This place is super cute. I was famished and stopped in for a mid-day snack.. The owner was so friendly and the donuts are absolutely excellent. Highly recommend going in to see the space - ton of flavor varieties too!

I was just walking by this morning and a lady noticed i was kinda looking around, maybe for a coffee, and she suggested I look in the courtyard and try a donut. Sure, why not. Not many options left at 11:00 on a Sunday. Raised donut with coconut topping ($4) was okay (glaze was melting and it didn?t taste fresh).

Not only are the donuts very good, but you have to do a tour of Coronado with Tony! Tony gave my family and I an amazing experience and has so much rich knowledge and history about this beautiful city. First, you watch a short video on the history of the Hotel, city, and more. Then, you go for a very nice walk to many featured spots of the city. We travel to Coronado often and plan on eventually living there; we will make it a priority to stop by the shop, see Tony, and get some yummy donuts!

Was not staffed 15 minutes before close so when the lady returned she offered my son two free donuts with us not realizing they were $4 a pop. I would have rather her give him two donuts for free that we already chose instead of adding to the amount we got. Decent donuts but melted even in the baggies before we got home and definitely overpriced as other reviewers have said.

Not your average ?grab a dozen for the family? kind of donut shop. Unless you?re the Bezos family. If you want to pay for ?a cute, cozy atmosphere,? this is your place. It is nice and host is very friendly. But I am sorry, the donuts aren?t worth the price. Guess I?m just a different breed of a donut connoisseur.

My family and I wandered in here when killing time in Coronado before flying home. The owner was so inviting and kind, more than expected for some random customers! I got the cinnamon roll donut (my go-to everywhere) and this was hands down the best I?ve had. My girls got strawberry and chocolate glazed. They were the pillowiest donuts ever. Absolutely would recommend and come here again!

This was a great "pop in and refuel" doughnut shop, located across the street from the Hotel Del. Their donuts are great, and they serve free coffee, too. If you have 5 minutes, head in to get a Donut-Beach doughnut and say hi to the shopkeep, Marylin, because she's super nice too. :)

Unfortunately, it's too expensive for the quality of donut I received. I was half way through a Boston Cream before I found any cream. 4 donuts and 2 small horizon plain milks cost me $30.

Overpriced and basic. I understand that it?s Coronado, but $4-5 for a basic donut is unjust. Donuts are suppose to be reasonably priced and delicious. These donuts are average to above average taste.The selection is limited to non existent. The price is atrocious. Drive to San Diego and eat at one of the other excellent options the city has to offer!

Super cute little donut shop across from the Hotel Del. We got there a little later (around 12pm) so there wasn't a ton of selection. The apple fritter was by far the best choice. We also got the pink frosted donut which wasn't as good and a vanilla bar which was okay. Coffee was standard drip, not great but not bad. It's fun place to stop by if you're in Coronado in the morning.

We were getting lunch around the corner and walked past this little gem. When we walked in, we were greeted very kindly. All the baked goods are individually bagged and so fun to pick out. This is by far the best place to get a good coffee and fresh donuts in Coronado! The owner is very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they are really passionate about what they do and this passion becomes apparent when tying one of their many selections of donuts. They also have the best coffee in Coronado! Instead of going to a Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts please consider supporting this family owned business. I promise you won?t regret it!

Great experience. They were so friendly and welcoming. The gentleman behind the counter was very patient with our large group and helped make good recommendations. He was very engaging with our younger kids too. The doughnuts were not too sweet?just perfect. We?ve already been back twice!

Donuts were good, though I could have done without the individually wrapped in plastic bags. (Felt a bit wasteful). Not a full service coffee shop, but a good enough place to grab a cup of drip and sit by the fountain nearby.

Wasn't quite what I was expecting and they were sold out of most things by 10:00am, but the buttermilk old fashioned 'donut' (more like a bar) was very tasty. Lots of knick knacks and souvenirs too.
