Doce Donuts is a must try spot in Seattle. Fresh donuts everyday, they often run out before closing. This time I had the chocolate pistachio donut which is filled with cream. The cheese and guava donut has a unique guava flavored filling inside, both delicious. Would also recommend trying the tres leches. The donuts taste fresh and you can tell are made with clean ingredients based on how you feel after.
Stumbled upon Doce as I was looking for a nearby cafe. Went right in as this place has always been on my 'to try' list. They were out of their two popular flavors, but still had a lot of other donuts left. Got the OG and mango vanilla. The donuts are larger than the standard ones found at ?? shops throughout or grocery stores. From the two that I ordered, I prefer the OG as I am an original glazed type of guy (9/10). Surprisingly, the mango ?? was not overly sweet and did not have that artificial taste (8.1
The donuts are ridiculously overpriced for no good reason. I tried the Tres Leches donut, and it was nothing like I expected. I was hoping for something closer to the actual Tres Leches cake. Although they looked delicious, the flavor just wasn't there. Additionally, I found it a bit frustrating when trying to communicate with the man working as he didn't understand English very well. He was very kind, but it would have helpful if they had another worker there to help as well.
THIS IS A MUST!!!!! The donuts are fresh and moist. We had the original glazed donut, I will definitely be back to have it again, it was moist and not too sweet. We also ordered the churro, my daughters loved it! Alberto helped us out and provided excellent service. He made us feel welcomed and was very attentive. The bathroom was super clean and the ambiance was warm and clean.
I?ve been looking forward to trying this place for a while, and picked up a Tres Leches donut from here. This donut comes soaked in the classic three milks, lightly torched meringue on the top, and a dark chocolate bottom On the positive side - the quality of the donut is exceptional. The dough is very fresh, airy, and I can definitely taste the brioche-ness of it. It?s soft & fluffy on the inside, while the outside has the perfect amount of glaze. Also, the dark chocolate crust was not something I?d seen
This was the first stop on a food tour I?m doing with my partner. 10/10 it?s going to be really hard to go to other patisseries with my expectations set so high. We had the tres leches, guava and cheese and the passion frute cr?me br?l?e, all bangers and we will have to come back before we go home
We heard all the hype so decided to check it out Passion fruit was ok but not a must try. Texture was relatively dense. Filling was custardy, decent passion fruit flavor but too sugary. Also eggy flavor was noticable and honestly I did not find citrus and egg yolk to be a great flavor combo. Tres leches was good texture, the cream topping had a good toasted flavor. However too sugary for, and there were many layers and with much going on fortunately the flavors worked together. In all, while I'm happy I
The doughnuts here are massive and you can tell they're made with high quality ingredients and thoughtful flavors. The amount of effort going into creating each one is crazy. Mine came equipped with a decorated baked cookie on top, gingerbread crumbs around the side, frosting on top, and a delicious filling. The attention to detail is immaculate. Were they expensive? Yes. But absolutely worth it. Can't wait to come back. The person behind the counter was super nice and helpful and really made it an enjoyabl
Not worth $6 for these donuts. Donuts were too dough-y, too sweet for my preference, worker seemed bored and uninterested, ambience is meh, buy your expensive donut and gtfoh. Bathroom is out of service. Recommend trying at least once so you can experience what a $6 donut tastes like.
