Donut Dip is my favorite place to get donuts since I moved to the area in 2020. Definitely a one of a kind, cute roadside donut shop! They have a variety of good size donuts. A few favorites of mine are the toasted coconut, honey dip, buttermilk and apple fritter! The staff is always so attentive and nice. They also have coffee and breakfast sandwiches!

There are so many donuts to choose and so many flavors. The price for a dozen is a touch too high, but it's well worth the visit. The breakfast sandwiches are great and the coffee does not disappoint.

I tried donuts for the first time in 3 months so I decided to go to the Donut Dip and I was not disappointed at all! Their donuts are the best , right up there with Mrs. Murphys . They?re closer and very delicious! Plus the prices are reasonable and worth every penny! I highly recommend and can?t wait to get back!

The donuts are ok. We got a sour cream, apple cider, coconut cream, strawberry cream, honey crueler and the special of the day "cherry". The cherry was like eating a cake made with maraschino cherries. The sour cream was like every other sour cream, a moist cake donut. My wife and I stopped on a whim driving through town, it looked like a fun blast from the past. 50's Back to the Future diner kind of thing. We sampled four different donunt varieties and it was unanimous. (all two votes ??) Each was the best in class we've ever had for each variety and we live near two pretty famous donut shops in our own hometown. Seriously, donut euphoria. We might move to Massachusetts.

Donut Dip in West Springfield. I have never been to the Donut Dip until today September 14, 2024. Friends of ours had a birthday party for their 2 boys and they are big fans of the Donut Dip. The donuts are very delicious and fresh depending on the time you go. But wow oh wow are they expensive. Some donuts are also more expensive than others, but it is not clearly marked which ones and how much more they cost. Still makes for a nice treat every once in awhile.

Finally stopped by here today after moving back to the area a few months ago. I?m glad I did! The staff was very helpful and friendly even though I was that annoying customer who took about five minutes to decide on what donuts I wanted. Went with the honey dip and Boston cream. Both super fresh and tasty. Coffee was hot and fresh. I?ll be back!

I can't eat donuts, but when I saw this kitschy, adorable donut shop while staying at a hotel up the road, I knew I had to stop for my partner and for my kid. We got a bunch of donuts and both partner (who drove) and kid (who stayed back home in NYC) were filled with joy and deliciousness, and we vow to return. I visit from CT when I?m in the area! Donut varieties for days! So much better when made in a local mom and pop shop Ordered a lemon filled, sprinkled and maple bacon. Blueberry and glazed another time. Everything was so fresh AND you can see where everything is being made Will definitely have to get the giant donut for a party or event one time.

The cashier was very attentive and the donuts were so delicious. My favorite was the coconut one. So soft and chewy it was just a well rounded donut. The hot chocolate was rich and creamy. Welcome to Donut Heaven. This place is one of a kind and should be on any Donuts Fans top list of Donut Shops. First of all, these places dont exist anymore. Where can you go to get a great Donut... not DD that's for sure. You can get a great Donut at Donut Dip for sure. The staff is super friendly and they know everyone by name and what they order. Haven't been here in years. Was driving by and stopped to grab a dozen donuts for something different. Wow!! They start at $14/dozen. But everything is high right now so why not? Well not all donuts are included in that price. Lol. The French Crueller is $2.95 each. The Boston Creme are more as well (cant' remember exactly how much). And a few others are more. They are all just donuts and not different prices anywhere else. However I ended up paying $18.14 for a dozen donuts and they were small.

An absolute must stop if you are in the area. If you live nearby, chances are you know full well how "dangerous" these doughnuts are! Everything we tried was amazing but I have a special fondness for the butter crunch. It's an old fashioned type of flavor that just hits the spot.

It's everything you want in a roadside donut shop. The outside appearances look a little dingy, but they have fantastic donuts!!! The parking situation leaves a lot to be desired. And The coffee is not great (from New England Coffee Company), but the donuts are so good that this place is a must stop every time I'm traveling through.

Long-running locally-owned classic doughnut shop. Infinitely better than Dunkin. A wide variety of classic and specialty doughnuts. These are amongst the tastiest doughnuts / donuts I've ever had. This is not some modern donut place that just sticks cereal and fancy toppings on and overcharges?the prices are reasonable. They also have coffee and bottled beverages. It is entirely a takeout place. Known for their sour cream doughnut, which is phenomenal. I also recommend the chocolate.

