Stopped in for a quick coffee & it was national donut day & I got a free chocolate donut. Both the coffee & donut were fresh & delicious. The counter help dude was awesome, friendly & professional.

The donuts are absolutely delicious, and the service is outstanding. The guy who was working on June 27 is a true professional! I can?t wait to come back again and again.

Apple Crumb donut was very good and the star donut. A very solid breakfast burrito here. Tasty and chock full of ingredients. I wish they had the apple fritter but i came too late in the morning. Totally worth a stop here.

Called yesterday to order half a dozen apple crum donuts. Gave the woman my name and phone number. Told her I would pick them up between 11-12 arrived at 11:30 no donuts no order. My husband just got out of the hospital after heart surgery he loves the apple crumb donuts. Very disappointed. The woman there said I could order more for tomorrow. I have been coming here for a year now. Honestly, BEST breakfast burritos and Quesadillas! Customer service is great! The employees are so nice and welcoming! Peggy usually helps us with our order. I highly recommend everyone to try this local ABQ Donut Mart! You won?t be going anywhere else!

Was there at 8am. I was craving warm soft donuts and I got the opposite. Cold,dry and no cover on the food so any insects and germs could drop on. Won't go back unfortunately

So, I went to try Donut Mart for some coffee. Well, I left there with my coffee, plus one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had and a killer Peanut butter and Jelly donut. The amazing service is backed by an incredible culinary experience. You will not be disappointed!!!

Cashier / clerk / server .... just rude and focused on anything but what you are asking... I thought I would give them another chance... Stopped by and they sold me day old or 2 day old donuts... what a place??? Words can't describe the lack of integrity and business ethics. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

The breakfast burritos that we got were good. They did not have much green chili, but they still had good flavor. We got combos with coffee and a donut. The coffee was good, but almost out/out for all three of the coffees that we tried. The donut unfortunately was not very good. It tasted like it had been sitting there for a very long time and was just not very good.

Me and my daughter went in today about 10:45 a.m., and hopes to get a dozen donuts, and try Donut Mart for the first time unfortunately they were running low on Donuts and the lady at the cash register very very nice lady informed us about the situation and told us to come a little earlier on Sundays as Sundays are there busiest days, she did not send us a way empty-handed she put four donuts and a paper sack for us and sent us out with a smile. Always disappointed. I don't know why I keep going back... perhaps it's because the owner really makes you feel like you are heard. So I go back to see if my verbal recommendations are ever heard. Nope, never. 1) they never have the Green Chili Bailey. They claim that they always run out. But i am starting to think they don't make it everyday. And when they do, it's less then a dozen. The donuts are okay. I got the ?lemon? which is really just a bright yellow icing with no lemon detected. So disappointing to get a lemon flavor and have no tartness at all. The dough its self is good though.

Ordered a party donut on Thursday for Sunday pick up at 8 am. Arrived Sunday at 8:30 am and was told with a smile, ?sorry it didn?t get made?. They even had extra time to make. Left empty handed. Way to ruin a kids birthday party.

We visited the Donut Mart today for the first time!! Excellent selection of donuts, bagels, etc. Everything was fresh! The coffee (lattes) were amazing as well!! We ordered a breakfast meal that came with a breakfast quesadilla/burrito, a donut, and a drink. All reasonably priced, and delicious! The service was fantastic as well, everyone was polite and friendly. We will definitely be going back, this has become our new favorite bakery!

I ordered a bunch of donut holes, five boxes. Everything was ready, and the manager gave me a smile as I walked out. I tipped generously, as always. Got to work to share with the staff. I'm done with Donut Mart. 10am and they have maybe 10-15 donuts on their shelves. I understand the goal of controlling waste, but you're "stepping over dollars to pick up dimes", people... This is one of the reasons people go to the big guys, no concept of service in the small craft locations...

