Go there monthly. Last Sat 5/3 we went. Got 2 donuts and 1 coffee. My sister's coffee was good but both are donuts were stale.
Great donuts and a solid cup of coffee. The donuts are flavorful and well made with the right amount of sweetness to not be overpowering. Decent prices - well worth the stop vs any chains in the area.

I called a week before my son's birthday party to order cookies and cupcakes but when we went to pick up the order it was not ready. Thankfully I had ordered the pick up for the day before the party so we were able to come back the next day to get them in time to serve. The cookies and cupcakes tasted good but they did not look quite like what we had discussed (colorful cupcakes with rainbow sprinkles were instead just topped with plain white frosting and the cookie design looked very rushed). I had a lovely time at Donut express this afternoon. The owner is a really wonderful person, and was very kind and warm to me, my friend, and my friends daughters. The donuts were fantastic, I especially liked the coconut glazed donut holes.
Best donuts you'll find in Massachusetts. The Honey Dip and Marble Cruller are my two favorite. Staff is terrific and the old-school, 50s-style atompshere makes it all too perfect. Great establishment.
This shop has the best coffee and donuts and breakfast sammies around! Income here for coffee almost no matter what - flavored without being oily or cloyingly sweet. Milky Way is the best! And if I were to eat a donut, I?d make sure it counts - these are hands down the best I?ve had in a 50mi radius. And the staff is friendly and helpful, and it?s quick and easy. Best shop around.
I like to frequent non franchised donut shops when I can. This one is not bad. Coffee is decent, not too strong though... Asked for an everything bagel and got a plain... It wasn't busy! It's ok, I enjoyed it, was nice and fresh. Honey dip crueler was good as well. They are probably known for the bakery items they sell as apposed to being a breakfast stop.

Great little donut shop. Freshly made each day. Far superior to any donut shop in the area. What the lack in overall breakfast selection they make up for in overall quality of the donuts themselves. My daughter and I drive a half hour most weekends for their donuts.
Updated review: I really enjoyed going here for a quick breakfast at a good price. Then suddenly my request for a breakfast sandwich, which is clearly placed on the menu, became a burden to one employee in particular. Every time I ordered it I got a sigh and then she would huff and puff her way out back to make my sandwich. The doughnuts are still great and the sandwiches are good but hospitality goes a long way.
I ordered cookies and cake from this place and she only had the cookies ready when my mother-in-law picked up the order. She totally forgot about the cake!! Someone from the bakery literally drove a flat sheet basic cake 2 hours after bc I needed something to give to my guests...it was supposed to be a cute two tier cake. I understand things happened, but I called a week before to confirm everything with her. Cookies were alright.
Had the powdered donut with apple filling. Delicious! Light and fluffy donut, didn't feel unhealthy or fried. Highly recommend. The owner is very friendly as well!

Cakes - coffee - donuts that are much better than Dunkin easy in easy out Owners are married couple and are really nice. Help comes and stays. The baker hides in the basement and creates all the goodies and is great and dependable.
Their cakes are exceptionally delicious AND stunning. I have ordered several customized cakes and have never been disappointed! Thank God for immigrants like my grandparents, Florence and Arthur, helping us celebrate occasions one cake at a time!!!?????????????????????????
This place is a neighborhood treasure been having their cakes for 10-plus years and have never been disappointed! The owner of pleasant to work with and always on time what their order! I highly recommend their marble cake with buttercream frosting best I've ever eaten!
Donut Express is my go to for cakes, coffee, cookies, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, and donuts. They are SO DELICIOUS and the prices are incredible. Way cheaper than Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and it's all made right there!

Been going here since I was a little girl. The bagels are still the same as I remember super soft and delicious. First time back in over 15 years and still amazing!
There are six or so stairs. No ramp. If you want to get in and you?re a wheelchair user, you have to go to the opposite end of the mall. Not worth it.
The only problem with eating one of Donut Express' fabulous honey dip donuts is that in the future any Dunkin/Honey Dew/Tim Hortons donut will taste like cardboard by comparison.

The staff at this establishment is incredibly rude. They are incredibly unprofessional and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. I would NEVER go back here and i DONT recommend anyone to go here because they treat you like you don?t matter and then expect you to over pay for items. Completely ridiculous, I?ve never been so disappointed. They just lost so many customers.
