Just another awesome Donut Bank location. All of their delicious favorites in Princeton, Indiana. Their coffee might be as good as their donuts and pastries. The service here is great and all of the employees are very helpful and professional. They really work together here like a team. It is easy to find this location using Google Maps.
I?m from out of town and whenever I come to Princeton to visit my grandma, I always make sure to stop here. Absolutely love everything about this place.
I really want to give you 5 stars,but unfortunately I just can?t. I was there at your store on a busy Sunday morning (11 am). There were 5 employees working behind the counter, 4 were all working the drive up window while only 1 very sweet young lady handled the walk in customers. How ridiculous, it?s was unbelievable to watch them all help one after another car get serviced as stood waiting for my turn. They all saw us waiting and the line growing, but not one offered to help her. Sorry guys you need to se
They are absolutely the best, here at the Princeton location!! I couldn't ask for better service. I was offered the new lemon blueberry muffin, and it was delicious. My coffee was outstanding, as always!! I 10/10 recommend.
I stopped here on my way home from Holiday World, the staff was very friendly and informative. The donuts tasted fresh and were among hit with my kids. We loved them. Will def stop again if I'm ever in town

I just get iced coffee and a muffin every time. But it's good every time.
The food was pretty good, the coffee was passable, the service however, was not. We were helped by an older woman with a ponytail named 'Patty' she made me feel extremely rushed while giving my order. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and had to use their toaster to toast it myself (no problem, whatever) but when I attempted to put the bagel in it was so unevenly sliced one side couldn't fit in, so I went up and kindly asked if she would be willing to re-slice one side, she said "No but you can smash it
As plain and uncultured as Starbucks it self, compared to all the donut/coffee shops I have ever been to( including Dunkin Donuts), not good. And the uppity irritated nature of the customer service does not help. Do I still order there, Yes. Do I still tip despite the service, Yes. Why?... cause it's the only dang donut place here!! Hey!, if I ever had a motivation to cut weight and sugar this place would be why. So thanks for ThAt.
Ordered a small hot chai tea with 1 shot of espresso, my drink was room temperature and had little to no taste....what a waste, I threw it away.
The cheese danish was amazing (5 stars) super soft, moist and tasty. The caramel pecan croissant, while delicious, was very hard making it difficult to eat (3 stars). The coffee was good (4 stars). The staff were friendly.
I LOVE DONUT BANK! Customer service is top tier. I ordered a specific donut and she gave me the wrong one but since I love donut bank I didn't even mention it so I ordered another donut without any mention of the mistake AND STILL the lady gave me a free donut because she admitted to the mistake.
I love this place I come here everyday !! Today was a lot different the employee with the pink hair was very rude to us and when I told my daughter she?s kind of rude she turned around start saying I?m rude I?m rude !! And walks off I understand everyone is going to have a bad day but when I?m asking what kind of doughnut one is and your giving me a attitude I?m not going to probably buy the product from this business! If you don?t like your job please get a different one instead of ruining my family?s expe
Great donuts and drinks, just not the same quality friendly and helpfulness I experienced before. They also didn't put any whipped cream in our hot chocolate. If you replaced your summer staff, please ask them to come back.

Just went last morning at 5am. Over time since I?ve been going, things have changed. The kettle bell danishes have been cut down to the size of tiger tails. The apple fritters seem almost burnt sometimes and crunchy instead of crispy, moist, and chewy. Their fried pies have been the same way a few times. The chocolate cream cheese muffin doesn?t have a full cream cheese center anymore. I remember it goin down through the middle of the pastry not just a dot on top for show. This place is my comfort place. Always friendly staff. Made my daughter's birthday cake last year it was amazing job. Love, love, love this place.
Their wifi never works. When I ask them to reset the router, they just tell me to connect to another network, such as Wendy's (next door). That doesn't work either. If you are plan to sit and work for a while, you're better off going to Teal's Coffee shop.

i specially order cookies for my daughters class. i live in noblesville and she goes to the indiana school for the deaf and i must say they loved them! i wish we had a donut bank up here!! we will deff be ordering more cookies for her school!!
