The donuts here are absolutely delicious?freshly made and super soft every time. We bought around 60 donuts, and the kind owner generously gave us a whole box of donut holes for free! The owners are extremely warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Packaging is neat and convenient, and the quality is always consistent. Trust me, once you try them, you?ll keep coming back. Highly recommended!

We have been getting birthday donuts from Donut House for years. They have made my kids Plants vs. Zombies PVZ designs, butterflies, flowers, and today my kid wanted characters from Gimkit. He was super HAPPY! The donuts are always amazing, beautiful designs, great flavor, great texture, amazing toppings. We usually have to go back the next day to get more donuts, plus the kolaches and bacon breads are delicious. Thank you for the amazing donuts and service.

Best donuts, kolaches in Plano area always fresh never old haven?t had one complaint. Wish other places were like this. I?ve been coming here since I moved to Plano in 2020 & mind you I stay Preston & belt line.

Love that they have white cream for filled donuts. Think twinkies, only fresh, and better. Only a handful of donut shops in the area offer that and I haven't seen one around Plano until now. Most just have Bavarian cream (vanilla pudding) and a fruit flavored filling. Hope they keep it, so many say it doesn't sell well so they discontinue it. ?? Please note this is a critic review. Overall I don?t know what is worse, the portion size or the taste. The mini kolaches were nothing special; they were extremely tiny and nearly $1 for each one, but they didnt taste bad. But the donut holes were absolutely atrocious; I don?t even want to know what the actual donuts taste like cause they were WAYYYY too sweet as if I was practically eating a bag of sugar. Maybe its just me but its going to be a no for me.

Best dounuts in town! Decided to try this place out years ago, and haven't stopped coming by here since. If anyone in my family is craving a dounut, this is the place we come to. Even the kolaches are delicious, I will buy the minis by the dozen and heat them up as soon as I get home. I would absolutely recommend the cinnamon dounut holes, a fan favorite in my house.

One of the best donut places in Texas. The strawberry icing on the glazed donut is the best donut I've ever had. You can actually taste the strawberry and it is incredibly fresh. The staff is always friendly and toss in some donut holes with your order. And if you don't want to leave the house in the morning, they are in Uber Eats! My only "complaint" is that they close at noon. Find myself wanting one right around 2PM!??

Came in and got 6 of my preferred donuts plus one blueberry cake donut for a total of $9.23. Bought them for a group of friends, and never actually tried them so I cannot comment on the taste yet, but they look beautiful. Friendly lady at the front. Very clean. I called earlier about the mini cinnamon rolls. I was told 3 dollars a dozen. Ok fine, get there and when rung up they were 4.80 a dozen. Quite a difference, when we asked everyone got wide eyed, but no apology was offered, and no discount was given even though price was almost 50% more. Just be careful with this shop prices given are not the prices charged.

My family loves this donut shop! My husband takes our kids in once a week before school, and we occasionally buy a large assortment for our office. The donuts and kolaches are delicious. I assume the woman always working is the owner, but she is super nice and will throw in a little extra from time to time. She could tell my daughter was having a rough morning, and threw a few donut holes in with her donuts...super thoughtful, and it made her morning. Will revisit this place again and again!

We?ve recently discovered this place by ordering from DoorDash on Saturday mornings. I genuinely wish things were different so that we could come in and see the place. I hardly eat donuts but this place has the best donuts! I come here with my kids, who love the donuts. Friendly service always, and the donuts are never greasy or oily. Way better than Dunkin Donuts. The prices are higher but so worth it. Been coming here for over 5 years and will continue to do so.

We were at a birthday party where we saw these customized donuts shaped into letters. What a unique concept! I ordered donuts for my son's birthday. They were reasonably priced and better than the ho hum cupcakes or cake. They couple that runs the place are so nice too! She offered a free donut while I was there. They do need 24 hour notice on custom orders and they're open 5am-12noon 7 days a week.

Super genuine nice workers. I went in at 6 AM doing Doordash Orders and decided to get some for myself. She was super happy to greet me and she threw on extra donuts to thank me which I thought was very sweet. Just before this I did a Doordash for the same Donut shop in The Colony, also very genuine workers at 5 AM. Much love for this place, and would recommend the donuts are incredible.

Popped in to grab a donut before soccer games. They were fresh and delicious. I loved seeing all the ?Happy Birthday? options. Wish we had one close to us. The girl was happy to get a ?dinosaur? donut as well. She also picked her usual eclair and had four filling options. Definitely worth the stop.

The donuts we purchased were so hard and old that I couldn't even eat mine. My son's were more fresh but not great. We paid $17 for only four donuts, small starbucks coffee and one kolache. I would expect the quality it be there for these prices. Very disappointed.

I scheduled my uber order at night for 9 am. I believe because my order was in early they sent old kolaches and donuts because my wife got food poisoning after eating their kolaches and donuts. It was the first thing she ate and started throwing up within 30 mins. Never ordering again from them.

I tried it today for the first time.. The taste is fantastic..i had eclairs + glazed donuts and they gave me cake to try... every single thing was amazing and of course way better than dunkin donuts...the sweetness of the donuts was perfect not so sweet like other donut places . Great donuts and very cute designs for little ones. I'm picky about the chocolate used for frosting and they use the good stuff. I also love their kolache's.

This place does not adhere to mask or social distancing regulations. I came in today and there was a (possibly drunk) women without a mask all over the place. She even tried to put her food in my bag with her bare hands and without a mask. None of the associates tried to stop her or make her leave or ask her to put on a mask.
