A nice donut spot in Arcadia that has good mochi donuts and corn dogs. The flour they use for everything is quite chewy. I think corn dogs are particularly good. The outside was a bit sweet which contrasts with the inner savory filling. Service was nice and they have a cute seating area. Parking was a bit small bit you can find it if you wait in the lot a few minutes.
Their mochi donuts are perfectly chewy on the inside with a light crisp on the outside. They come in a variety of flavors that cater to every kind of sweet tooth. The presentation is adorable, and you can tell they put a lot of care into crafting each one. The shop itself is clean, inviting, and perfect for a quick treat or catching up with friends. The staff was super friendly and helpful when it came to choosing flavors. Prices are reasonable for the quality and uniqueness of the desserts, and it's defini
I?m craving for mochi donuts againn. Let?s grab them with me. I had: 1. Mochi churros 2. A dozen of mochi donuts 3. Coffee latte milk tea 4. Ube milk tea 5. Matcha milk tea 6. Original corndog
Like many people, I love a sweet treat, but regular donuts are so dense and TOO sweet. Mochi donuts are the answer since they're super fluffy, chewy, not too sweet, and fun-shaped! We were able to try every flavor available and everything was yummy My favorites were pistachio and strawberry cream!
Selection of flavors was limited close to 2pm. Foods were delicious. The corn dogs are made to orde ,worth the try.
I love a good savory and sweet moment, so getting a korean corn dog and finishing off with a mochi donut was such a great combo!! The cookie monster & strawberry and cream were my fav flavors!!
Had to wait a long time. One person was working in the back throwing stuff away. Was never addressed by anyone.power was not there. Kind of rude to call someone a liar in reviews for saying they had to wait 30 minutes when you were not there to know. There was a sign in front saying cashier hasn?t arrived yet. Don?t eat at their place they have other stores were people have had food poisoning.
Came here to try their churro mochi donut and ended up getting two corn dogs as well. The donut wasn't too sweet and perfectly chewy and a great alternative to it's western counterpart. Friendly service with plenty of free parking lot.
I love mochinut and it's such a good place to get donuts that don't taste as heavy as the basic ones you can get in most places. Now a word of warning if you looked up their menu online and got excited about one of the flavors you should know that they don't have every flavor every day. Instead it seems like they have the original flavor daily and five others that they rotate. That isn't a problem for me because I like tons of their flavors but if there was only one you wanted in particular I just want to g
While the donuts can be fairly pricey, definitely worth it to splurge from time to time! The donuts are always made fresh and are so easy to eat! Flavors change every few days. Doesn't really reheat well after the first day, so make sure you don't get more than you can finish in a couple of hours or if you're feeling generous, get a ton to share with friends! ??
Love the food here. I had mochi donuts, corn dogs, and sparkling drinks, all were so yummy. Love the flavors of donuts, too. The only thing is that this place doesn't have the restroom.
Pretty good but didn?t feel like it lived up to the hype. They have different flavors each week/weekend so check their Instagram before you go! We tried churro, green tea, white chocolate toffee, egg pudding custard, black sesame, original.
Amazing mochi donuts! Was offered one of these at work one day and it totally blew my mind, was actually kind of caught off guard and didn't expect that I would like it so much, my wife is the same and after buying our first dozen here we found out that all the flavors are great but the strawberry really stands out! Will definitely get a dozen of them next time! This place is a hidden gem and if you like mochi and donuts, this is a must try!
I came here around 11:25am and there were 3 ppl on the line already. I was very excited to try if it?s good as mister donut. However I feel it?s quite greasy. It?s chewy for sure but the donut just too oily taste for me. Also I feel the sweetness part just doesn?t look even and it?s super sweet full of sugar for sure. Maybe I will eat it once a while when I miss mister donut.
Drinks are awesome too. ??????????ill try hotdogs next time. Oh also my toddler loved the original one. It was not too sweet.
I always come to this location (Arcadia) to get my mochi donuts. Today I give the hotdogs a try. I?m ordered Hot Cheetos, Volcano & Potato hotdogs. The Hot Cheetos one is fine. Volcano one is a little bit undercooked. But the Potato Hotdog is definitely NOT COOKED. You still can tasted the batter. Is definitely NOT melted cheese. Cause is tasted like flour. They not supposed coated the thick batter since it will have potato outside. It?s hard to cook like that.
The folks were sweet and the treats were sweeter. Doughnuts made of rice flour are so squishy and the weekly flavors are delish!
Small location that was a bit cluttered but organized. Was a little confused on arrival, however there were signs outside that indicated from the street where they were located. I would recommend checking their Instagram account to confirm the flavors for the day as these vary by weekday/weekend. Has a nice chewy consistency and light sweetness.
I want to give it 0 stars but I don?t get that option. We went there at around 12 noon and no one was in front. We waited for about 35 min and not one person even came to the front to say anything to us.
It has a very rich aroma with incredible mixture of chewy and crunchy texture. It is slightly overpriced, but all things considered, it was definitely worth the visit:)
One of the best mochi donuts I?ve had so far! They?re a bit pricey, but too good to stay away from!
Great desert snacks. The frozen pink lemonade is yummy, tart and sweet. The mochi nuts are a delicious treat.
It has been long time DTLA does have some great donuts.like Mochinut has that great favor & taste like donut. They have some awesome drinks too.
AMAZING SERVICE!!! Coy was super helpful with everything and the donut display looked delicious, corn dogs were delish!!!
So glad we stop in for half a dozen. The mochi donut was delicious and fresh. We enjoy all the unique flavors they offer.
