Donut Bros.

We get donuts from here every Sunday, and every Sunday they are consistent. Fresh and oh so yummy! Today we got the breakfast sandwiches (on croissants) and WOW! So so good. We love supporting this small business and encourage others to as well! Thanks Max, your food and service is great!

The new food options are a nice touch! Have always loved how fresh they taste, and how fluffy they are. The employees are also always nice. You can tell by the flavor that they don't use old/bad oil.

Doughnuts are your average run of the mill Doughnuts. Service was good. She was very nice and polite. Atmosphere inside is like a generic doughnut shop. This next thing isn't the shop's fault but there was a group of homeless right outside that cat called me before going in and when leaving. That made me feel uncomfortable and not very safe.

These donuts are lower price point wise but their flavor is also low. The sprinkle cake tasted off and not like a sweet cake donut. The chocolate frosted donuts(round and bar) lacked flavor. The filled donut was hefty but when we cut into it we realized most of the weight was from the dense half cooked dough. They're fairly large but they make up for it in not being very good.

One of the best donut shops nearby! Maple Bacon Bars are my favorite & Custard Filling w/ Chocolate topping is his favorite ?? I recommend trying ANY of their Breakfast Croissant-wiches.. ?? savory melty yummy.ness ????

I found this shop via TooGoodtogo and got a nice deal on boxes of donuts, they were still fresh the next day when I donated them to the House of USA at Balboa Parks International Village. Visitors came in and said: "oh Donuts, just so American!" I could have used many more people loved them.

The donuts are surprisingly good. Not too greasy and the perfect amount of sweetness. The employees are nice. I will return.

I came in for a couple dozen donuts that I give away to customers when I visit them. I usually go to Holey Donuts when in El Cajon for their great variety and excellent customer service. I thought I would give this place a try. No greeting or eye contact when I went in not to big of a deal. Bathroom has out of order sign I asked to use it and she said it was for Covid but she would ask the owner. He said no, I asked him myself and without looking at me he said no it?s out of order. I use to avoid this place, but now with friendly customer service and reasonable prices, I?m back to eating donuts from this place. The donuts are yummy and there is lots of variety, I?ll definitely be coming back.

Donut Bros, you ricked it. I stopped in a Thursday night right before closing and ordered four dozen. Kai was friendly and helpful. Friday morning, I waited in line to get my donuts, but I was happy to see that they were doing great business and making people happy. I pulled up to the counter and tied off my horse. Jared grabbed four colorful boxes and went to work filling the boxes with a lovely assortment of delicious goodness. There was a flurry of activity. Jared's superpower is friendliness and speed.

This place has put a permanent cease and desist on all other donut shops! Other donuts are either a far inferior path to disappointment or are tasty enough to get you dreaming of how much better Donut Bros is. If you can?t tell, this is my favorite donut store, at least in San Diego. I have tested many and even trusted the recommendation of a local guide who tested a large number of other shops rated this one low. Tried some of her favorite alternative shops and they were extremely subpar. Don?t be fooled

A defining hallmark of a good eatery is if you would return, and for Donut Bros, I have twice done so after the initial visit, and this was the best visit of them all. I got their original glaze and a maple bar, and both doughnuts were light, fluffy, and not greasy. Just the right amount of icing and they totally hit the spot. Plus, every time I?ve been in, the staff has been friendly. Keep up the good work guys! :)

Love this donut shop! Donuts are always fresh, and staff is super nice, fast and friendly! My favorite is the cinnamon roll, honey's favorite is maple bar, and we both enjoy their plain old fashioned. Only once did I order something I didn't enjoy, a hot chocolate, but I won't hold that against them.

Dianna was so cool! The card machine was malfunctioning due to a power outage and she was super professional and kept a pleasant conversation going while fixing the issue. We got the lemon filled glazed and the buttermilk glazed donuts and they were both INCREDIBLE. Awesome prices too!!!

These donuts were the best I?ve ever had, and I?ve eaten from a handful of donut shops. We got a chocolate peanut, white with sprinkles, and a Bavarian creme. The donuts were very moist and delicious with a crusty outside. I was amazed by how good they tasted! It?s not just a basic donut, they?re really good donuts. Delicious donuts with friendly faces. Small mom and pop shop owned by best friends who are pretty much the closest thing to brothers. Can't miss the shop located in Madison Plaza Shopping Center. They open early and close late so there's no excuse not to get donuts. You can get them all day and their fluffy and affordable!

Such a great spot. It deserves far more attention than it seems to get. The staff is always very helpful and polite. The prices are fantastic, and the donuts are always fresh and delicious. It's about 8 bucks for a dozen. Definitely worth it. Parking situation is a little weird atm because of the construction, but they're still open and it's not that difficult to park on the side anyway. Highly recommend.

Donut bros is great I bring donuts to works and other functions and people love them, my favorite is the cream filled and maple bars, everyone is always so friendly and nice and the service is quick I would highly recommend donut bros for your donut supply.

I got a 1/2 dozen donuts for dessert after dinner. I was the only person in the place. So, didn't have to worry about social distancing, which was great! 1/2 dozen was $5. The only thing is my friend wanted a maple bar filled with cream but he didn't have any. ???

My neighbor brought me some this weekend... seriously delicious!! I'm not even crazy about donuts...cookies are my thing...but that one that was shaped like a loaf, with a cake like texture, was so moist and sweet and delicious I am still thinking of it!! The others, chocolate and maple and maple bacon were also better than your average donut...I know, I sampled each one! ??

Donuts are really good. The guy behind the counter is friendly and quick to serve. Finding it is a little tricky. There is construction for a new shop but its behind the new construction and not easy to see from the street, because it is hidden by a Wings and things shop. But this only temporary until the construction is completed.

Best donut holes and maple bacon bars and ham cheese breakfast croissant sandwiches ever. The dough is so light and airy. The maple flavor is just right and not too sweet.

Initially I thought there was going to be many doughnuts to choose from. However today was My first time there and I & My husband were very disappointed. We felt the doughnuts were dry, and have had better at Honey's Doughnuts or at Sunny's doughnuts. We most likely wont go back. Too much Hype not imprrssed. And sad as we really don't have a good doughnut shop close. ????

These donuts are good any time of the day but if you get some in the early morning when they're fresh, they will MELT IN YOUR MOUTH! Also, very reasonable prices!!

They only make 1 set of donuts a day, so by 11a.m. most are gone. And what they do have is very overpriced.

Donut bros has good tasting donuts and cheaper then most donut outlets it's under renovation but is still open you have to use the alley behind the complex to get to the entrance off Madison Avenue

Place is okay. Don't serve muffins. Shop is under construction so it's not clearly viewed from the street. Not on my list to return. Donuts were average and unimpressive.