Love this place! Bought a bunch of donut holes and donuts! 150 holes and 2 dozen donuts! I would recommend maybe storing them behind glass or some place not exposed to as much air. They were a little dry at 1-2 in the afternoon but still tasty

I decided to go elsewhere to see what the "other" donuts shops had to offer....well after a mo. Or so you can't go wrong with Donut Mart, which has cinnamon rolls and bear claws that they don't up charge for as well as $0.99 donuts holes when purchasing a dozen donuts. Coffee as well as burritos. Support our local shops! I will not be going back to "those other places" when you find perfection. There is no need to go elsewhere!

Omar and his staff were ready to help with very little notice when we needed 5 gallons of coffee and 6 dozen donuts for a community event - less than 24 hours notice and they saved the day! Always fresh-always delicious! The coffee was awesome too! Donut Mart is going to be my go-to place for my next business meeting! Out neighborhood has relied on Omar in the past and it?s great to see his business thriving with all these challenges thrown at restaurants these past two years!

Donut mart has great fresh made breakfast items. Their breakfast croissant sandwich is delicious and made to order. Their donuts are really good. Their staff is great. Peggy is kind and enthusiastic. One of my favorite places for a quick breakfast on the way to work.

I took my kids in to get some donuts today and the selection of donuts was amazing! They had plenty of donuts to please everyone. Went this morning. There were two employees and a managers. One employee walked out leaving the other one to do all the work. There were customers and doordashers waiting for food, and a line a of people waiting to get served. First time coming here. The lady who was at the register was not very nice. I didn't even know she was talking to me. She greeted the customer behind me nicely. I guess she chooses who to be nice to. I was going to get myself something but after her rudeness I just got my kids a doughnut. Lost my business will never go back over there.

Pulled up to our favourite donut place Saturday morning to find a sign indicating the business was shuttered by the owner due to not paying rent. Let's hope the situation is remedied. UPDATE Oct 12th, 2020: We stopped in on Saturday and got a couple of huge donuts. The cinnamon roll the missus got was very good, as was my apple fritter. Glad to see they are back. I visited about a month ago early in the morning.Peggy was awesome! Honestly it was the best customer service I've had in Albuquerque in a while. She got me in and out of there and was so nice. Everything was delicious and fresh.

They have one of the best apple fritters I've tried in Abq! I come here anytime I get a craving for one! They also have a nice variety of donuts, muffins and bagels, and unlike other donut stores they serve breakfast foods too like burritos!

This Donut Mart on Coors NW is just amazing! The lady who waited on me was so kind and warm. The display of multi-colored donuts will astound you! Not your usual donut shop by any means. I later found out it was Bridgett that was so thoughtful to me.

I love this place. Every time I visit ABQ I make sure to stop by here. Usually get breakfast bagel but recently tried the quesadilla and it was delicious. Go to donuts are the buttermilk that's my fave and the PBJ is a close second place. If you're lucky enough to get Peggy she is super friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Bella is extremely rude and hung up on my twice saying she was extremely busy. We are extremely disappointed of this service. Our organization wanted to build a partnership with this store for multiple servicing purposes, but after this low quality service, we will be considering other agencies.

I'm actually not a huge donut fan, though they look and smell really good. They have a very large selection of donuts and I see many people buying and enjoying them. I thought I'd give this Donut Mart location another try despite some of the female workers being very rude prior to today. The owner is very nice and puts his customers first. But your workers represent you and your brand. Today I called to place my order for a breakfast burrito and was put on hold. I stayed on the phone for 10 minutes without anyone coming back to take my order. I could hear shuffling, people talking. I finally hung up because I had made it to work. I will no longer support this business.

My oldest daughter loves donuts. Donut mart was recommended to us by my brother and his wife. Honestly the donuts were amazing. I recommend the buttermilk donut, cookies n cream and their blueberry donuts. Also their burritos are amazing. I had their turkey sausage.

Some of the nicest people around. They know coustomers names and their "usual" orders. Not something you see much of anymore. The donuts are fresh and the coffee is great. Whenever they have come up in conversation with people who have been there. They always comment on the friendly people.

