The owner is the sweetest lady with a nice welcoming demeanor. The donuts are fresh and taste great . There is a huge variety that would suit every taste . From sweet , cream filled , frosted , glazed , fruity , double chocolate to their signature hoho that resembles a hostess cupcake . Coffee is fine but f you like it light . They can make the place for functional with smaller tables and different chairs but they are focusing on the donuts which is fine by me . Most staff at many establishments I?ve visite

If you opened a donut scene in the middle of a desert, a city would form around it. Any donut / cookie you have ever had anywhere, they make it twice as good. I purchased 4 apple fritters. The one that I ate was soooo greasy that it almost made me sick. It was literally saturated in what tasted like old oil. The other three were not saturated but had a very slight after taste of oil. I'm not a fan. Maybe this was a one-off, I dont know.

I used to come here all the time when the donuts and staff were enjoyable. They are now dry on the inside greasy and wet on outside. Next the staff. The lady with brown hair always has a ?stink? face when talking to you. I miss the old days.

Worst experience i have ever had at a donut shop. I have Been coming here for over 30 years, used to be so fresh and good. The last three visits (varying times from early morning to late afternoon) donuts have been dry and taste like they are a day old. I even asked if they were just made and fresh and told yes. They have been so bad they get thrown out. The single best donut experience in town. My wife and I were looking for a local donut shop after we moved, and we found our mecca. It was fantastic. The cinnamon roll donut was legendary. I am so happy.

This place makes their own donuts unlike other places we know about. And they have really cool round swirly chairs. Come here for a nice cup of tea and delicious donuts. And they are open 24 hours. I love that about this place. We need more places like this.

I ordered Donut Scene for family from out of town and did not receive the correct donuts! I had ordered sour cream donuts and didn?t receive them. I called Donut Scene and they refused to help me. I will NEVER order from Donut Scene again as their workers don?t know how to correctly put donuts into a box.

The lady behind the counter who helped me and my son today was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The donuts were fresh and delicious. I'm picky about apple fritters- not only was it excellent, but the lady asked if I would prefer a softer or crunchier fritter! (Crunchy fritters all the way) We don't normally visit this part of town, but we would definitely make the trek back for an occasional treat from this place.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Order was all messed up. Muffins were raw inside, 1 of them had a hair coming out of it, I didn't order a jelly donut. The only thing that was okay was the cherry cake donut.

We had donuts delivered so I don't know how to rate atmosphere, but atmosphere has to be great at a place that makes such amazing donuts. We had filled blueberry, strawberry, lemon, apple and custard. First the donuts are fresh and good amount of really tasty fillings. We also got cruellers that were incredible. Fresh, tasty and all to die for. If you haven't tried this lace, you don't know what your missing. Definitely recommend this donut shop.

Donuts and cookies were good. This is the type of place where 80 year old men hang out everyday and drink coffee. Very outdated inside. Unorganized and the staff wasn't friendly.

I was so happy to find this donut shop. They are open 24 hrs a day. The sour cream donut is the best I have ever had. The cherry donut was so good too. I also had the chocolate cream which is a round chocolate cream stick. I have had donuts in my 50+ years but they really are THE BEST. I don?t give many reviews, but I had to share this experience. NOBODY wears hair nets or gloves which is pretty gross but i gave it a try anyway so. -donuts feel like they have sandy residue on them -They also stick the donuts in the box in a way so all the frosting comes off and your just left with donuts with half the frosting taken off and all at bottom of box - The Lady at counter made me very uncomfortable and looked at me weird. she just seemed like an angry lady. Delicious 24/7! Who doesn't love a good Donut at Literally Any Time You Want! Donut Scene is open 24/7, the staff is always kind, and the store is a perfect size. Overall the donuts are great! The Chocolate Covered and Maple Donuts are my favorite still. They do have other treats such as In home made Cookies that are nice crispy cookies. Recommend passing by for a morning donut or a dessert at anytime at night!

The donuts were fresh and they had an above average taste. These aren't my favorite donuts but that is preference. I found no fault in any that we ordered and they were executed well. Next time we are driving through I might try another place but I would be happy if we ordered here again as well. I will note that loading both ends of an ?clair with cream/custard is the sign of a good donut shop. Kudos.

Gross. Wash your hands! The store is rundown and outdated. The gentleman behind the counter was handling money in the tip jar, and used the same hand to put inside of my brown paper bag to open it up, and then proceeded to use his hands acting like he was using a piece of parchment paper, but touched every one of my donuts with his money hands, and just to be rude we paid, but immediately threw away the donuts, as we would like to avoid getting sick.

There's NOTHING like a freshly baked donut. You won't get that at DD. This place is awesome. Some of the BEST tasting donuts around. They even make Donut birthday cakes to die for! I get there and the staff was friendly, not a bad selection of doughnuts and the prices were reasonable, could?ve stood to use a little more glaze on the cinnamon rolls but otherwise not terribly to bad. While I stood in line she badmouthed all DoorDash drivers to the customer she was helping saying how everyone is "Too lazy to get out of their cars or do their own shopping". I'm not sure who the woman is that works the later shifts, but I could not be more disgusted with the service. She is extremely rude, not helpful at all, and she stopped my business entirely. Terrible owner. I'm a long time regular commercial costumer. They started shorting me donuts in my large orders. Then have the nerve to argue with me about it. I picked up a box during my last visit. Box felt like a feather. Only 3 donuts in the box. Owner insisted it was full. Either extremely dumb or extremely rotten people. They're a big time "want to be " shop. Feel sorry for a business going under fast.

I just went for the first time and was blown away. It's an old-school shop uncharacteristically out of place in between a Chipotle and Bruegger's Bagels. But what an absolute gem! The donuts were excellent and really fresh for even a Saturday night at 5 p.m. I will drive out of my way to go back.

When in to get some Kolachies and the looked horrible and tasted just like how they looked, the raspberry jelly tasted like nothing, but the peanut butter and oatmeal cookies had to much sugar in them. They should?ve put some of that sugar in the Kolachy. Also the oatmeal cookies tasted burnt. Just gross sugary burnt cookie. I don?t know what happened to this place it?s going down. The ceiling looks gross, garbage on top of the garbage next to the door. Windows wasn?t clean the door handle felt gross too.

Really good doughnuts, not open 24 hours as advertised. Tried to get in the other day as the sign said 24 hours and there were people inside. The door was locked and the people inside were actually very rude about us thinking they were open. Very unnecessary attitude and poor false advertising on their end.

I just visited Donut Scene in Strongsville with two of my guy friends. I offered to pay for my friends? donuts (both of my friends are male and I am a female).
