Love these donuts. Fresh and clean tasting. I got pbJ and powdered Bavarian. The PB J had the perfect ratio of PB to jelly flavor. Well balanced. I love the custard. Love it. Thank you

Stopped here from out of town and was very pleased that we found Donut Kraze. The service was very quick, and the ladies were sweet and friendly. They offer a large variety of donut flavors, along with a couple of other options like bagels/coffee. The donuts were VERY fresh and tasty.

They didn't have the donut my daughter wanted, so she made her a fresh one.

Fantastic donuts. Clever flavors and pleasant staff. I have driven by donut craze many times, and today was the day I stopped. I was not disappointed. A very modest storefront, I believe a former Dickies donuts. But it is very nice and clean inside. I will definitely be back.

Awesome service! Lemon filled donut was not available but the server made fresh ones for us. The breakfast sandwiches are huge and full of bacon.

I dare you to have a donut in this place. You'll never go back to Tim Hortons for a donut again. Tried the key lime donut ,which they made for me on the spot by the way, and now it's my new favorite. I'll still go to Timmy's for the coffee, but that's it.

1st time trying. I have to say the breakfast sandwich was soo good. Got a Jalape?o Bagel egg/bacon/cheese sandwich and tried two of their donuts. They were FRESH, SOFT, SWEET! Seriously the Mr. Loved them. Will definitely come back!

I can not believe we didnt find this place sooner! Both locations carry same flavors and they are definitely fresh and sooo soft! They ARE NOT OVERLY SWEET LIKE OTHER places! I have never been here, but heard good reviews! They did not disappoint! I bought 5 dozen donuts for our work fall party. I will be going back for sure. Everyone raved about the donuts! A hidden gem! Fresh and fluffy donuts and a great selection of flavours to choose from!

One of the most underrated hidden gems that I am so lucky to have been acquainted with!! And it's more than just donuts they offer here, but I'll leave you to go check it out yourself to be pleasantly surprised in the same fashion as I was.. And let me tell you, if you have an appreciation at as deep a level as I do for donuts, you'll want to treat yourself maybe just once, shortly after they open and order one of their Banana_Cream_Donuts (or any choice for that matter) and let that donut grace your whole

It was a good donut ...as good if not better the other "donut" places in the area ...breakfast sandwich also was good but not ground breaking ...you go for the donuts ..which were also 9 bucks cheaper per dozen than other "donut places" in the Larkin area but do not skimp on filling or flavors

Probably better to be honest with your customers and say that you don't care that the to go cup lids don't fit instead of lying by saying "that's the only cups/lids available." Just admit your too lazy or cheap to rectify the issue. Good thing your donuts are amazing. Customer service is dead.

An excellent example of an old-fashioned donut shop. No crazy, outrageous flavors here - but all the classics you know and love. Cashier was friendly and the space was clean. Always nice to have a spot to dash in for a quick treat and this fit the bill nicely. Fairly easy to access with only a short detour off from 219.

Donut Kraze is our exclusive donut shop!!! The wife and I are in love with their Kreme cheese donut...just amazing!!! Our daughter just loves the pink frosted ring!!! So we have also had a few issues in our years of coming here. I have gotten the Kreme cheese donut, gotten home and it was filled with banana...not a pleasant thing when you're looking for Kreme cheese flavor. But in Donut Kraze fashion it was immediately handled and handled well!!! The owner is a stand up guy and is looking to keep his custom

I walked in about 30 minutes to close and needed 20 donuts for my wife?s classroom in the morning. They didn?t have any made, so the nice lady working alone went out of her way to make 20 fresh. She was so nice and didn?t have to do that. There are still great people out there!

The location on Dingens is just as good, as it is in Tonawanda. There are some different varieties of doughnuts there, depending on who is making them. The tables and bathroom are always clean. The employees I have encountered there are very nice and do their jobs well.

It is a little more expensive than a lot of places for a dozen but it's worth it. They are very light and there are so many different flavors to choose from. The white cream is sweet but not overly sweet like some can be. The staff is so helpful and patient when making selections and keeping track of how many I picked out.

Best DONUTS anywhere. We had coffee too, and it was super fresh and bold. Waitress was fantastic. I've been coming here for years. You have to go. I like it better than Paula's!!!!

There were so many flavours. I bought 6 different kinds. They were some of the best donuts I've ever eaten. Better than any other place I have tried in Buffalo. They were still fresh enough to eat the next day which is unusual for donuts. I thought the cinnamon roll needed a lot more cinnamon especially considering it is more expensive than the other ones. Donut Kraze was excellent, as always! I enjoy finding myself in this part of town with a few extra minutes to visit. The staff seems to be attentive and happy to take your order. I enjoyed that the customer following me knew them personally and enjoyed catching up. The donuts are delightfully fresh and still made in house using traditional methods as opposed to partially made in a factory like the chain shops do. I was pleased to hear a string of customers arrive as I enjoyed two donuts.

