Dippin Donuts

This joint is peak New England coffee shop. I'm here twice a day, most work days. Everything is frickin delicious, and they've got a lovely staff who feed me the coffee I need to keep me awake so I can fix your cars and houses. Show them some love.

Everyone complaining about being charged a different price......it's because they are illegally charging you a convenience fee. There is a little label on the register, hiding behind a donut sign telling you this. (I had to move the sign to take the attached picture) I'm a cash spender so I did not experience this. However consumers should know they are being illegally charged extra.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had. I earned 5 stamps towards a free coffee, but because I had to start a new card after misplacing the old one, they refused to combine the stamps or honor the free coffee. I'd like to know where this policy is clearly stated, as it's not mentioned on the loyalty card or visible in-store. It seems unfair to deny me the reward I've earned. Shame on you! I retuned the coffee and drove to Dunkin?. They are less expensive anyway.

Love coming to dippins! Everyone is always so sweet! When I don't get a coffee I get a redbull with flavoring added to it I get Pomegranate and rasberry it's delicious 10/10 recommend trying it. Oh and I feel like they're always wicked fast to! Love it

We?ve been coming here on and off for about 5 plus years. We love their coffee and donuts and MOST of the staff is amazing. It seems we keep running into the same problem with one worker, she consistently over charges random amounts, never gets my order right, always says one number but charges way more, and just consistently rude. I gave a courtesy call a few weeks back about being over charged every time I have this one girl and they said they?d talk to her and see what was going on.. Today she over charg

It's a lovely donut shop. Being a new Yorker, this was a pretty cool treat. There was a drive thru! However, we went inside. Staff was polite & friendly. The DONUTS were made in site & were so delicious! Coffee was good. Wish there was a Dippin Donuts near me :(

I got charged $5 for a small coffee and $6 for bacon bites? 2 separate times cuz she said she forgot to put the order in and when I asked her if it?s $5 for a small coffee she told me the prices are crazy? no offense I can go to Dunkin? Donuts and get a small coffee and still pay less than that!!

Absolutely satisfied with going here for my first time. The donuts are scrumptious, very sweet, larger than a normal donut. The coffee is very good too, I'm very happy with the speed of service. The workers were kind to me as well. I'll definitely be going back

This place has the best customer service no matter the time you go .Once they know you and your order they make you feel like your their only customers even though they?re always busy!

This was the Leicester branch Got a bagel egg sandwich, which was pretty good Got 2 good coffees; Grandson said the dippers, donut holes were dry.

Delicious coffee and the jalepeno bagels are fire. Awesome place to sit and have some good breakfast food.

I really like Dippin, the eggnog iced coffee is delicious, and goes well with their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. My husband loves it here also, he gets a coffee at least every other day. They have a great selection of pastries ( cinnamon rolls, and donuts). Don't try the Bismark, you will need it all the time! See you soon Dippin.

99% of the time the service here is amazing. They have great staff, and fresh food unlike the processed options at chains like Dunkins. If you go through the drive through, check your total. Due to the volume sometimes they can accidentally overcharge or mix up orders.

Literally the worst donuts I've ever experienced (I brought them to a meeting, and was mortified to discover that they were so dry and so stale, especially the cake donuts and crullers). I've never experienced anything like this--gas station donuts are infinitely better. But, the good news is that you won't be tempted to overindulge.

I prefer Dippin over Dunkin. The coffee is much better. My issue is with the pricing. I 100% understand and see the sign that says premium flavors are $1.00 more. However, my coffee today, which I expected to be around $6.00 tops, was TEN DOLLARS. I don't even pay that for premium drinks at small cafes or Starbucks. The hidden charges included an undisclosed $2.00 for less ice because of the size of iced coffee I got. I think the premium flavor was also more than $1.00 again because of the size I got. The

4 stars because sometimes my cup is full of ice with 5 sips and sometimes there is hardly any ice- Food is typically spot on! Donuts are fresh! Sandwiches are fresh! But again sometimes lots of chicken salad and sometimes not enough to call a sandwich. Service is always great as far as friendliness etc.

Great donuts and they are half price after NOON! They are a little shorthanded like most places, but lady who waited on me had a good attitude and made me feel welcome. I got a dozen donuts for $6!

