The quality on their mochi donuts are always consistent and they usually have different seasonal flavors. My absolute favorite is the Ube mochi donut topped with fruity pebbles. Also, the packing is super cute. Try it out, you deserve it.
Reminds me so much mochinut in San Pedro square in San Jose lol. Bay Area native speaking. The whole area is incredibly well designed. It?s a market full of various food options, right across from a biscuit place. The donuts are very tasty and I also enjoyed the matcha latte (don?t expect ceremonial grade it?s more so like a boba vibe)
Wasn?t a fan of these mochi donuts. They?re not bad, but they could be a lot better too. The dough itself was fine. The glazes and toppings weren?t strongly flavored enough so they couldn?t stand up against the heft of the dough.
I ordered a bulk order for a party. Dochi was so easy to work with and friendly. Great customer service. The donuts look amazing! Thank you!
Note: If you?ve been before, they have moved downstairs to the courtyard area! This was our second time visiting. The donuts are great. The salted caramel is INCREDIBLE! As I was eating one, my (22yo) son thought that I was being dramatic at how delicious it was. Then he tried one and tasted the magic that I did. I hope you have that flavor when you go, but if not, enjoy the rest!
Absolutely amazing! We went there yesterday at around 2 and there was pretty much no line. We got half a dozen for $16 which is a great deal. The donuts were so soft and fluffy and I love the pretty box. My favorite was the Red Velvet while my husband adored the Churro. If you've been missing the curlers from Krispy Kreme, these make the perfect replacement. We will definitely be back! My only complaint would be that the parking is atrocious but that's not the restaurants fault.
????????!! It's Very Delicious!???? These "dochi"--a portmanteau for "mochi donut"--are as visually photographable as they are delicious to the taste buds. They make great shareables, as you can tear off a bite-sized ball and pass it on to the next person at your party. I tried three of the flavors: Ube Glazed - This one is tender, chewy, and a gorgeous deep shade of purple inside. The dough is made from ube (mashed purple yam) and drizzled with a mildly sweet glaze. It's the perfect choice for avoiding
These are some of the best doughnuts I've had. The shape of them makes it real easy to share. They had six flavors when we went, so a half dozen box mad chosing easy too.
Ever since I visited this place and tried their mochi donuts, I come back every weekend. They are SUPER delicious, not as sweet as other donut places but very chewy. I love their Ube flavor especially. Only thing I hate the most is the parking at this East Market and this SHORT store hours and NO contact phone number. And their hours are wrong on Google so make sure you ask.
Do not miss these delicious, light, little circles of yumm! I drove from Orlando to East End Market and would come back just for these. Unlike any donut I ever had, not overly sweet, but such a nice, fluffy chewiness to them. East End Market has many unique food offerings, don?t miss it. They sell out early at Dochi, get there early if you can. Yumm!!
Such a cute corner location, we trued the ube glazed and the cookie butter crunch. It was delicious and the texture is so addictive. We plan to come back to try other flavors! $6 each.
Grabbed 2 mochi doughnuts while wandering the shops, and it was such a fun experience! The staff was super nice and welcoming, and the shop itself was very clean! We tried strawberry chocolate and their chocolate fudge- both were super yummy with no complaints. I wouldn?t mind grabbing more of these whenever I?m in the area!
10 stars! The doughnuts are all beautiful and delicious. Light & fluffy with the most amazing flavors. A must try if you are in the Orlando area. Make sure to get to dochi early the line forms fast!
The donut is chewy and flavourful. I Like these better than regular donuts! We also tried the strawberry lychee refresher.
Rice cake donuts. Good. But, the place is upstairs and they only had 6 flavors. I did like the 2 flavors that I got , especially cookies n cream. Nice employee. 6.5 out of 10. When they move downstairs and add more products, should be a 7 to 8.5
I really enjoyed the donuts but they definitely have a different texture than a normal donut so they turned off my friends that were with me. They're kind of chewy inside which I really liked and the flavors and the toppings were absolutely wonderful. All of us agreed on that.
Besides being beautiful, these donuts are absolutely delicious. I devoured them! The workers are extremely friendly and the location is clean and adorable. Everything about this is perfect. For $2.50 a donut, you?d think you?re in heaven. Cannot beat those prices. The quality is stupendous. Wonderful, sweet employees. Give the girls a raise! ??