The donuts here are good. This was my first visit. I had a coconut custard and a powdered strawberry cheesecake. Both were delicious. If you like Paula's Donuts you MUST try Donut Kraze. This is where Paula's got their recipe - and just made their donuts larger. Donut Kraze is better because the donuts are normal sized and it's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's a great shop right off of the highway - super convenient. You can sit and hang out for hours at any time of day. I love this place. Even at 10 pm on a Monday, they had about 12 different kinds of donuts ready to order, nice and fresh! Such a treat.

Here and there I manage to drive down there and get a dozen box for my family. I try the Paula's doughnuts and I was not impressed, I can see how ppl love them so much, they are oversized and loaded with the sugar we all love, but! they are lacking on flavors. I ordered two number one breakfast meals, which includes a sandwich, a hash brown OR doughnut and a cup of coffee. I got one sandwich and no coffee. The waitress should pay more attention instead of gossiping with the customers, she may have got my order right.

The Doughnuts are fantastic. They blow all the chain restaurants out of the water. The best time to come is during the morning or day. Late at night when they are cooking. Their is usually a limited selection left from the day. The prices are good and so is the service.

I grew up on this style of donuts when "Dickies" donuts occupied this location many years ago. Perfect size compared to Paula's. I mean Paula's doughnuts are good in their own rights however they are HUGE compare to Donut Kraze. I get the "shakes" after forcing down a whole donut from Paula's. The freshest donuts ever! Always delicious, always fresh, never hard or dry. Even on the second day, Donut Craze donuts are better than every other donuts, bar none. Just try them.

Disappointed after getting a dozen here. Tops has better doughnuts and Paula's is way better also. Some of what we wne t there for at the buffalo location is only about the Tonawanda location. What we did get was just ok flavor and freshness wise. The two older women at the counter were not friendly at all and had zero patience. Not going back

Very good coffee and donuts. It was 1:30 AM and she was about to through out the old batch of donuts do we each got one for free. The decaf coffee was so good you would never know it was decaf. The waters was very friendly also.

Was pretty had. Line at Paulas Donuts was crazy so figured why not try this place. The selection was scarce and the freshness was not there. Both donuts we got were old and I didn't tell my wife, but there flies inside the display case. Womt be visiting again, be careful if you eat from here.

My favorite doughnuts in WNY, unique flavor combinations if you're up for trying something new. For example banana filled chocolate frosted, or peanut butter and jelly filled. Really good dough. Lunch sandwiches are good.

Love this place! Been going here for years but today we took our daughter here for the first time and who ever the old lady that was working was very rude! We got a dozen donuts and she only let us pick out six! When we asked for her name, because she wasn't waring a name tag she refused and rushed us out. Great example of a local business. A rebirth of an old Dickies Donuts, this establishment is going to become a staple in buffalo breakfast spots. I used the drive thru this morning (March 28, 2022) which is just a window on the side of the building. I ask for a Sour Cream Glazed and a Old Fashioned Glazed donut. I went to Donut Kraze today because I love their donuts. What I didn?t like with my observation was, she used the same glove to open the drive through window, I pray she didn?t use it for my sandwich, pick up my donut, and bagged it. There?s more, she used the same hand with the glove on it to through something in the garbage and took the cash to cash out a customer. My recommendation as being a business owner. Please change your gloves to prevent bacteria and cross contamination.

The doughnuts are amazing but the employee that works the overnight shift is rude and moody. She sighs, rolls her eyes and rushes you through your order. She definitely lacks customer service skills.

Horrible experience! Tried charging me over $15 dollars to fill my thermos! Luckily she only dumped about about 10oz. In before she told me what she was planning on charging me. I'm usually a regular. I am a manager at the Wendy's right next door, I like getting the breakfast sandwiches on the weekends. Today, first bad experience there and I'm not happy. Local alternatives are usually better than their national chain counterparts, and this place is no exception. Offering much better donuts that any Dunkin Donuts or Tim Hortons, if you think Paula's Donuts uses too much cream filling in their donuts like I do, you will like this place.

The donuts here are to die for. Light, filled to the max, perfect shape and the most delectable morsels of unforgettable taste. I highly recommend a quick stop, grab and go, or sit down for a light breakfast or lunch. Where Bob, Stan. Genevieve and Polly might visit.

It's hard to rate what's better, the donuts or the staff. I guess it's a tie. They're both excellent. This is a classic donut shop. If you look through the door you can see them preparing the donuts in the back. None of that pre-frozen stuff. And on special occasions like Easter they hand-decorate specialty donuts. They have all the traditional donut types, but also some neat improv ones.

I'm pretty sure the cream-filled donut I had was filled with US Foods or some other foodservice distributor's vanilla pudding from the big #10 can (very flat metallic taste), but everything else I've had from them was quite good.

More often than not this is the selection that we walk into. If you plan to have a place thats open 24 hours then you must have donuts available 24 hours. One of the few places to get fresh donuts in Buffalo. Forget Tim Horton's and grocery stores. Donut Kraze is even better than the revered Paula's Donuts. Try it! Don't believe Google saying it's closed or relocated. It's open, 24 hours a day even!
