One of my favorite local donut shops! The donuts and kolaches are always fresh and hot. The workers are very friendly and the service is great. They are always quick and patient. It's my go to place for breakfast or whenever I want a sweet treat. They have a wide range of varieties to choose from whether that is donuts or breakfast burritos. Food is delicious here! The service is just what you'd hope for at a cozy donut spot. Since it's a local favorite, there's often a line, whether you're stopping by or going through the drive-thru, but don't let that discourage you! Once you place your order, your tasty treats come out quickly.

Hole in the wall BUT it is delicious!! Everything we ordered was totally fresh. I will come back and try their morning tacos next time. Only ate koloches on this day, tacos next time. Considering how busy they are the service was good-they try and move people through the line quickly. Seating in dining area can be limiting.

I was coming here for you years and stop going because I noticed a favoritism that they give towards their own kind and that's fine but treat everybody accordingly and treat everybody with respect that is the key if one person orders food and say that the window the next person of a different color should not be forced to pull up especially when it is pouring down raining seeing that you only have a cover shed over the ordering station I'm just saying treat everybody fair and kind

I love this place! Go to it every time I'm on that side of Houston. Small place. There is a lot of Donuts and different kinds. They fill donuts upon request. They have coffee, breakfast burritos, donuts, and kolaches.

I have been coming to this place for almost 20 years and the food never disappoints. It gets a little crazy Sunday mornings and the lines get pretty long, but the donuts are hands down the best around and the tacos are great too.

This place used to be known as Pena's Donut Heaven, but was sold a few years ago. I usually get a bag of donut holes (small or large). I feel like I didn't get as much as I used to under the previous management, even though they're still good. I do still recommend them if you're in the area. We have come here for a long time, however today we ordered a dozen Kolaches and they tasted off. Even my kids noticed and told me they took a bite and threw the rest away. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman who said he?d replace the dozen for us. (Mind you I only have 7 left since some were bitten or thrown away) I bring the remaining left, they are replaced. The donuts are fabulous! In fact, food and prices are GREAT! Watch out! 90% of my visits result in theft by employees. If I do drive through, they pocket a dollar or two. They're sneaky. I always try talking to an owner but employees always say they're not there. Just today I saw my credit card was charged an extra .50 cents. Not a big deal but if the employees steal 50 cents here and $2 dollars there from 100 customers a day...they're unethically making some extra tips. It's the principal of it that upsets

Been coming here for almost a decade and they are always good. Some of my favorite kolaches and breakfast tacos. Ask for the green salsa. It is delicious, but they usually only give you the red salsa. Service is always friendly and prompt.

Great local doughnut shop, been going here for more than 20 years and they've always been fast and courteous. Watch out for the rush hour but even then they're pretty quick. If anyone from out of town comes I always make sure to bring them here and get the tacos, they are the best breakfast tacos I know of in town.

I stopped by for breakfast, what a nice place! The owner, Debbie, was very sweet and took time to explain all the different types of donuts and sweets. I stayed away from the bacon donut but she said they were a big seller! I got a cronut, cross between a donut and croissant, delicious and flaky! Been going here nearly 20 years. Today was the first time ever, after ordering and paying mind you, I was told I could not have the bacon and cheese taco I?ve ordered on and off for that time period. Had to have egg, bean, or potato. Eggs I do not tolerate well. Beans do not agree with the medicine I am currently taking, so potato it is. After coming here for decades i think i just had my last taco here. I recommend you move on as well. 2 stars only for nostalgic purposes. Should be 1 star because google has a misleading price point for this eatery.The prices here have doubled(maybe more) in a very short amount of time. I live around the corner and have been a loyal customer to Donut Haven from day one. Even though they are always busy and the drive thru is insanely long, I do have a few complaints: The breakfast tacos are cooked on a grill that?s too hot because they always scorch the eggs. What to say about this place that the name doesn't already say. It is heaven, the klobasneks, donuts and my favorite freshly made breakfast tacos are some of the best you will find. The boudin klobasneks are my go to's. The breakfast tacos are potato, bacon, bean, and cheese, my favorite combination. They all taste good. The prices are not bad either for the size of the taco. If you haven't stopped in, then you should. They also have amazing customer service.

This is my go to donut shop. Its close, well priced, and ran efficiently. Coffee is decent, donuts are good, and they have really good kolaches, especially the jalapeno cheddar.

Amazing kolaches, croissants and donuts. All well priced. I believe there is still a $5 credit card minimum. It gets a little crowded during the morning breakfast rush but so worth it. Croissants are made to order so they are warm when you receive them. My mom is extremely picky about donuts and doesn't crave them, but she loves coming here!