Best donuts EVERRR. I love donuts but these are different in such a good way. Unique texture and flavors. I also love the design for the donuts to be pulled apart and shared. My family is always messily cutting up regular donuts to share so we can all try all of the flavors so this makes it much more pleasant.
These donuts are amazing! I?m so glad I got to try them. I got the Reese?s ones for my friends and I. Super soft and chewy texture while not being too overly sweet.
I love this place, the donuts are really good and totally worth it. Even though everyone in my household loves it a 12 count still lasts us about a week. My all time favorite is the matcha one.
Light, fluffy flavorful donuts! Why yes!! These things were absolutely amazing!! Coming back for a dozen!! Variety was good! Highly recommended!! It's on the second floor.
Quick pop in and out, bought 2 of each kind of available donut which got us 12 (I think) of course everyone has different tastes, but none of them were bad. The staff was very sweet. Added bonus, the fact that you can easliy break them apart and make mini donuts.
The best Mochi donut for us. This is now a pit stop for us entering Orlando and before leaving Orlando. Just the right amount of sweetness and chewiness! Wish the price wouldn?t be so high ??. $30 for a dozen mochi donuts x2 = $60 for 2 dozen ?? (inflation who? ??). Flavors alternate every week or 2 weeks?
Dochi is one of my favorite treats to start my weekend off right! I enjoy each of the different flavors and they pair well with my coffee or tea. Plus they are just so aesthetically pleasing ?? 10/10 recommend!
The ube donuts were not as much ube flavor as I was expecting but were still good nonetheless (and very purple). The cookie butter and churro (i think they were churro but i forgot) donuts were pretty good and every donut had great texture. The service was good and I ordered and payed pretty fast.
Absolutely outstanding! Dochi Japanese Donuts has raised the bar for donut excellence. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked treats tantalizes your senses. Each bite is an explosion of flavor, perfectly balanced and utterly satisfying. The Cookies and Dream and Ube Glazed are my personal favorites, but every flavor is a masterpiece. The attention to detail and quality ingredients shine through in every bite. The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall exceptional experience.
Best mochi donuts I've had. The glaze isn't sickening and isn't glossy like car paint, and the donuts were very nice to eat.
We got half a dozen donuts. Got one for free since it was their opening day. The cake batter, taro pebbles and m&m donuts were delicious! Matcha Oreo and churro were good. Appreciate that they weren?t took sweet and not overly chewy. Would come back again for more.
Amazing store that sells cute and delicious donuts. I only got one but it was amazing. It reminded of the one I had in chinatown in New york city. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a mochi donut. Way cuter than traditional donuts and unique flavors!
The kids and I like the mochi donuts here. But after going to different mochi donuts shop in Texas, their mochi donuts here are not as soft yet still chewy soft as other places.
I got the pandan latte (I can?t remember if that?s the name) but super yummy! Donuts looked so good but I didn?t try.
Loved these donuts! Super fluffy and moist. Would highly recommend.
They change out the flavors daily but they are really unique and a must try if you've never had them before. Highly recommend aswell it pairs perfectly with the boba teas in the same shop.
Donuts that were available that day. The fruity pebbles was the best one in my opinion. Love the box design as well. Hopefully the next time I go there, there will be other flavors I can try.
Have you ever wanted a fluffy donut but you wanted it to last longer with every bite. Let me introduce you to dochi. These kochi donuts are a real game changer with some really good flavors. I got the Nutella marshmallow and the lineage coffee cake donut. I like the Nutella one more but that?s because I?m a fiend for chocolate. The donuts have a good mouth feel to them. You bite into it and toward the end the mochi part kicks in and I find the texture of mochi to be very satisfying. I also REALLY enjoy t
Soooo good omg. Donuts and coffee were amazing. Best mochi donuts ever ?? and the worker was extremely friendly. Prices are great as well for what you are getting.
Donuts aren't my go-to, sweet treat but I'm so glad I decided to try these when I was visiting. The flavors are so good and the texture of the mochi, donut hybrid is very pleasant. I love the location as I was able to try a little bit of everything from the different businesses. I will definitely be grabbing some more when I'm in the area!
