! My husband went for the traditional Boston cream and it was great awesome as well. We even got a few extras to bring home with us! We will def be back.

Three things I have a problem with in regards to this experience number one the cashier tried to charge me too much for what I was purchasing number two as I was leaving the store. I noticed they had a deal where I could get three donuts for the Price I pay for two donuts in the cashier didn?t tell me about that I could?ve saved a little money and number three I found a piece of hair and one of my donuts take a look at the picture and see if it for yourself!

I wanted to try something new for National Donut Day and this place showed up on Google (opening before 7am). I got there just after 6am and ordered 4 dozen donuts to bring into work. The cashier even helped me bring the boxes to my car. My co-workers all asked where I got them from because of how amazing they were!

I was told that these were some of the best donuts around... and they absolutely are! Soft, pillowy and perfect flavor. The counter offers plenty of your standard traditional options like a plain glaze, Boston cream and others as well as creative flavors like peanut butter pie and strawberry shortcake. The woman who runs the place is one of the kindest people in the city and she REALLY knows her stuff with donuts! Stop by and spoil yourself, it's worth it!

Insanely good donuts with such fun flavors! They have a bunch that are candy/cookie/cereal-based and they?re to die for. It?s best to get an assortment of different flavors and then everyone can try a little bit of each one. The woman working there has always been so kind and patient (and I once saw her give treats to a sweet pup, which instantly made me love her and the store even more)! Highly recommend if you?re a donut fiend. Can?t go wrong.

Great donuts, they are fresh and amazing. Would recommend Boston Cream, KitKat, Peanut Butter, and Strawberry Shortcake. There is no place to sit.

I am not usually a donut person but these are super soft and moist! Not only are the toppings beautiful and fun but the donut itself stands on its own as a great donut. They are also super friendly. We often walk here from our place. Recommend checking then out!

Absolutely amazing donuts! Whether it be a specialty donut with candy or cereal, or a tradition glazed donut, you will be impressed. Definitely worth stopping in. However, I would recommend coming in early (between 6 - 8am) if you want a decent verity to choose from. They do sell out quick!

Went to donut squad and had the best experience! The woman at the counter was so friendly and offered to make me two fresh Oreo doughnuts even though they were out of them in the display case. Really above and beyond! Wonderful service.

Called at noon to place an order for 3 dozen mixed donuts to be picked up at 630 am the next day. Donuts were packed and ready to go at pickup, and service was friendly. Donuts were AMAZING. Out of 36 donuts, there were at least 12 different kinds including various cereals and candy bars. For someone who has lived in Florida, Arizona, Iowa, Illinois and now Wisconsin......these are the best donuts I?ve had anywhere. Owners are very kind people, I visited the shop around 9:40am on a Thursday morning. Was shocked to see the variety of donuts offered, all with different specialty twists too them from KitKat bars to fruity pebbles. 10/10, give this place a try!

What a great experience today!!!....started the new year right.....Moe is very personable and was willing to accommodate us even after he sold out for the day! The donuts were fresh, warm and delicious. Coffee was perfect.....couldn't have asked for a better experience... thanks for everything Moe! You and your shop are going places.

Love this place! The donuts are fantastic and the owner is super nice. The cookie dough donut is probably my favorite donut ever. The peanut butter and jelly and the Nutella ones are also top notch. Really, I haven't had a bad donut from there. Sometimes they sell out early, so if you want a particular one, get there early! And don't forget to start a stamp card!

Visiting Milwaukee for the night and came across good reviews for Donut Squad so figured I would give it a try. Owner, Moe, was very friendly and walked me through their selections. Donuts were great and kids loved the variety. Can?t recommend enough.

The storefront is kind of small, more than 5 people or so will make it feel cramped, but the donuts are so good! All the crazy flavors to choose from are the best! Personal fave: Fruity Pebbles donut.

I came here twice and both times the donuts were above/met expectations - unique, fresh, frosting stayed on the stacked donuts during travel, and easy to cut if people want to sample. This was the perfect comfort food for a family member recovering from surgery!

Drove from Greenfield to buy a few dozen donuts for my workers on a Saturday, website and Google says open till 1pm. Get here at 1245 and long gone, donuts pulled and all lights off. Unprofessional companies like this that waste my time, just lost a long time customer for life. I will never come back.