Thinking about a donut? Just go, NOW! First visit, tried them all (not by myself, please). Every donut was good to great and everyone seemed to have a different favorite. Mine was probably the passion fruit br?l?e. Note: the delicate br?l?e crunch has a relatively short lifespan due to sugars affinity for moisture. So if you happen to buy too many to eat within a few hours, like I did, fear not. You can actually re-br?l?e your doughnut! I just put a little sugar on a plate, turn the donut upside do
Went in for their fall seasonal today?I?ve been in a few times before and can confidently say it?s one of my favorite donut locations. 1) They have mobile ordering which is so convenient, 2) They?re actually FRIENDLY which I feel is so rare in hospitality and customer service these days, 3) The flavors are BOMB and their seasonal/ rotating flavors/ textures are actually unique and not just a recreation of a classic and 4) the quality of their donuts is there in addition to the flavor which I feel like is ha
My wife and I wanted a quick bite before exploring parts of Seattle, so we decided to stop here for some donuts. My first impression was simply how expensive the donuts are ($5 and up)! But that seems to be the standard rate for donuts in Seattle. However, it was a bit of sticker shock for us. The donuts do look absolutely amazing. The variety wasn?t great as you only had about ten flavors to choose from. I?m a fan of tres leches cake, so I picked that donut. My wife tried alfajor. The tres leches donut
Over the last four weeks I tried a donut as I went to work. I really wanted to see what artisan donuts were about. Here are my thoughts on each one ranked 1. Tiramisu - perfect balance of everything not too sweet, unique flavor 100% worth $6 2. Tres Leches - awesome first bite, a lil too sweet towards the end as it got overwhelming but flavors were there, worth $6 seems like a very custom flavor i wouldn?t find else where 3. Maple - perfect balanced donut, not sure if it was worth 6 tho, seems like a norma
I love love love Doce Donuts and I?m so happy they opened this new and very convenient location! These donuts are amazing and every flavor is truly special; so creative, beautifully crafted and most importantly, DELICIOUS! The variety is also very impressive; they are constantly innovating with new seasonal flavors that you wouldn?t find anywhere else. Keeps me wanting to go back to try them all!
Interesting flavors, we took the chocolate pistachio and the tiramisu and the girl at the counter said they refresh the flavors constantly . nice atmosphere but they don?t have tap water to give ( only bottled water to purchase)
I have been to Doce multiple times now, and it is truly my favorite ?hidden gem? in the city. Their flavors are unique but familiar, and their donuts are done exceptionally well. If you like brioche donuts, friendly service, and fun new flavors, this is the place for you. The creme br?l?e passionfruit is absolutely amazing, and you cannot go wrong with the guava con queso. The donut pictured is their mango vanilla which was a lovely seasonal flavor.
The March special is matcha cr?me br?l?e! The matcha is so thick and the doughnut is always good. I come back every month to try the new flavors!
The Tres Leches donut is out of this world, as was La Mexican (chocolate mousse filled). The passionfruit cr?me br?l?e has a fresh flavor without being too tart. 5/5
Are the donuts expensive? Yes. Will I return as often as possible for the key lime donut? Also, yes. Not only are the donuts delicious, but the woman who was working was so kind. She helped us mage our selection (we were indecisive) and explained the flavors change monthly. I highly encourage you to give them a try. Wonderful addition to the neighborhood.
I tried the tres leches and Mexican hot chocolate donuts. I loved the tres leches one, it had a sweet filling and the icing on top was great. The Mexican hot chocolate donut tasted exactly like its namesake. My partner and I went there as soon as they opened so there was not a line. I?m not sure if there usually is one later in the day.
Doce Donuts are absolutely fabulous! These are not grocery stores donuts these are handcrafted artisanal donuts! If you have ever tried making your own donuts, these are what you strive for. They are denser and less sweet, suitable for a snack, special dessert, breakfast or brunch. I?ve already asked my family to get the tiramisu for my birthday cake! Thank you Doce!
The flavors were great. I love elevated donuts. My fave was tiramisu. It is almost as good as Blue Star from Portland . However the dough is little dense. I think if the dough was lighter it would be as good.
Must try donut spot in Seattle and IMO- the best donuts in Seattle. Tres Leches always hits!!!
Holy smokes are these the best donuts I?ve ever had. Perfect balance between sweet and savory. The Tres Leches donut was phenomenal. Super expensive for a donut, but so worth it even if you only splurge once.