Very tasty mochi donuts with interesting flavors. My favorite ones are the churro donuts as well as the cookies and cream donuts. The service is always good and their booth at East End Market always looks clean.
These are pretty awesome. Very unique flavors and taste. Crunchy outside with a soft inside. Try them all!
Loved these donuts! They aren't typical American donuts that are overly sweet. We got the matcha oreo and ube flavored ones. Absolutely delicious and would one hundred percent recommend.
Tried 4 flavors and they were all yummy and surprisingly light for a donut. It is certainly worth a try for a novel tasting and textured treat! Flavors rotate I believe.
Dochi is one of a kind mochi donuts. Always delicious and they have a great rotation of flavours. The staff is lovely and the owners are incredibly nice. Highly recommend and as always #shopsmall
Incredible. My cop boyfriends mind was blown, said best donut he?s had in his life. ??
Fresh delicious mochi donuts! Only 1 lady in front of me so it was a quick & easy transaction. There was a line as I was leaving but luckily I took the stairs instead of the elevator. ??
Hands down some of the best mochi donuts you will find! They always have revolving flavors and themes and consistently deliver great food.
Thee BEST place in Orlando for a donut hands down ! I need one in my town A.S.A.P. The flavors they combine are perfect ??
These donuts were so good. My problem was that I didn?t buy enough. Definitely I will buy again.
Love these donuts! Incredible slightly-chewy texture and all sorts of fun toppings. They pull away into pearls so you can share easily With others to taste all the different flavors. They are even decent next morning, so no worries in over ordering a couple.
Staff was nice and the donuts light and airy. Tried their matcha oreo and cherry flavor, it hit the spot :)
No, they do not have gluten free mochi donuts here. We made a special drive out here specifically because it stated there were GF options as my partner has celiac, do be told " nope, never have "
Believe the hype. I came in with high expectations with these donuts and they did not fail me. The 5 flavors they had...all them were delicious. My favorite was the Matcha Oreo Mochi. It was light, not to heavy. The texture and flavor all went well together. Will definitely order more when ever I am around. Great job!
Super delicious and cute mochi donuts! I've tried making these on my own before, but these stay fluffy and chewy even after a day. The texture and different flavor are unique and definitely worth a try. I wish they had more locations! Service was friendly and efficient. Definitely coming back sometime!
Wasn?t overly blown away by either the Churro or the Glazed option. Both lacked flavor and tasted average. Would not return again.
Pretty tasty donuts. I recommend eating them within a day, otherwise, they don't taste as good anymore. Parking is pretty limited on the weekends since there's a slew of other stores in the building and not enough parking space.
Randomly found this place and gave it a try - absolutely amazing. It's a bit pricier than other donuts, but 100% worth it. For my first mochi donut ever, I've literally gone back and bought over 10 dozen in the week to bring back for friends and family. Just make sure timing's right, because some days the line can be incredibly long and they do sell out. They've also got another standalone shop right around the corner. The staff at this location though are incredibly friendly!
Best coffee and donuts I have ever had *chef kiss
Everytime I am in Orlando I need to stop at this place. Donuts are addicting!
Loved it! Didn't try the donuts themselves, but we got drinks and they were wonderful. Very cute shop front!
Very good donuts I recommend the cookies and cream
As you can tell, dochi donuts did not make it home. They were too good! It's not warm, but room temperature. They switched out 2 flavors every 2 weeks I believe
The donuts taste great but the customer service was non existent. I think it?s so strange walking into a store and just making eye contact with the worker. Literally just stood there looking at the donuts and then at the worker. Worker literally said nothing throughout the whole time. No Hi or Hello no suggestions. No thank you or anything for that matter. I really despise terrible customer service. The donuts were great and tasted very different. They were very creative and displayed very nicely in the b
The donuts were unique and nice. The topping on my donuts were a bit stale, but it was really cool to try something new. The texture is different as well, more bouncy. * This place is located on the second floor if anyone is looking for it. I was searching all around on the first floor, but the shop is upstairs.
THE BEST DONUTS I?VE HAD IN MY LIFE!! it was so easy to get in and out and it was surprisingly affordable for a food place that is popular on tiktok.