I stopped by here around 5pm on a Sunday and there were still plenty of flavors available. Sure, might not have been the freshest at this point but some donuts keep longer then others. I went with honey glaze, chocolate, spiced New England, cider, toasted coconut, bavarian cream. Honey glaze was light but decent chew. The spiced and cider donuts were very similar...the spice was just stronger. I gave away the bavarian cream so I can't comment on taste...it was however smaller than others noticeably. T

I cannot put into words the quality and taste of these delectable morsels! There is always a great selection of glazed, frosted, and filled donuts. They even have seasonal donuts, like maple frosted and pumpkin. I travel from out of state to get a dozen, whenever I have a family gathering. You have to try them for yourself!

Definitely come prepared to know what you want to order. This place is cramped and the staff are trying to keep the line moving as quick as possible. Prices were pretty good. The bagel sandwiches came out nice and hot and were delicious. The asiago bagel is great! The chocolate coconut donut was very good, but the cider donut was lacking in cider flavor. I would love to stop here if I'm ever passing through the area again.

I always wanted to go there but whenever we are close by it was late and closed but today I was finally able to go! I was super excited. I bought six donuts- coconut cream, lemon jelly, strawberry cream, honey dip, cherry cake donut and butter crunch. Everything was delicious. I love donuts and they are definitely one of the best. Regular donuts(real small)=$1 each/ Supposedly-specialty donuts=$2 each/ young-unprofessional/trained help do not give accurate prices/information ect. Owners (popular with society) but talk trash, drama, soap opera about every one and (things) subjects in back areas of stores (w.spfld/ longmeadow) or at counter when few in customers present.. (W. Sfld) - basically a tourist trap style stop.. No great flavor at all (generic)- Good is they hire youth in the communities-but help says pays cheap!

Delicious donuts and a huge selection!! So many kinds of donuts - I loved the strawberry jelly donut and apple fritter. They have several flavors of jelly donuts which is awesome. There's coffee if you want that too. And customer service is friendly!

I love this place, their doughnuts are soft, fresh, airy, and of course delicious. The frosting or the fillings on the doughnuts are not a crunchy sugar or processed jelly but just the right balance for the dough. It is not a "dine-in" place so you pick up and go which, to me, is perfect. They also serve coffee. It is the best doughnut shop I've been to thus far, no other shops have topped it.

Me and my partner Rory have been coming to this place for 10+ years now and we drive an hour and a half to enjoy these. These days it?s been harder for him to make the trip out, but when I get the chance I?ll always make the drive. I had to check this place out because of my friend but I wouldn?t come again. I like my apple fritter from CT it?s bigger fluffier and it has way more flavor in the inside, they sell like hot cakes.

Got off of I 95 to get a coffee and stumbled on this GEM! I'm from Ct the home of Neil's famous donuts. I must say that Donut Dip is on par or surpasses Neils! Whith the vast" Variety" of donuts and pastry leaves you with only one choice. Bring home a dozen and try them all. I bought a "Belly Buster" and brought it to my grand children in Vermont. The hot cruss donuts are everything people say they are and rave about. Those aren't the only hit there, though. Every donut we had was really good! Worth a stop if you are in the area. I can definitely see why they have been called the best donuts in Massachusetts.

These guys are the best, the donuts are always fresh the apple fritter is so delicious it's my all time favorite treat and just tried a breakfast sandwich for the first time today sausage egg and cheese on a Chedder jalapeno bagel and it was amazing. I definitely recommend them.

If you love, donuts, then there?s nowhere else to go. These donuts rule. I am a big fan of DD, but these donuts are far superior. I had never been to this place before I revisit. We will certainly be back. Do yourself a favor, Get the colors and the old-fashioned along with the honey dip.

From California to Mass, I've tasted a lot of donuts, and these are among the top. The maple glazed was a bit too sweet and not too maple-y, but the reg glazed and powdered sugar donuts were amazing.

Best donuts in the region. Also great hot chocolate. They also cook fresh and restock throughout the day, and get enough traffic that I've never gotten a six hour old donut. I try to stop every time I'm in Springfield.