More like a 4.5 rating. I visited this new shop yesterday after hearing some great things about the other locations. The new Arcadia location is very small, and a bit stuffy since it was very hot yesterday, but the food here is great. This was my first time, or maybe second, trying the mochi donuts. If you like mochi rice cake like I do, then you'll like these donuts. It comes in 6 flavors, but I think the classic flavor is the best. Even the Korean style corn dogs was surprisingly good and much like the on
More on the pricy side. Taste good and love the texture. Eat while it's still HOT ??
The wait was not bad at all around 10-15 mins. This is a must for anyone that likes donuts and even for someone that doesn't really like sweets... This is just all kinds of delicious.
The mochinuts and food are good and tasty, but the service needs to be improved. Also prices are very high. We called and asked that we were traveling from afar and would only be there at 7:20. They closes at 7:30. They said everything fine, you'll have time, we'll close at 7:30. So, we arrived exactly at 7:20, unfortunately they closed the door right in front of us. Very rude way and didn't even ask for an apology.
I had a hard time finding this place, it's inside Chung Chun. If you've never had a mochinut before think of a donut but lighter and airier. It's made in little segments that you can break off then they are like donut hole size, perfect single bites! Honestly every flavor is really good. These make great gifts or just a nice little snack for yourself! The parking lot in this is plaza is tiny and gets packed so you might have to street park.
I'm kind of on the fence on this one. They're real nice and quite busy and pretty creative but something about corn dogs and donuts don't mix unless you're traveling to Estonia. Everything is fantastically flavored and you enjoy eating it but when you're done your stomach tells you you've done something wrong. It's probably just because it's devilishly deep fried and sometimes an upset stomach is worth it. I actually like the donuts more then the inventive corn dogs. It's a fun snack and I'm glad they're th
The food was super oily and cold, contrasting with the donut shop being super hot without any air conditioning. The workers were not really welcoming and donuts were average.
I'm very disappointed as this was my first time trying. Mochi and donuts are my two favorite things and I was so looking forward to this! Unfortunately, it just.. doesn't taste good. It's so greasy! Biting into it feels like you drinking a shot of canola oil. They're also quite expensive at $2.50 each and you have to buy at least three. The staff are nice and friendly. I'd say give it a shot if you haven't tried it before, maybe the hype will live up to your expectation.
Delicious mocchi donuts. They have 6 different flavors available every day.
They offer only 4 flavors daily, something I didn't know. They have a nice and clean place. Very small to eat inside. They have a bench outside where you can wait for your order or eat your food.
Great place for mocchi donuts. They have different flavors available on different days, so check their instagram page before visiting. They also have a decent online ordering system. The walkup-line can be long sometimes, but the wait time for donuts was very short. It seems like the wait is longer for hot dog orders. The parking lot can fill up easily, but so far we've been able to get a spot each time.
Ordered take out through the online website and pick up was super simple. Just walk in and let them know and they will pack it for you there. Their flavors rotate quite often so follow their IG to stay updated with their flavor offerings. There are quite a few locations in SoCAL and they all may offer different flavors for those 2 days. When I came this time I got 3 donuts for $7.50. Dalonga(very strong coffee flavor) Green tea latte( little on the sweeter side and light matcha flavor) Biscoff and cream( c
What to say about their delights... The doe is very fluffy and very light. You can finish 7/8 at a go without realizing that you had so many already. With every bite your heart will fill up with you yaking back to your childhood and definitely you will want more... ????????
I love mochinut. Everyday they have different flavors except for original and churros which is our favorite. The only things, we have to wait even though our order just the simple one.
The mochinuts were warm, soft and chewy. I like that I can tear them apart and savor each bite as well as share them. I will definitely be returning for more.
This place brings donuts to a whole new level. I'm sorry for not taking pictures. We had to eat them all immediately because they were all so delicious. You guys should try this place ??
Wouldn't go out of my way for this but it's not bad. There was a mix up with my order but they resolved that, though skeptically.
There customer service is very poor and there kitchen employees are not very nice and not very clean. I got to see one Hispanic employee touching his nose and did not wash his hands.. these is the last time I go there??????????????????????????????????????
Cute mochi donuts to celebrate holidays!
If you have never had a Japanese donut this is the place to go. Enjoy this donut taste with a donut guilt. Great donuts and amazing corn dogs.
Delicious! First time trying a mochi donut ?? Yum!
Great selection of donuts!
For a donut shop opens too late people usually do t eat donuts for lunch :(. But they are good
AWESOME SPOT! One of the BEST Mochinuts with their original donut being powdered and not glazed!
My favorite was Matcha and Banana
Mochinut is pretty good! Love the mochi-ness in the donut.
Ice coffee was okay! But loved the milk tea flavor donut!
A small place, but gets pretty busy! They're fairly fast and have good food ??
It's something different but I don't think I can get hooked on it I might visit it once every 2 years maybe
Only had 4 unappetizing flavors in stock.
Love Mochinut ??????order ahead if you dont want to wait
The donuts taste really good, kind of chewy.
Hard to find since it shares a location inside something else, but solid mochi donuts.
Has all the sinful treats imaginable. Can?t recommend more.
My daughter loves this place. I thought it was ok.
Too bad, find another donut if you live good taste
Best comfort food ?? hotdogs ?? to be eaten once in awhile ??
Elderly gather here and enjoy visiting with each other.
I was genuinely shocked at how much I loved these
Love the Mochinut but not the price.
Very yummy!! First timers!
Love the original mochinut ??
Did not expect much.