The food is good, but recently none of the staff knows what any of the donuts are. Ask for a common donut and receive something different. You have to explain in detail what each exact donut is to receive the correct one & even then they?re likely to give you the wrong one, think we?ll just go elsewhere to avoid the frustration :/

When hot & fresh, this will always be the best donut shop in the USA. BEST taste, best prices. They don't count donut holes like savages, and they have never overcharged. My daughter doesn't like donuts but I ordered some donut holes for myself. She ate all of them. That's saying a lot because she is picky! The tacos are really good too. Downfalls are the hot sauce needs to be hotter and they put very little bacon and cheese in the tacos. It's mostly egg, but I'm sure if you asked for extra bacon they would do so. This was my first time trying them and I will definitely come again, I'll just have to modify my order next time

I love this place. It is my opinion that this is the best donut/kolache place in all of Houston. The bread is great, the flavors mesh well and there is a good variety of choices for kolaches. They also do donuts and breakfast tacos. They have a lot of variety with both of those. It should be said that they close at around 1pm. Which makes sense but occasionally kind of sucks. The employees are fast, efficient and friendly. They always offer to heat up the kolaches on the microwave for us.

Back in the 90's they used to be really good and I know once a lot of people loved this place but something happened and the donuts didn't taste too good. We stopped going to get donuts here for a while. But just started back eating here and the donuts taste alright, but not the best. I eat them only because my aunt buys them.

The dozen of mixed donuts & sausage croissants were the worst ever...and I spent $33.&change almost $34.00 on 12mx donuts,3 tacos , 2 sausage croissants, 2 sausage kolaches,2cream cheese kolaches. Everything was soggy yet the dough itself was not tender...the tacos were ok but the texture of the beans was like they had been reheated several times before they were put in our tacos...overall not happy with the entire purchase...??????

Every time I go to Donut Haven it's always good. The donuts are always fresh the kolaches are always fresh. I really like how when you get a kolache they warm it up, even though you may not ask for it to get warmed up, it's just so kind that that really think about you, sweet!

Good food but horrible service. Guy wanted to charge me twice for donuts because the credit card machine ran out of paper. When I called about a refund, I was told they couldn't do it without my card...suddenly they no see they were wrong but no apology at all. I'll never go back to those thieves again.

I've been a customer for years. They always have Fresh and delicious tacos, Kolaches, and donuts. The service is always courteous, fair, and friendly. Tacos are made fresh with your choice of ingredients like eggs, cheese, potatoes, sausage, chorizo, and onions,.. Kolaches are of a variety of sausages. Donuts are always fresh and the earlier, the greater the variety. They have all my favorites and the filled ones have just the right amount of jelly. Thank you Donut Haven.

This has been the second time I?ve come to this place and they get my order wrong, don?t charge me for the things I ask for then argue and fight with you when you go inside to ask where is the rest of your order. The Hispanic women in there are unprofessional and get nasty with you when THEY mess up your order. THIS PLACE IS TRASH and VERY upsetting

It's not a good place anymore. The donuts are changing so much maybe it's under new management or I don't know what's going on. This was the best donut shop around this area but the last two times I been there the experience was terrible. My favorite were the jumbo kolaches and glazed donuts but now they are smaller and look old. I am never going back.

Food is subpar. But today I noticed there kolaches are not fresh. They did not have any in there drawers, then she went to the back and get cold kolaches, then microwaved them. And they tasted awful. Also previously before that we went around 5:30am before work only to be told they didn?t have any kolaches ready. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Good food, but not a great experience when having to order twice because one of the ladies barely understands you. And then they give you an attitude after you point out that it happens a lot, almost lost my cool with them to be honest.

Do not underestimate this small donut shop. Seriously, this place has some of the best breakfast tacos in the area (although they are the size of a breakfast burrito). Many of the menu items are great.

Every time my husband and I comes to visit with our daughter, son-in-law, grandkids, mother auntie & especially my twin sister. Most of all we always make sure we always go to "Donut Haven" for their fresh donuts in the mornin..

The Hispanic ladies are so nice and helpful. The lady owner is very rude and mean to her help staff. She is also mean to customers and I witnessed her screaming at a lady in the parking lot. Just awful!

Donut heaven is the best cake donuts and kolaches ive had! Their items are just so great! I tried a roll type of kolache that was misunderstand when I asked for a kolache. The employee told me I would like it but honestly I didn't like that kind of kolache. Besides that they great kolache nd donuts!

From large tacos to kolaches and donuts, everything they offer is delicious. Breakfast Croissants are now my favorite along with the spicy Bourdain kolache.

Donut holes are the best I ever had. However, the ham and cheese kaloches are a joke. I ordered 2 today and they came with this very small thin piece of ham and hardly any cheese. I will not be coming back after this experience. If you like kaloches please save yourself the money and go to shipleys. Sorry can't spell kaloches.
