So sad. I was so excited to order here after reading all the rave reviews. I have been on a fruitless quest to find a really good raised donut in the area since I moved here 5 years ago. I'm surprised I haven't done a review on this place since we first discovered it visiting my inlaws a few years back. This is definitely one of the best donut shops I've been to. From the donuts to the fritters, everything is delicious. Customer service is great as well. We always make a point to stop by here once or twice while in Vancouver.

I stopped by for the first time the other day and ordered several different items to see how their quality was. Holy cow!!! 1) The buttermilk bar I got was better than any other buttermilk bar I've ever had, anywhere. It was outstanding! 2) Apple fritter: I didn't know that an apple fritter could BE this good. The donuts are delicious but they're Trump apologists and they hosted Joe Kent. I only go once a year to get my mom her favorite donut on her birthday, but every other day of the year I would literally rather go to any other donut place in Clark County.

This is a great little local spot that I was told about by a friend. The donuts are classic and on the 'old school' side of things. It has the feel of a local joint with a homey feel. The parking lot is small and the building is on a one way street. But the donuts are worth it!

The donuts are excellent, most notably the buttermilk bar. The atmosphere transports you back to days gone by, with the wood paneling, art from all around the Pacific Northwest, and all the way down to the old guys sitting in the corner having coffee at 5 AM. It?s timeless and a great place for the family to stop by and grab a doughnut.

The yeast donuts are so perfectly light and fluffy! Try their glazed twists for sure. The Bavarian cream is extremely good and they fill a good amount. Their chocolate glaze isn't very flavorful, but at least doesn't have that fake chocolate syrup flavor you'll find at other places. Apple fritter is excellent. Decent value at ~$2.25-$2.75 per donut, good selection.

Still the best donuts in Vancouver by far, these are made with love. One tip is that you will need to come in early to make sure they still have stock. This place has been a Vancouver staple since I was a kid. Wish they still had the pumpkin spice donut. I will try next year. As many from Portland have seen, Vancouver is a strange place, where ?? nook is king. The decor inside the building reminds me of being a child in Vancouver, old school roots.

I?m new to the area and my first visit here was great. There is a local man with a donkey that brings him here most mornings for his own apple fritter. Super cool.

Definitely my favorite donut place, it's very cozy vibes with the couch area. My go to is maple bar with bacon crumble.

Forget voodoo!! The Nook is HANDS DOWN one of the best donuts shops in the Vancouver area they make amazing and delicious things, fresh every day! You do have to go early cuz they close around 1ish is the only downside to them but its worth it!!

This is one of the 'better' donut places around here. Krispy Kreme is okay, but nowhere near the quality of small batch craft donut joints so if you've been to the popular chains like Anne's, Dungeon, Dots, or Tonellis, then you won't be disappointed with Donut Nook. Come for the Bearclaws, but stay for the other donuts. In fact, just come for the bearclaws because they are legendary. Honestly I have never had a better one, anywhere.

I absolutely love these guys! There donuts are bake fresh ever morning and just mouth watering delicious! The choose of fritters it's just awesome never had so many to be able to choose from b4 here. But get there early because once there gone and sold out they close for the day. So best bet to get there b4 10am if you want one of these best donuts made in town by far! First time asking in. As far as I know, this is the only donut shop in Vancouver, Washington which of course I have to try. Glazed raspberry filled donuts are my favorites. Awesome Doughnuts! The Owners have HUGE hearts and have saved day old doughnuts to donate to Walk & Knock Food Drive volunteer events. Everyone loves their doughnuts! A great local place that has been around for quite a while. They have great donuts that, in my opinion, beat every other donut in town.

Giving it 5 stars because I know how hard it is to run a small business and staff are friendly. We walk here with our granddaughter on weekends. Out front there is one parking header and no bollards. Given the average age of clientele, I'm surprised that someone hasn't already driven through the front of the building. Watch for that when you are here. An absolute classic country donut shop. Keep in mind though, the popularity means they sell out FAST on the weekends. Even though the hours say open till 1, they close when they run out, generally around 9:30 am!

Donut Nook has been around literally forever. It's a hang out for locals. They make the best donuts, period. The charge extra if you use a credit card.

My first order was stolen by the delivery driver and I ordered the next day since they were out and I?m very picky lol. The custom glazed bakers dozen was perfectly put together! They were so soft and delicious with just the right amount of glaze. Not overly glazed so they aren?t too sweet! Well worth the price I definitely will be ordering these again!

The doughnuts here are the best in town! Love them all, really. The reviewers who say they're nothing special or no different from Safeway must not have the ability to differentiate between rancid oils and fresh. These are fresh :D We especially love the cherry fritters and buttermilk donuts. A real slice of Americana, complete with couches, newspapers, and a coffee table.

I've traveled all over the US to different donut shops and the Donut Nook is by far impressed me the most. I had several different donuts here but the maple glaze with bacon was absolutely the best!! Donut Nook has been around since the 1970's which should tell you they must be doing something perfect everyday! Skip the Mr. Maple donut chain and try a very unique and truly classic donut shop. Can't wait for our next visit to the Vancover area for a one of a kind donut experience!

Donuts here are definitely above average, excellent for both cake and fried. The dough and baking is well done. Frosting and flavours are good but nothing exceptional. Interior decor is creepy, akin to someone's forgotten 60s basement rec room. I kept expecting to see an d washer/dryer in the corner. Would definitely recommend over any chain donut shop, and most independents.

This place has fantastic donuts. Every one I've had has the perfect exterior crunch which is often missing at other donut spots. I will caution that those with peanut allergies should be aware that items with nuts are on shared trays with those that don't have nuts. I'll be back for myself but probably not for donut treats for my daughter with nut allergies.
