We are staying in sparks. From Sacramento. Googled donuts. This was our choice based on how close we were. What a fantastic decision. Just came back with 5 donuts and so far my wife and I are blown away how great these are, the Apple Fritter might be the best ive ever had, my wifes chocolate cream was so good she inhaled it. ?? Shrinkflation has hit Donut Bistro on Pyramid. We usually love their donuts, but now they are smaller, the dipped ones are barely covered, and the fritters are like bread with a glazed crust. The taste is still good, except for the apple fritter. We were so disappointed this morning. ?? I hope this isn't the new normal.

We came here the other day and received friendly fast service, the donut shop was clean and is in a good location. The parking lot is a little tight though. We got glazed, chocolate iced, boston cream, cheesecake filled, oreo filled, and an apple burrito. Everything was really yummy.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and the smell of fresh donuts. Multiple coffee options as well as flavored creamers. Very tasty donuts enjoyed in a clean atmosphere while enjoying music videos on the large flatscreen....extremely affordable and i am cheap.

The staff is always friendly and fast and the donuts are delicious with some flavors you can't get at other places. We got all this for only $35! What a great experience!

The quality of the donuts is amazing. We stopped by to grab a dozen and told the guy to fill with an assortment. He went to the back and filled it with the freshest, hottest donuts he had and they were amazing. My 2 year old anilitated a twist on the 5 minute drive home. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a classic donut done right.

I guess I don't carry cake Donuts anymore which kind of is a bummer. Tried to get them three times but not getting them other than that I used to love this place

Cool vibe and atmosphere. But I think that's all they were going for. Honestly, my 3 stars is reflective of the actual donuts. Just meh. I've been to Sprinkle, Jelly, and Doughboys, and this one is just average. Plus, the location is tough to find and really makes it debatable whether it's worth it. The inside of this place is comfy and warm. I like the simple decor and the sunny window seating. The parking lot can be a little funny to get into though. At 10:30AM the donuts looked mostly fresh. Some looked more stale than others, but nothing looked out of place. The big donuts could be a fun crowd pleaser for sure. The apple fritter is good. It has a crispy outside and soft inside and the flavor is strong but not overwhelming. All around well balanced and above average.

We visited this place recently and were greeted with speedy and amicable service. The well-kept donut shop enjoys an advantageous position. However, the parking space is a bit restricted. We opted for glazed, topped with chocolate icing, Boston cream, filled with cheesecake, stuffed with oreo, and an apple burrito. All the items were exceedingly delectable.

I love this place! I had a bear claw this time. It was filled with apple and so fresh and Decadent. I usually do the apple fritters, I adore theirs, there the ultimate along with those Yummy Bear Claws. Gotta try it!

The parking lot is the worst part about this location. Getting in and out can be a nightmare. If you have a large vehicle don't bother trying to get in. Get there early for the best selection. Expect to wait in line for about 5 to 10 mins. Seating is tight. The donuts are pretty good. I love the French cruller but they sell out lightning fast. Don't expect to see one past 9am.

Wanted to argue with me about what I said since what I got wasn't what I wanted. Fine, maybe I ordered wrong, but they weren't helpful in fixing it at all. We come here a couple of Sundays a month for a couple of donuts. Service is always fast and everyone is always nice. We come mid-morning and we've never had a not so fresh donut. Many times they've been warm, which is great. This is a go-to to satisfy our sweet cravings.

I ordered donuts, which I rarely do, through door dash. These donuts are AMAZING and so well made. I'm not a sugar person regularly, but every now and again, I crave glazed. I have never tasted something so awesome. Kudos to those who make them. They were so delicious, that I called to tell them. So I'm going to snack on these all day and fight off anyone who tries to take a donut hole. Those are mine. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but 90% of the time I go here they are completely sold out of everything we want. I really don?t understand how this place can continuously be sold out without making any effort to increase capacity. I can?t justify anymore wasted trips here and for that reason we won?t return until they can figure out their capacity issues.

Just what I expected with the great reviews. Fresh and tasty donuts that the whole office raved about. LOTS of options in store and limited menu outside of donuts but that?s the point, the donuts are the focus and made extremely fresh.

The ?? were so delicious here!!! And the young girl and young man behind counter who provides service I was shocked how polite and friendly they were! We've started to come here on weekends to get donuts. There's a few things on the menu I've been wanting to try but haven't yet. So far, I like the crullers best. There's a good variety of donuts and the staff is pleasant. It can get crowded, so don't be surprised if there's a line!