Talk about a GREAT addition to the neighborhood! I'm so happy I stumbled upon this donut shop. The flavor selection is SO good. I got the churro, tres leches, guava con queso (my personal favorite) and a classic glazed. I will definitely be returning to try more & you should tooo! They won't leave you disappointed.
Been waiting to try this place ever since I saw the sign. It's a small place but have a few tables inside. Service is fast. We tried 4 donuts : Guava cheese, passion fruit cr?me br?l?e, Mexican hot chocolate and tres Leche. Came about $30 for 4 donuts. Some donuts are worth $5-6 price tag but some like Mexican hot chocolate is not ( it's dry and not much going on). Donuts are extremely sweet but Guava with cheese is a must try! It's a good balance of cheesy and fruity flavor
I have stopped by so happy to finally enjoy Doce Donuts! Tres Leches and Tiramisu are tied as my favs so far! I really enjoyed the Guave Con Queso and the Passion Fruit Br?l?e, The flavors are fresh and bright! So nice to meet you! Ty
We were so excited to learn that Doce Donuts opened their SLU location which is much closer to us. We love them! They are hands down the best doughnuts in Seattle and I'm not exaggerating. My favorite doughnut is the Guava and cream cheese and the tres leches doughnut. Check them out!
Amazing! Donuts are all pretty AND delicious! My new favorite spot ??
Got a few Donuts on my last trip to Seattle and they were amazinggg! I?m been craving a good gourmet donut and they nailed it! Everything was so beautiful, Also very friendly and kind staff! Btw the tiramisu was my favorite !!!!
These are the BEST donuts in all of SLU! I cannot wait to try them all. My favorite is the passion fruit creme brulee, but it?s so hard to pick. The tres leches, guava, and tiramisu matcha were also incredible. Must try.
I absolutely LOVE this place. I visit here once or twice a month and I am never disappointed!! Their donuts are so airy and not overly sweet. They really have a great balance of flavor/filling and carry and assortment of unique flavors you don't get at every donut shop ???? the guava and queso is my obsession and i rave about to everyone in my life ??
The best donuts I?ve ever had the strawberry matcha was sooo delicious
We tried 6 different doughnuts and the were all 10/10. Excellent! Beautiful and clean shop as well! Must try.
Delicious donuts with unique flavors! I got the tres leches, guava con queso and passionfruit creme brulee and it's hard to decide which was my favorite because they were all so good. And not to mention how cute it is inside!
We went on a donut walking tour and stopped here along the way. The donuts that we had at Doce were so notable that I decided to hop on here and give a review. I am very impressed by the donuts that we had here. We tried the original glazed, tres leches, and tiramisu. All of them were absolutely wonderful but we all concluded that the Tres Leches was the star, but also the star of all the donuts that we encountered today. Thank you so much for your contribution to Seattle. You have something so special.
THIS IS THE BEST PLACE. I have lived in Sesttle for 30-years, and I just added this to my very short list of best places! The donut I had tonight was the best I have had by far. I don?t even have a big sweet tooth and I?ll never forget the experience, that I didn?t want to end. So many notes of delicious. Thank you for making my day; rather my week!
Worth the hype ?? Luckily got a chance to try them. We got Key lime pie, Churro and Salted toffee chocolate. We loved all the flavours and would definitely recommend them.
There was a donut that had uncooked dough in it. Not sure if it was the taste they are going for. The churro flavor was really dry almost like eating dry bread. Not worth the price! Overall too sweet for my likings but I do like the guva one the best
Super yummy! We tried the tres leches, alfajor, and churro dulce de leche. It was worth the impromptu stop!
These donuts are amazing! Great fun flavors that are constantly being rotated and classics!
I have been wanting to try these donuts for the longest time and they surprised me with a new location in SLU so it was a sign to finally visit. The donuts did NOT disappoint. Definitely a must try! They offer very unique flavors and I cannot wait to try them all! I got the tres leches, mexican hot chocolate, passion fruit creme brulee, and guava con queso. Tres leches was my personal favorite.
