Customer service here was excellent 1st time here and I will definitely be back food was very good Ty ladies!! ?? and reasonable priced A must try!! If u haven't been here u are missing out!!!! Very busy place!! Now I know exactly why!!
I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and the chicken was so dry and taste burnt. Also there was a thick piece of thigh bone in my chicken that I bit into. Rice was really mushy only thing that tasted decent was the broccoli. And the woman that served me needs to work on her customer service stop being so pushy to get you out of there!! Especially when I'm the only customer in the establishment.
This day went to eat for lunch and food was ok chicken seemed kinda old didn?t complain about that and donut had a hair in the dough. we let them know about that and gave hair with donut back and got another . So was ok with that but i needed a refill of drink which was already 3 dollars and lady owner said would be a 1 dollar for refill even after they had giving us a donut with hair in it embedded in the dough. Will not visit this establishment ever again nor recommend it to anyone thanks for trying with
Food was not up to par. The sauces are jelly like when they cool off. The pork is old and hard This used to be a place you could get delicious Chinese food and at an affordable price. Being right next to the high school is a waste in my opinion what kids are spending $17 on lunch. lower the price and advertising you could be selling plates left and right. This place is just simply amazing... I go to get my Chinese food there my donuts and my boba drinks. This service is always awesome.. The girls are so nice very attentive. I live across town and I have a donut place right around the corner from me. The one next to the gym and the laundromat. But I would rather make the drive to this place and get great service and the prices are awesome. It's different from Panda Express,but they've gotten better at cooking their food. The chow mein and rice have good flavor and so does the food. I like the mushrooms with zucchini and baby corn and the sweet n sour chicken. The peppered chicken is bomb too. Generous amount of servings also.

I like their chowmein beef broccoli and orange chicken that's what I always order. I get chowmein and teriyaki chicken bowl for my daughter that's what we get all the time from there it's very tasty and delicious.

Fast service boba drinks are fantastic. Chinese food was good just a little on the salty side for my taste but i was able to use hot sauce to mask The saltiness
broccoli & beef? more like just broccoli. no utensils to eat with on your take out order? no problem, just come back to ask for one even tho you asked prior to leaving if the fork was in the bag. we all have time to waste right? come waste your time here, make sure to ask for arora.

They always have a variety of fresh 'Cake Donuts and Id take there chow mein over Pandas everytime. Plus I remember going there over 25 years ago and always enjoying their orange chicken. For myself the Donut Factory is surely a Porterville landmark.
Ok, I love it here. Its where i go to treat myself after an especially challenging day. My kids like the bobba smoothies. --Like everything else the prices went up.
Best value and great service. This is our go to for Chinese food and definitely recommend you checking it out.
The special is like 9 bucks. My favorite is the chow mein and it's like the best chow mein in Porterville. Oh yeah and they have boba drinks the bomb OMG??
