The place is pretty good i used to love it until they got rid of the blueberry icing donuts and the breakfast egg rolls. Its still better than most
This is just a swell spot and the ladies that own it remind me of my sweet grandmothers. The drive-thru is surprisingly efficient! Edit: I'm not sure what happened to them in their lives, but these old ladies are now at the 'forget it' point when it comes to service. So much so that I ended up looking for and finding a MUCH better donut shop nearby even though it's a bit further (Cajun Donuts - where a very sweet woman runs this shop and honestly the donuts are sooo much better!). very disappointing experience at this donut place. I went in to buy some donut holes for my 2 year olds 2nd birthday today, only to be rudely scolded by the staff when I asked to purchase 6 dozen donut holes When I asked if I could buy the rest, I was yelled at and told was told I could only purchase 3 dozen donut holes because they didn?t make enough in the morning, it was only 8:30am & other people are coming to buy them. &I didn?t have to get them if I wasn?t happy with the limit. I grew up going to the store. And recently I started taking my kids , and the lady is just completely rude with a nasty attitude ?? is sad because all of this things matter in every job. Someone go apply and help these people out so they can stay home and not make other life miserable.
This donut shop is a hidden gem. They have been opened for business for 15+ years. Best glazed donuts and kolaches.

The 2 Asian ladies were very rude. They were trying to rush me on what to get and kept making faces while my daughters were trying to pick out something. Their strawberry milk was expensive! Almost 4 bucks? That's how much 1 gallon costs at the grocery store.
Came in with DoorDash order and showed them receipt but they claimed to say it wasn?t in their system and started putting the blame on me (I ordered it for ahead of time, early in the morning the next day), saying that I ordered it when they were close, I then asked ?how come it let me order and the money went through?? They then tried to play dumb and said they didn?t know so I had to cancel the order and wasted my coupon I had for the food. I saw now that they now say ?temporarily closed? on the DoorDash
They are sooo rude!!!! Simple questions can?t get answered with an attitude. Just moved to the Garland area and I will NOT be coming back.
The lady in the front is never friendly which is weird because I always go out of my way to be nice to them. Though I used to come here often despite the unwelcoming nature, I will never go here again after she was extremely friendly to another white customer in front of me, but suddenly had an attitude when serving me. She didn't greet me and rolled her eyes as well.
Friends and I have gone here often for donuts on weekends and the ladies working are always kind and helpful not to mention they make some delicious donuts. I'm hooked on their coconut sprinkle donuts and my friend loves their blueberry frosted donuts. Check them out it's worth it the price is amazing as well ^-^
BEST DONUTS IN DALLAS AREA! The apple fritters and blueberry cake donuts are amazing. The cinnamon rolls are good as well. Service was extremely fast and friendly. Prices are cheap. The owners are Texans so it's nice to support local businesses.

Love the donuts but the customer service is horrible. I used to think maybe it was just a bad day but more times than not I find them to be rude. Never a hello or a thank you. The lady slammed the donut bags on the counter. The only reason I go is because out of the two donut stores near me this one does have the better donuts.
I stop here in the morning when I go see my grandsons. They love their doughnuts. The kolaches are not too bad. However, this place seems to be a little but more expensive than most. It's just convenience.
I have been going here for years. Usually get drink and 2 lg pig in a blanket. Today I just wanted 1 fritter. The window attendant said she couldn't do a debit card unless over $5.00. I have been to this location a handful of times. The donuts and coffee are good but, the muffins are overcooked and I never feel welcomed when I go. A simple greeting or smile would always be appreciated. I will not return.
The donuts are good but the attitude of the workers really kill the place. The owner barks "what do you want" to most customers and never smiles. I thought she was having a bad day but its the same every time we go.
I got food poisoning after stopping by here. I think it was the croissant with ham, cheese, and bacon. Although I requested that it be heated, when it was given to me it was barely above room temperature. With pork products you have to be especially careful. And I never ever get food poisoning. But that night I was in pain.
Sold me a ?jelly filled? donut that was REALLY filled with as much DOUGH as it was jelly!! This place was a rip off, and the little woman that rung me up didn?t even give me my whole order. When I returned to inquire about it, she said she never charged me for the rest of my food (then attempted to ring me up AGAIN for the same food I KNEW i had just paid for... IN FULL)! NEVER AGAIN... This was a waste of my time, money, and appetite!
I went to this donut place at 530am and did not get to buy any. The man and woman who where there paid no attention that I was standing in front of them. I even said ?hello and good morning? still nothing. After several minutes of this I left.