They were able to accommodate my requests and the donuts were so delicious!
Was here for their grand opening event recently and it did not disappoint! I tried their seasonal ?blackberry lemon? donut because of a friend?s recommendation and absolutely LOVED it. The space is super cool too - love the mural!
Better rush early if you have specific flavor preference! We missed the tres leche but tried tiramisu, mexican hot chocolate and guava cheese cream flavours. Tiramisu was good, guava has novelty element while hot chocolate was basic.
The staff are so nice and helpful. The donuts are incredible! Love all the fun flavors!
Doce donuts are the best donuts around! All flavors are incredible, especially the passion fruit and the churro ones, they are just incredible ?? the attention is great and the new location is very cool. Highly recommended!
Super good donuts, wish there was a location closer to my house ( puyallup ) but was out on a Seattle pier day trip! It was a lovely stop
The donuts here are so yummy and artsy! Got the Tres leches donut and it was brilliant. Will definitely go back for more flavors.
Prices were high, but you get what you pay for. This isn?t your typical corner store donut stop, high quality ingredients made fresh. A must stop if you?re in the city during the wee hours
Had a Doce Donut for the first time at Current Coffee in West Seattle ???? I bought the tres leches one and LOVED definitely plan on getting more in the future!
The donuts look amazing and taste wonderfully good! My favorite is the passion fruit cr?me br?l?e!
The donuts here are fantastic!! We had the churro and the glazed one and they were delicious!! Highly recommend this place!! Attention is great! Cant wait to go back and try other flavors!
Loved the donuts?absolutely delicious! Alberto was so kind, the service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful :) thank you so much!
The best donuts ever. The best VEGAN donuts ever. I come in often and buy a bunch. The entire staff are incredibly friendly. Please continue to support this place and I will forever only purchase my donuts from this shop.
tres leches donut came to them in a dream probably, I always get it when I come here. the only thing is that, well, their plain glazed donuts are probably the best I've tried. Way too many places in Seattle only have cakey donuts (nasty) and places that do have yeast donuts taste like chemicals. But sometimes this location runs out and uses the donut bases for their other flavored donuts and sells them as their standard plain? I'd also like to see more creamy flavors, rather than more "tart" fruit ones, but
Pretty donuts with Latin flavors?! I love Doce Donuts! A few standouts to me are their tiramisu, and guava con queso flavors. Be sure to check out their changing seasonal flavors online. This South Lake Union location has more seating availability compared to their Fremont location. There are a lot of parking options too: you can do street parking or the nearby corner lot. Or if you're visiting on the weekend, it's a quick walk from the free weekend parking at Amazon!
So good! We're happy we came! Complex flavors, simple menu. We can't wait to come back.
I had done an online order the day before and it was a quick process to pick up. I also got a latte while I was there. The customer service was great.
Dare I say that these are THE BEST donuts I?ve ever had?! Yes!
Amazing customer service! We stopped by right when they were closing, but the employee was nice enough to unlock the door and let us buy a few donuts! Really great customer service!
Randomly walked by the shop and saw the donuts from the window and they looked amazing. We gave it a shot and it was definitely one of the best donuts we've had. Highly recommend giving the unique flavors a try!
We went for the 1st time last week! It was so freaking good! As out of towners visiting for the weekend I will miss this place back home!! I can't wait for our next trip out! We will definitely be back again!
Great donuts! On the pricier side but tasty.
Kindest staff with fluffy and unique flavors of donuts- got them for a group and LOVED them- definitely returning and coming back!
This donut shop is incredible!!! Not only are they beautiful to look at, but all the flavors are out of this world delicious. I also love that they are Latin American inspired. I am proud to support the diversity of culture, community and the unique flavors of these sweet treats. I would also recommend ordering online ahead of time, because they sell out quick!!!