Pretty good made on premises donuts. The ones we had definitely werent made that day. And although they use wax paper to grab the donuts it would be nice to see them with gloves on. I do reccomend trying these especially the sour cream donuts which are hard to find from a local shop. Support local businesses!

I don't know how I have lived in Western Mass my whole life and never went to Donut Dip until today. Had a breakfast sandwich, Boston cream donut and coffee. Everything was delicious. Staff was so friendly and fast. Everything looked scrumptious. A very, very big difference experience from you-know-who Big Donut Chain. Loved it. We'll be back regularly for sure!

Great classic amazing tasting donuts with a classic old school vibe. They service is quick moving despite how busy it often is. The breakfast sandwiches are also delicious with some really soft bagels.

We went there after 5pm and the selection was very good! The girl waiting on us had a lot of patience with us. There were so many donuts to choose from! Quality was very good and the price was reasonable. The sour cream and cider donuts were our favorite! There is one negative I have, there isn't any in NYS.

All their donuts are great? but the maple donuts are INCREDIBLE! You can get them with or without sprinkles. I prefer without. I think the sprinkle take away from the maple flavor. Also, the service is always great. The staff is very friendly.

This is my go to donut spot in Western MA. They always have a great variety of fresh and delicious donuts to choose from. On top of that they have an extremely friendly staff. There are not many parking spaces and the interior is pretty cramped but aside from that you couldn't ask for more from your local donut shop.

Whenever we have a sweet tooth, this is the spot! Their maple donuts are my absolute favorite. When I was put on donut duty for a work event, the ladies behind the counter made the pick up an easy process. Their donut selection is vast; however, they do run low on some flavors due to their popularity.

I?ve always look forward to visiting Donut Dip, particularly when it was in East Longmeadow. It is only very occasionally that I get to West Springfield now. My daughter and I went there to purchase 2 dozen donuts and a box of coffee for our staff at the office. The staff here in West Springfield at Donut Dip are the most unpleasant, unfriendly people you?d want to encounter at the beginning of your day. It would seem that it might be the worst place to have to work. They would benefit from a 100% complete

We stopped here to get a drink after visiting our dog in the hospital. We were met with the worst attitude and coldest demeanor. I feel bad for the other girl that had to work with her. She was cold, and annoyed through the entire interaction. We ordered a simple iced coffee and 2 donuts so it?s not like we were asking for something crazy. It took everything in me to keep being kind to you. September 21st at 4:15. The girl with basic blonde highlights and an easy to draw face. I hope your manager sees this.

Good local spot for donuts and breakfast sandwiches. It?s a tight squeeze inside especially in the morning. Parking depending on time of day can be somewhat limited. I recommend ordering ahead for larger than personal orders and sandwiches. Donuts are always fresh and soft, our favorite donut shop!

Great breakfast sandwiches and delicious donuts but have had many consecutive poor customer service experiences. Have ordered breakfast sandwiches for myself and a few coworkers and staff was bothered by the order (approx. 5 sandwiches each time, called in advance) and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Unfortunate considering their food is so great! Felt uncomfortable after these experiences and don?t feel the need to support poor customer service :(

I love this place!!!! I try to go once a week, one of the real few "Real" donuts places around freshly baked donuts and delicious breakfast sandwiches and the staff is awesome. Only issue i have is i order the same thing most weeks and the totals are always different other than that I love it there

Soooo I just read one review that I am hoping is bellow me, this place is very rustic and very old style and everyone has an off day, they deal with EVERYONE plus the Big-E is going on so I?d chalk up your experience to a bad day and maybe not target workers the way your review has? In my first time experience I had a delightful time the workers are a cheer to help select our sweets and javas. So in short we all understand having a bad day so just lighten up next time, customer service is customer service

This place is the last of the small donut shops and still makes everything fresh. Morning the donuts are still warm sometimes. A must stop on 91 north.

I typically only stop there occasionally for a coffee, so I can't say anything about the food. But I dont even like getting a coffee there. Setiously??? 3.09 for a large coffee? Why? And what's with the 9 cents?? Read some comments about employees and their attitudes, and I have also gotten an attitude a couple of times from a particular older woman. It's usually because she puts too much cream in and I say its tool light. Even though I specify that I want very little cream.
