Delicious donuts and very nice staff. I got a peanut butter angel creme and a blueberry cheesecake donut. So yummy I ate them in the car! I got there after 1 pm and didn't expect a big selection at that time of the day but was pleasantly surprised at all the flavors. It was hard to choose, I will definitely make this one of my favorite places.
Was in town for work and looking for a place to take donuts to the family. I have to say this is one of the absolutely best places to get FRESH donuts. They were established in 1978 I believe and she said they have a Baker on site all date giving the community fresh donuts all day. My youngest is picky and she absolutely LOVED these donuts. Will go again when in town.
Very good selection. Employee was extremely nice and honest (a certain donut was old and had to be changed out and she told us). Food quality was great also.
They have Sugar raised doughnuts, they are so good, so soft, and so perfect. They have the classic strawberry frosted. The doughnuts are fresh, they make them 4 feet from where you buy them. They are not prepackaged, prefrozen, and then microwaved. You can taste the difference and see it in your wallet. Highly recommended.
Coffee is usually good and when it's not, it's still enjoyable because it's from DC. Atmosphere is great and prices are better. I have to come here whenever I come up to PA or else I will throw a fit.

The lady working the desk was absolutely horrible . She kept rushing the order and rudely interrupted our order for drive through and just talking over me to the male employee and said ?they don?t want to wait? she screwed up my sandwich and I asked for a pumpkin hot coffee with cream and she never gave me pumpkin.

After the nasty experience I had this morning, I will never be back again. As someone born and raised in NEPA, I came back home this weekend to visit a friend so on the way out, my boyfriend and I decided to stop in for some breakfast. I?ve visited Donut Connection multiple times and never had any issues. However, this time was different. As soon as we entered the store, we felt the animosity the worker and 2 other patrons had for us. We approached the counter where we received no greeting or acknowledgment
Everything made fresh. Unfortunately I half to change my review to 1 star due to staff is not fulfilling there work on making coffee by missing flavors and what is asked on my recent 3 grubhub orders. You all need to get coffees made correctly not including a recent order in house the older lady with a short brown hair cut added an item to our order that we did not order. Hence there is a worker who bring a daughter who is loud and obnoxious at this location which nobody needs to hear her complain about mon
The ladies that work there are extremely rude and always worrying about the car behind you when you ask for one second. Also I was trying to order earlier and the lady proceeded to complain that someone ?left? behind us and closed the window in our faces.
Good prices and friendly service, I just wish they were closer to where I live.
We?ve lived in and visited many cities and tried a lot of places for doughnuts ?? If we splurge for a weekend treat for our kids, Donut Connection is by far the best!! Their drive-through is convenient. Their prices are great. They have the friendliest and caring staff too. I?m not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. When friends come into town, this is also their favorite. Its our go-to for the best and freshest ?? ??

I had what is most likely the most pleasant experience I?ve had ordering food in a very long time. As an airline pilot I was hoping to order a nice selection for our crew. Spoke with Megan who went well past the point of above and beyond to help me and for that I?ll be forever thankful! Food is outstanding and complimented that much more by the outstanding staff. People in this area don?t know how good they have it with this donut chain; amazing donuts with great variety, great coffee and still affordable. We love this place!
staff is very rude to teenagers they have given me attitude multiple times for not doing anything all i?ve tried to be was nice i?ve only been here 2 times and i probably won?t come back
Good coffee, great selection of baked goods and donuts. The apple and cheese danish is amazing! The only issue I have is that they have cups hanging from the ceiling to show the sizes of their iced coffees, but the cups they actually use for iced drinks are significantly smaller, yet the same price.
Great coffee with friendly service. It has the convenience of a drive thru and a rewards program. You get your card punched every time you buy coffee and after 12 you get one free.
My favorite place for my decaf coffee, always fresh always!!! Friendly staff .always fresh donuts ! I wouldn't go any other place ! There was a cocky guy there sat ,told him I was a small decaf,he gives me a large decaf ?? I told him I dont want that, he was so rude .
After a couple of mediocre experiences with this place I don't know if they went in the back and beat the employees but this place has completely turned around. The doughnuts are always fresh my order is always right they're coming up with new donuts that are the best donuts I've ever had in my life and even if it's not made when you get there though run back and make it perfectly in 5 minutes. Recently moved to the area and discovered this great place that makes donuts fresh throughout the day. Greeted with a smile from the young lady and she was patient while I decided what I wanted. This place makes better donuts than the national donut chain I won't mention. Will be back and is just around the corner from where I live.

I have never had an issue with another store like I have with this donut connection. At 1st the lady who was in the drive thru kept correcting me on the names of the doughnuts like I'm supposed to know all of the names because I work there but I don't work there I own my own business. Then I asked her for a very specific order very easy 80% hot chocolate, 20% milk. Not a very hard order to mess up, But somehow she put in 80% milk and 20% hot chocolate. The owners are very pleasant. The donuts are very fresh. They make the best Angel Vanilla Cream donut. They are filled with lots of cream. That's my favorite. I got one at another donut shop and was very disappointed. Donut Connection has the best donuts by far.
I had a uber eat order C4EB5,when I went to pick it up the entire order was not in the bag. Around September 1 , 8:50-8:56 the lady working there(no name tag). Gave me an attitude because I asked her to put gloves on while preparing the missed items of my order. She use the paper to place the crossiant in the toaster(which is ok) and then pushed it in with her bare hand. I ordered on doordash and they called me saying they were out of the two donuts I wanted. They were going to replace them with something else, I didnt mind at all. Then I get my order and they threw in a whole bunch of extra things,cookies even with a little note that was so sweet. They didnt have to do that but they went out of their way anyways just to make me happy. It was greatly appreciated! The donuts were delicious,especially the eclair! Highly recommended!