Most creative and unique donut spot in Milwaukee. They are always fresh, you receive fast and friendly service. I haven't tried the coffee they offer but my opinion wouldn't matter with that because, I don't drink coffee.

Owners are really awesome and kind people. People don't realize that you are paying a bit more because the donuts are THAT MUCH BETTER and it's worth every single cent. We go at least twice a week and have never had a bad experience since they opened over 6 months ago.

Good donuts. Good Collective coffee. Nice little hole in the wall with reasonable prices and a good selection of traditional and special donuts. The only thing was I thought the donuts were not super fresh, but I also came later in the day. Good local business that I hope lasts forever.

Not your run of the mill donut shop. Very interesting flavors that make it hard to just choose one. I went in to pick up 2 and walked out with half dozen. Couple that with the extremely friendly owner who was very happy to explain all the choices and this was a top notch experience.

Donuts were pretty good. The texture of the cake was great, but the shop was so hot inside that all the icing was melted and runny. I lost half of my icing to the inside of the bag they gave them to me in.

Donuts are always tasty and fun for the kids. Coffee is good and strong for a mom of 4 like me! Always will recommend but go early because they do sell quick!

This place is great. My wife, son and I all loved it. The young man working was very friendly and helpful describing each flavor of doughnut they had, it was close to closing time so he threw a couple extra in the box cause when they're out of product they close for the day.

Had the most delicious mint donut ever! Didn't taste doughy or oily. You tasted the toppings and the donut. It came together well. Will need a hike to burn the calories, yet worth every bite!!!

Kind of an odd place. Low on doughnuts despite coming in at 7:30 a.m. (only 1.5 hours after they opened), didn't serve real coffee (think attempting to make/serve Folgers-type coffee for a doughnut shop), and the only creamer was a small basically empty shaker canister of Coffeemate powdered creamer. Best donuts in Milwaukee! The most gourmet and diverse selection of donuts you can find and two great hard working gentleman behind the counter. My favorites are the puppy chow, butterfingers, and S'mores.

Besides for the fact that they are just starting out and you can tell done small tweeks need to be made, this place seems amazing. I had the fruity pebbles dounght. The doughnut wad soft and fresh, the flavor was great and not so over whelming as to make you teeth hurt. (I've had had some doughnut that do so.) I wad not outraged buy the price. It seems like a great place to stop for a treat. I hope they keep doing well.

I really wanted to love this place. Fun toppings, unique spins on donuts. But ultimately, if the donut is dry and lackluster...it falls short. 5 for eye appeal. 5 creativity. 3 for execution.

Pre-order for custom doughnuts was nice and ready to go. It?s my fault for not knowing about the ?call way way ahead of time? so they can go purchase supplies, so I ended up giving what they give anyone else. The doughnuts they serve are definitely good enough for my party. Thank you guys.

At first i glance i thought the donuts were gimicky and expensive but i ended up trying them anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The donuts are bigger than usual and they have a light almost velvetty texture. I ate 2 in a row and did not feel bad at all about it. Donut squad is to donuts as kopps is to ice cream.

Exotic donuts for sure. Definitely better tasting than DD but not Krispy Kreme. This place specializes in unique toppings but have a pretty good tasting base donut. A few booths but mainly takeout

So happy you are in my area. Told my brother about them and he doesn't live near here and gets donuts to take to friends. The Baviarien (sp) cream is unbelievable. Small shop and note all varieties may be available but all are delicious.

The woman working this morning was so sweet and nice! and the donuts were soooo good ?? they slap so hard and taste so good they are so soft and sweet and definitely some cool combinations for donuts!!

Regardless of the type of doughnut you might want the quality of their dough is totally on point. Really appreciate the TLC they've put in which you can taste from the first bite to the last one. Highly recommend this place if you love doughnuts....squad up!

The donuts were clearly a day old and covered in stale cereal, the cherry frosting tasted like cheap cough syrup... I had read so many good reviews on this place, I was really disappointed.

Donuts are awesome, well worth the trip back. The sign said open but the door was locked. I went back and they made it right and worth the trip back. I must have missed their sign they posted that said "back in a minute"
