Donut Dudes

Lied about my pickup order saying that's what I paid for. I didn't have time to wait any longer than over 30 mins I gave them. And then the quality was horrible. Just plain inside the "filled" donuts. So I overpaid and was screwed with what I received. Edit: to be clear. "Too good too go"app I was supposed to get $24 worth of donuts for $10. I got 6 classic donuts for $10 instead and they were a day old. AND that's the cost of their "fresh" baked. They just lie and steal and then lie some more.

We arrived Just before closing. The gentleman helping us was getting ready to close shop so he seemed a little rushed. Donuts were delish. My fruity pebbles were a Little stale, but again, I believe it was due to hearing there so late in the day. Store was clean. They also had ice cream. Donuts were reasonably priced too.

It sucks when you go to support a business but they just want to steal. Made online order for an event and you see the photos on their site, the donuts look amazing. I got there. They said no such order is placed, I showed my confirmation. And then they go make the order. Almost an hour later (shoulda already been ready). What I received instead were dull. And no variety. After some back and forth I realized they're just thieves and I left. To make it even worse!! There was no filling at all in the donut

The donut I got was good. However, I arrived before 10 am, and everything was already sold out, but a select few and you can't pre-order online and customize the quantity of one particular donut you want. Definitely a little disappointed

This place is cute and I really wanted to be able to rave about it, but unfortunately the product is just not that good. The dough of the donuts, whatever flavor you order, tastes like a generic vegan, gluten-free donut. One of the donuts was dry, the other tasted fresher, but if blindfolded I would not have been able to taste the difference. I tried their donut sundae at the booth they had at the Taco festival. It was delicious. I have not gone to the store or had any experience with ordering from them but the quality of the donut was fresh and tasty. I had it with strawberry ice cream on top and the service was quick and friendly. I don't know if this is something they offer in the store but it's really good.

Went around 10:30AM on a Sunday. Most donuts were already sold out, but we were able to get a few different specialty donuts which were all very good. My favorite was birthday cake, and my partner's favorite was cookies and cream. Price wise, they are very reasonable. We got 5 specialty donuts for a little over 14 bucks. The space itself was cute but it felt very empty.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this establishment. The donuts ?? were delicious, affordable, and well worth the travel! The Cashier Maddie was Incredibly nice and made a hot coffee for me and Iced coffee for my wife.

Cute shop...the glazed donut was good. I wasn't a fan of the cheesecake donut but the service was awesome.

Update: I did the deal again another day and only received 6 donuts instead of like the 10 before. The donuts were not special like the previous order. Plain donuts with chocolate or vanilla frosting So I did the deal on too good to go app. I was nervous because it was my first time here and well it's a surprise box. My sons and I opened the box we were amazed on the quality of the donuts. We will definitely be back. They are huge and soft!

Never been here before. I decided to try it via too good to go. What they advertise as a $24 value of donuts on too good to go turned out to be 6 basic day old donuts. When looking at the menu, none of their half dozen donuts even amount to $24. I spent $10 on crusty day old donuts when I could have purchased fresh donuts for the same amount. When I asked if this was the $24 value box (I know they have different sets), the cashier said yeah. Super disappointed and feel like I was tricked.

Doughnuts are delicious, creative toppings! if you can add bacon as a topping, trust me it's delicious. Plenty of parking on the street.

BEST DONUTS EVER! I bought 2 of the last 4 donuts at around 12:00-12:30 noon, today. The donuts were as fresh as if they were just put on the tray. I wanted to try the coffee but was short on time. This has everything I'm looking for in a donut shop -- great donuts and a sitting area to take a little break during the day.

First time going. Owner was very friendly. Restaurant looks clean and had a good variety. Came for 6 and decided to get another half dozen. My coworkers really liked the doughnuts.

SO FRESH!! We go lots of places with fun flavored donuts but when we want a super fresh, super fluffy donut, we come here. Superior. The flavors are always delicious and different. I am not typically one to post a review, but I feel the need to share my experiences with Donut Dudes. My first time ordering from here was through the Too Good To Go app. It said pick up from 7-11 am. I showed up at 7:30 and the store was closed and said it didn?t open until 8 am. Service is extremely slow. I have been wanting to stop here for the longest. One person was working on a Saturday morning. Only 2 people were ahead of me and about 5 waiting behind me. Seems like the employee was having trouble with the coffee machine. It would have been nice if he just acknowledge all of us waiting or just said something. But nada. The donut was delicious but if you are in a hurry and don't have 20 minutes to wait, I would say just skip it.

I seen this place on instagram with 27,000 likes . I must say it?s very appealing to the eye. But the donuts were not filled, very doughy. I would call this place Mid. It?s definitely over hyped. Also, the service was not good . The girl did not want to explain anything about the menu or even gave us any suggestions or customer favorites. Her vibe was not friendly and she seemed as if she was bothered because we came in .

I used the "too good to go" app Worth 24$ I got SIX donuts I had to ask the lady " is this the offer thats 7.99 for 24$ worth of donuts" she said yes it is I just couldn't believe it. This place does not care about its customers, especially within delivery apps. I had ordered from here twice, both times I had received the wrong items just to check later and see that I'd "ordered" something else. When checking back both times, the item originally ordered was removed from the options. I would be alright with this if I didn't have a peanut allergy and if they hadn't swapped 1 of my 4 donuts for a peanut butter cup donut. All within the same box. Got a dozen and a drip coffee. Both were fresh as could be. Highly recommend strawberry cheesecake and the peanut butter chocolate. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a lemon bar donut for summer ??.

Personally, I wasn?t impressed. For one, I paid $9 for 3 donuts-that?s a bit pricey?.The taste just wasn?t my favorite. We have amazing donut shops in Chicago.. this wouldn?t be a competitor, to me! three stars mostly because the young lady behind the register was very nice. the donuts are decent - a step above dunkin? donuts, but you can get similar or better donuts at mariano?s. we went in at 9AM and they were already out of most donuts. they aren?t making them throughout the day which makes me believe the donuts are just being delivered to them every morning- which is okay but kind of misleading since they are claiming to be gourmet.

Donuts are extremely basic with a lot of stuff on top. Service was meh. Young lady was more on her cell phone. Ordered 4 donuts which were place in a 3 donut box with the 4th thrown on top and the box wouldn?t even close.

I haven't been there yet, but a family member picked up a dozen for my family. These donuts were amazing. Favorites were the strawberry cheese cake and boston cream. These donuts are decadent to say the least, but don't make you feel bad once you're done. I wish they were closer to where I live. Please branch out further southwest.

Boxed donut recipes from cake to yeast style donuts. No fresh ingredients, bulk frosting buckets, boxed cereal, etc. Nothing is fresh homemade ingredients. Donuts are made at an off location in a gas station warehouse. Had to leave this location due too many shady things. Owners are the same former gas station owners that were located there and shut down. Not my cup of coffee. ????. DONT TIP via CASH, CREDIT, or DEBIT. Owners use all the tips to pay employees hourly wage. Shady!!! ??????

This is not a reflection of their food, I tried to cancel my order via DoorDash. I tried to cancel 1 minute after I placed the order. The company has set it up that you can?t cancel orders. DoorDash couldn?t cancel it either, maybe update your terms with DoorDash.

The customer service was very good,I was happy they finally opened . But the donuts were just blah. Tasted like store bought donuts, and not freshly made donuts,very dry,and not much flavor.