I loved visiting here the donughts were amazing! Plus the coffee was so good and they were so friendly. Can?t wait to go back
phenomenal donuts. incredibly kind staff. i wish them all the success. support a local latin shop!
The service is impolite. The seller did not want us to eat at the table and for some reason warned us about closing an hour in advance! We decided not to come here anymore.
Donuts look great and taste just as good. They have a variety of beverages, except any milk.
I had stopped in during their soft opening to purchase a dozen donuts for my friends birthday surprise ! The service was great ! The donuts were amazing ! My friend and colleagues loved them as well. Very great and unique flavors with top quality ingredients.
The location is nice and the donuts are great. Not a huge fan of some of them but that?s because of my own taste profiles and what i?ve become accustomed to eating. If you want an amazing donut, go with a flavor you like and i guarantee you?ll find it here. The churro donut is my favorite so far!!
Atmosphere is grab your donut and go. The service was good. The $7 donut is not worth it. Not the $7. But the disappointment of wanting a sweet and delicious donut but getting something that?s just a big piece of bread with way too much cream.
Got rose heart doughnut and tres leches!! Beautiful doughnuts and amazing taste.
Doce is the best donut in seattle. Admittedly they?re a little pricey but so worth it. I?m obsessed with this place. The tres leches and passionfruit cr?me br?l?e are both weekly staples for me, both are out-of-this-world delicious: The tres leches is creamy sweet milk soaked, but it also has a layer of chocolate on the bottom which is both delicious & structurally sound (it helps the milk not soak into the box when you take it to go). The filling inside of the passionfruit cr?me br?l?e is the perfect bala
Best donut I?ve EVER had! I?m not a fan of cr?me filled donuts, but we got the Boston Cream and LOVED it. It wasn?t overly sugary sweet which was perfect.
The donuts are so fresh and buttery and delicious. The flavors are amazing the lovely ladies who run the Southlake union location are the sweetest people on earth. I love them they make my day every day.
Our favorite donuts in Seattle! They always taste fresh and are so gorgeous we?ve taken them as gifts to various family members! My fav is the passionfruit crime br?l?e and I get it every time! Very kind team who works there who know their stuff. Highly recommend trying it out!
Wow such an amazing donut experience, I?ve always wanted to try Doce and checked it out during the grand opening. Not only are the donuts beautiful but super good as well. They also have a vegan friendly donut which huge for our family because my youngest son is allergic to dairy, egg and nuts. Thank you Doce
QUE RICO!!! loved the donuts! But the best part was Alberto and how kind he was!! ???????????
Doce donuts are amazing and delicious! What I like the most is that they are not heavy. The variety is also very impressive and original.
I knew Doce was good after just trying their OG donuts. They are so delicious, I keep going back for more. I follow them on Instagram to see when their new flavors drop and my gosh, they do not disappoint. From their donuts, to their service, they set the bar high.
Amazing donuts, and I mean amazing Right in the center of Seattle. And minutes away from the spheres and space needle.
My favorite vegan donuts in Seattle, they are brioche so fluffy and not too sweet. I can?t wait for more flavors!
Great donuts and great service. Highly recommended! I got six donuts, all diferentes flavors: original, tres leches, churro, guava con queso, and tiramisu. All were great. My wife and our nanny liked guava con queso the most and I tres leches was my favorite.
I have to applaud the donuts. They were really good. I don't like Tres Leche and I don't like meringue and surprisingly it was my favorite. (Tres Leche Donut!! ) I got 4 and I took them back to work that day had to share we ate them all leas then 15 mins !! I'm happy there is a new location in Southlake Union area closer to home the gentleman that helped me explain in detail what they were very nice .
Doce is awesome! Super tasty donuts and lots of flavors to choose from. The staff is really nice, and the place has a cool vibe. Definitely worth a visit!
I got a tiramisu flavor donut. It looks great and tastes so good. I love it so much! One of the best donut I ever have! ??highly recommend.