I have been in New Mexico for almost 6 months and finally had the opportunity to make it to Donut Mart! I have been craving cake iced donuts since I got here. The young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. They hit the spot! I will be returning for another dozen soon.

This place is great. The breakfast croissant I ordered was DELICIOUS. $1 Any sized iced coffee is nice. Haven't tried the doughnuts but I hear they are good too. Definitely a great coffee spot!

So this was my first time here, and it was a delight. The store is very clean, customer service was friendly and the owner or manager (I think he was) was fantastic. This place is great. But for some reason when i have been going in lately around 630am they haven't had alot of variety of donuts. Its early i understand but that should be when they are stocked up for the early morning rush. But all in all great donuts and great attitudes when i get there.

Great friendly service, plenty of parking, the donuts are delicious, and the variety of bagels is awesome, my favorites are the Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, the Buttermilk Donuts and the 2 sizes of Apple Fritters are fantastic. They have WiFi if I have work to do while having a hot cup of coffee or a delicious Smoothie, they have breakfast sandwiches now, haven't tried them yet, but they look great.

I typically get the breakfast sandwich/donut/coffee combo. Out of all the breakfast combos, this place has the best price for size and taste ????. I recommend the turkey bacon croissant and any of the cake donuts with a pinon coffee. The sandwiches are hot and the donuts are fresh.

I was really disappointed, I ordered off of the pictures they had on the internet, I wanted a nice fresh chocolate sprinkled donut ... Seriously would have been better off getting a fresher donut from Walmart for more than half the price. Not to mention there is only a quarter of the donut out of all six that even has. Little bit of sprinkles. Learned my lesson never going back. I wish I would have read the reviews on here first before spending 13 dollars on a dozen stale donuts. Definitely recommend elsewh

The idea was novel, but the donuts were just ok. I took 2 bites before throwing my chocolate creme filled away. Hardly any custard and donut was not fluffy. Another in our group had the holes and broke off 1/2 said it wasn't raised glazed as he ordered, tried a few others before tossing them. 2 others liked their donuts. So it was ok

If I could leave ZERO stars I would.... This place sucks the donuts taste horrible and were not fresh. The order taker/cashier was just throwing the donuts in the boxes and made customer close their own boxes. That's not worst thing she dropped donuts and kicked them across the floor. She also had the worst attitude and was rude. They got also messed up the food order very badly. I do not recommend this place at all. It used to be a great place to go but that went down the drain!!

This place used to be great but during our last three visits my wife and I have received raw potato in our breakfast burritos (even after requesting extra crispy our last time) and raw dough in the cinnamon rolls. We won't be returning.

This is a tricky review for me because they have great customer service and great donuts but there burritos and breakfast sandwiches are barely edible. I might as well burn my money then buy breakfast there. I end up throwing it away and this isn't once or twice but often. I keep thinking it'll be different because I like them and want to support the business but they burn the eggs and sometimes it is so gross that I gag. Not sure what happened, but I picked up a dozen donuts for my office yesterday (Oct 2) morning at 0630. Donuts were being eaten within the half hour and a question was asked...when were these made. I would assume that they were fresh...but they tasted a day old. They were dry. Def feel like I wasted my money on those.

The prices for the donuts are reasonable however the taste and texture of the donuts were those of donuts that have been sitting out for days. The frosting was running off of them and the donut itself was very stale. Donuts shouldn?t be crunchy like chips.

Online ordering is a joke. My order arrived 1.5 hrs late and they were all apple fritters. Smh. Definitely a waste of my money and time

Donut Mart used to be a geeat donut shop; lately it seems rather unclean and the people are much less friendly than they used to be. It also seems a bit excessive to charge extra for hot chile; the should notify customers of the charge. On the positive side, the company is very supportive of the local community.

Good place, to get fast quick service on the go and have been excellent 3 times in a row. Donuts, coffee, energy drinks, hot food specialties and more ......lots of other shopping and dining nearby. Just be alert for all the silly careless drivers nearby.
