I eat gluten free cuz it causes bad headaches and my body hurts like I have the flu & it causes belly issues for my daughter. I was in Columbus to meet a friend and googled gluten free bakery and this placed popped up. The staff member was very nice and helpful, explaining what was gluten free and preparation. After reading through some of the reviews, I'm honestly not sure why someone would leave one star on a place that has some of the tastiest donuts we've ever had! Holy crap this place has amazing donuts. They fry them right in front of you and top them with all kinds of wonderful treats. I've eaten thousands of donuts in my life. These are the best. Hands down, no doubt, unquestionably the best donuts I've ever had. And the ladies working there gave me great service. They helped me pick out my donuts as there is quite a list, and it can be overwhelming on your first visit. I ordered the raspberry beret and the honey blue donuts. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 3 friendly faces and a mouth watering aroma. So many amazing flavors and options to choose from. Very patient and knowledgeable staff while I circled around the menu for a few minutes. We ordered a surprise bag from Too Good to Go. Donna's canceled the order unilaterally half a day before the scheduled pick up time because they were having a better day than expected. This is bad business behavior because they can just keep doing this when the store is busy and take advantage of the customers on the app only when they have leftovers. We were excited to try their donuts but we will not order from them again.

Very quiet when we went so we were served quickly. Donuts came out so nice and warm! Only thing is with eating the donut so fresh I couldn't taste the chocolate icing over the donut but having it separately tasted great!

Amazing, made-to-order donuts! They were super fresh, warm, and they melt in your mouth. We got the fruity pebbles, honey blue, and The Mitch and loved them all! They serve Crimson Cup coffee which is also a favorite. Highly recommend!

Wasn't too busy but took a long time for 4 donuts to be made. People who came in after us were done first. Smell inside shop a bit overwhelming. Long John is still a cake donut with a small amount of icing injected. Sweet but no flavor. Donuts were crisp but a bit heavy ok but not my favorite. Staff was friendly. $12 for 3 was very pricy.

Donuts are good. In my opinion they taste exactly like Duck Donuts. I also ordered a mocha and it wasn't worth the price. After ordering we had to wait about 15 minutes for our order to be ready. Not overly long for a made to order place but don't stop by if you're in a rush.

All in all the donuts were fantastic. They were hot, fresh, and had a really pleasant amount of moisture while still being crisp on the outside. It was about 25 dollars for a dozen donuts. I was impressed with how busy they were and the innovation of ordering the donuts on line before. The donuts were fresh and really good. I especially liked the fresh strawberry - I have never had fresh fruit on a donut before. It is well worth a try...

We preordered our doughnuts for pick up. We have learned from experience, they make them fresh when you order, so it may take longer if you order on location. The doughnuts we ordered were impeccable! The staff was great! The inside was clean, but it seemed a bit empty, for sitting.

Just tried for the first time this morning and it did not disappoint! After easy mobile ordering, I walked into a brightly colored, welcoming environment. I would no longer recommend this business, ordered gluten-free doughnuts, and they refunded my order when I got to the store because I didn't order enough doughnuts instead of calling me when I provided my number. My friend Cosmo first turned me on to them at an event at the Polaris mall, and I've seen them in my neighborhood since, which is so exciting! Was at the Abercrombie Challenge this past weekend and I had the very last donut you had before closing up your food truck for the night. Omg, I?m glad I hung around for it. I live about 20 minutes away and checked the closing time and it said 5pm on Sunday. I arrive at 4:15 and was told they sold the last donuts to the person in front of me. What I don?t understand is the donuts are made fresh so I assume they just wanted to leave and tore down early which shouldn?t be acceptable?. in that case close at 4pm.

They were good donuts not great. They absolutely do not travel well I live 25 minutes away and box was grease laden when I made it home. Hoped for better given the price. Place seemed a little grimy in spots. They are probably better eaten on site, but I cannot swear that is the case.

Another donut shop was closed & I really wanted donuts so I googled it and found this hidden gem. The cashier was patient as I ordered a dozen of custom and house-flavored donuts. When you enter the shop, your nose is divinely filled with a fresh bakery scent. Each donut was hand dipped and delicious; even the ones about which I was apprehensive. Do yourself a favor a go!! Absolutely delicious! Gave Donna's Delicious Dozen a try for a (last minute) treat for my work group. I placed my order online, and they had the donuts hot and ready right when I got there. Both me and my co-workers absolutely loved the donuts - will definitely be my "go to" donut place from now on!