Delicious! I?ve never had mochi donuts before. These were crave worthy- lightly sweet, chewy and fresh. I got the matcha thin mint? loved it! The flavor was mostly thin mint, I also would have loved more of a matcha flavor. I got there at 11:15am on a Sunday and there was a line of about 9 people. I was able to order within about 10 minutes of arrival. Can?t wait to go again! An option to pre-order online would be amazing if possible!!
Like many of the reviews says, if you?ve never tried any mochi donuts in NYC or Cali, then this place would be great for you, but if you have been to some of the other places then Dochi lacks in flavor and depth. The mochi donuts doesn?t taste like what it?s intended to. I don?t taste any ube nor green tea in the donuts. All the flavors taste the same with some extra toppings sprinkle on top, if I was blindfolded I couldn?t tell you what any of the flavors were.
Incredible nice staff and super tasty donuts!!
My favorites were ube glaze, taro fruity pebbles, and black sesame. I lived in Japan so I'm a little biased but these are too sweet. The texture is great but the sugar is a little overwhelming. I actually picked off the fruity pebbles lol
I like sweet donuts. These are definitely not super sweet but the dough is very unique tasting and light. I would try these again but they were not my absolute favorites.
THE BEST JAPANESE DONUTS!! I order these weekly and can not get enough!!
We have gotten donuts here twice and they never disappoint! Soft and super yummy!! Always try to stop whenever we go to Orlando!
Not great but not horrible. There are much better mochi donuts but they are in the west coast. It?s the only Mochi donut option that I know of in Orlando so when you don?t have others to compare, it?s easy to see why people give it such great reviews.
My friends and I visited dochi about a month ago and we loved it! It?s located on the second story of the East End Market building and shares a room with RoyalTea. To get there, take the stairs located at the side of the building. Their mochi donuts are soft and chewy as well as crunchy- thanks to the toppings. It creates an awesome taste and it?s soooo good!! I recommend getting there early if you want to score some good flavors before they sell out. I will definitely be back to buy myself a dozen or two
It was a fun experience but honestly you can?t taste the difference in flavor from donut to donut. But the dough is fun and different than your typical donut for sure! Be sure to check me out on insta @adventuresandthingamabobs and TikTok @adventuresnthingamabobs for more local food reviews !
Absolutely delightful. Don?t know what a mochi donut is? If you love a nice and rich donut that?s got a chewy, light, (moist) texture - mochi donuts are for you. I hate these massive cake donuts that are over popular. Dochis donuts are delicious! So excited to have found them, just as good as the ones I lived in Japan. AND the presentation is superb!
Found this place through some photos on instagryam and had to go check it out myself. Located on the 2nd floor of the market plaza is a small little donut shop worth the try. Ordered six of the current Dochis they had available and all of them were absolutely delicious. Next time I am in Orlando I'll swing by for some more.
Delicious, addictive, fresh, nice selection and they even pack em in a pretty box. Go here if you are craving sugar, you will not be disappointed ??
One word: YUMMY. Love the way the dough tastes. Easy to eat and not messy.
This is a very small store inside a big food-court like building. Only 6 available options of donuts there. One dozen cost $30 which is really cheap for mochi donuts. I was paying $5 each for mochi donuts at Korean bakery.
Excellent donuts! Parking is a little rough but worth the walk.
The donuts were good. We were disappointed however that we got two different flavors and couldn?t taste any flavors on them, it just tasted like normal donuts. Honestly not worth the prices they charge.
I like to stop by and buy to go some delicious donuts and boba tea! It?s delicious
Wondefully chewy and delicious! Get there early or prepare to stand in line.
I didn't know what to expect coming to this place, but I knew when I saw the line running down the stairs that it would be good. The donuts did not disappear. Very, very good. Especially the fruity pebbles one. Wish I lived around here to get more of these!
The donuts are pretty decent. My wife enjoys them. Not in the best location for convenience . Very hard to find parking on the weekend.
So good! Wish this was near me in Tavares, Florida. However I?ll make sure to visit when in town to visit family. ??
Excellent highly recommended,i drive far just to get in there no regrets??????
So many flavors and at a reasonable price so you can try them all. They?re so delicious and the staff is friendly. It?s a must try. The matcha Oreo is my favorite.
I love these donuts they?re my favorite and are a must try! Matcha is my favorite but you can?t go wrong with any of them.