My family loves the Donut Bistro. A few times last year I ran into issues with some oily, soggy donuts, but they seem to have fixed that since then. My son says he'd love it if they offered an orange or cherry donut like they have at DB's in West and South Reno. The Bistro has very similar quality, but less variety. Employees are always very nice.

Best doughnuts in town, only went up 25 cents not doubled like jelly d...... . They doubled in price and picked up an additude,used to be my go to, but this is a fantastic selections fully stocked and nicest young people working ,never disappointed here.

One of the best 2 donut shops that we've found in the Reno/Sparks area. Recommend the Apple Fritters first thing in the morning. Always clean and the staff professional and attentive.

I have lived in places with excellent donut/pastry shops, but this is by far the BEST DONUTS I have had in over 30 yrs! The Apple Fritters are a crunchy sided delight & the bear claws are fabulous! Many donut shops can make regular glazed raised donuts that are passable. But not many can make the specialty donuts that are this good! Fantastic!

My husband and I love this place. Our first visit we were curious so we started asking questions about what special and services they do. My favorite part was that the workers there automatically knew were from C.A after asking endless of questions. Pretty funny. They listen really well. Plus their donuts were delicious!

Donuts are good but service is always horrible. Nine people waiting in line with one person helping while the other hand rolls the till paper for half an hour while wrecking of weed with blood shot eyes. Sat in line for 25 minutes most recently without moving, so I gave up. I can find equally good donuts anywhere. Definitely not worth the wait.

Upon my first visit to Donut Bistro, I was so pleased to see such a clean cafe. The donuts here really are a perfect morning treat, paired with fresh coffee. The service was quick and considerate.

I have to change my review. There are TWO guys I really like there and one I don't although I tried to. I THINK he's the owner but I'm not sure. Besides, better donuts can be found elsewhere. I just wanted some good discussions when I bought their product. I was disappointed.

Ordered a dozen Assorted Donuts & the person who took my order said it would take a while to prepare them so I expected freshly prepared donuts. An hour later I went to pick them up & they were still not ready so they told be to wait for like 10 minutes but Pretty sure these donuts were ready all day and all they did was just throw them in a box. I normally don't eat donuts being a fanatical dieter. However, this place is so tempting that I can't stay away. You can have donuts and coffee just the way you like it. Coffee Americano is yummy with or without cream and sugar. Donuts are fantastical especially the buttermilk kind which is my favorite.

Donuts were ok a little pricey, and service was a bit slow. Three guys were there, only one helping customers. A line started to back up before anyone else jumped into help.

Where do I start, walked in there were 3 people at register 2 guys working one was running the register the other was more interested in changing the latin music to another latin station. When the guy at the register gets done he offers to help the people behind me while the other guy just stood there staring into space. Case was pretty lean. But the 8 donuts I got were good.

Real donuts are made here and they make one's belly warm and happy. When the crumb donuts are hot, it makes a grown man want to cry with joy. This place is way better than that pitiful franchise donut shop in the legends where children cry and men groan under the tyranny of oppression.

Clean, small, yummy. Donuts and coffee and nothing else. A few tables, but mostly geared for take out. Basic, expected selection with a few particular such as the Oreo one: creme stuffed and cookie crumble topping. Bearclaws and lemon filling and coffee cake crumble donuts. My family goes every chance they get all week long. They keep the selection full and fresh all morning, which we particularly appreciate.

Coming from the world of Krispy Kreme, these were a breath of deep-fried fresh air. I didn't try a fully glazed one, because I find them too sweet, but got a regular yeast donut topped with chocolate glaze and peanuts. Delicious! Donut Bistro is my favorite donut shop in Sparks/Reno. The staff there are always super friendly and nice. The donuts are delicious and fresh. If you are looking for a new donut shop I couldn't recommend them more.

We ordered one type of donut and they came in other flavors instead of the specific quantities we ordered by flavor. the quality of the packaging was poor and my kids ordered with colored sprinkles and they came with chocolate sprinkles. I do not order more from this place

To Mark Treglia this Marco guy u speak of simply made a mistake but quickly fixed it. I'm sure his intentions were pure and just like anyone we make mistakes from time to time. Dont be such a hard critic on a small issue that was quickly fixed. If you dont wish to return that's your decision but as to the donuts there, they are delicious and every time I've gone I've gotten great service. For anyone reading these comments you really just need to go in for your own experience, the donuts really are worth it

The service is always wonderful and the donuts always good. The only drawback is they run out of the good ones a lot so I wait for fresh ones which is a plus at the same time cause fresh is good. The prices are affordable too. I highly recommend.