Excellent service and food. They use real eggs and not egg beaters. Their bagels are perfect, not dry like some well known competitors. They have an amazing pastry selection, but they can sell out fast so go early. I live they have the option of cheddar cheese as well as American cheese. Highly recommend.

I must admit that I love this place. Their donuts are great as are their breakfast sandwiches, especially the ones made on croissants. And so many of their flavored coffees are brewed so I can have them unsweetened. I often buy the bulk box, put it in my fridge, and enjoy it as iced coffee with friends.

Very friendly group of workers but the drinks vary wildly from person to person depending on the day with prices. Same people own Leicester and Warren where my coffee is 5 but here in Spencer the same coffee is over 7+$ . Would love to see consistency . Avoid this store go to Leicester instead save a few bucks

Was on the area. Never heard of this place. Got a kick out of the copycat/similar name. I loved the choice of coffees! I chose Kahlua Cream, it was delicious!? We went around 330pm, so the donuts we purchased tasted kind of stale...probably pretty good when they're fresh! Policy is stated on their door: 2 donuts for $1. And $6/dozen after 4pm. They make the best iced coffee around. Their donuts are fantastic. The bagels are big and sandwiches are hearty. The pastries are bigger than my hand. The staff and owners are always friendly and service is quick. It's just a wonderful place all around. ??

Had a client meeting there, and it was nice and clean inside and outside, parking was good and they got my latte done perfectly, even though, they don't have that type on the menu. They whipped it up to perfection, and the chives cream cheese bagel was simply fantastic. I was served by a younger boy, that was being trained, and he was super nice and always had a pleasant grin on his face :). I've officially switched over to Dippin from the other National Chain. The customer service has always been fantastic. The quality of the coffee and food is a huge step above the competition without killing your wallet. I will continue to support Dippin!

By far the best drive thru breakfast/coffee shop chain in the area. I live about an hour from any location, but make it a point to stop whenever we are in the area. Staff is friendly, even when busy, and it's great to get a breakfast sandwich in minutes that tastes like real eggs, not microwaved MREs

Stopped Saturday about 5.30. Big sign $3 for 1/2 doz donuts. I asked for that deal. Worker says oh we are out of donuts. I said we'll I see 2 trays of donuts I will take 6 of them. Worker says those are for tomorrow but I can sell you some full price. If u have no sale on donuts then take the sign down!!! False advertisement .

I stayed in Spencer with my (great) aunt and uncle and parents. We came here 3 times. A server who was blonde and knew my uncle (Norman) and showed amazing kindness. Would recommend!

Ice tea and ice coffee are tastier than Dunk - and it kills me to say that. Bagels and muffins are always fresh - get there early to snag a peach muffin. Unbelievable. Service is quick and staff are always friendly - even the ones in training.

I've been here several times & usually have had pretty positive experiences. Staff is friendly & enthusiastic. Orders are made quickly & accurately almost always. They have a wide variety of menu choices & coffee flavors. They also have other beverages for those who may not drink coffee or caffeinated beverages, such as milkshakes & fruit smoothies. I recently tried a raspberry smoothie that was delicious! I also like that they have items you won't find at Dunkin', such as chocolate cruellers & bismarck's.

Food was great much better than the other DD. Staff were fantastic, looked a little outdated but would not stop me from eating there again.

Got a pistachio muffin, and of course it tasted like it was made a half an hour ago! Everything there is always fresh I'm not quite used to the coffee yet I'll be honest... But the donuts, bagels even the sandwiches are better than any other donut place that's a god given -FACT

The BEST doughnuts, coffee and tea I have had in a long time. This little chain is 100% worth the stop! Friendly staff, good prices and clean facilities to top it off. Everything made here is super. Manager and staff are friendly, efficient and consistent. I will NOT find a better shop for breakfast. Serving up a Bakers Dozen ( 13 ) long forgotten by most.

It's one of my favorite spots to get coffee. The staff are always nice, and my coffee always tastes amazing.

They don't have Vanilla Bean Coolatta. Only reason I went there. Staff tried to tell me a Vanilla milkshake was the same as a Vanilla Bean Coolatta! Seriously? Since when do Vanilla milkshakes have coffee in them?

Best coffee shop around. The donuts are made fresh every night onsite and the egg sandwiches use fresh eggs in them, not frozen. Way better than Dunkins

I think of all the donut locations in the greater Worcester area, this location is my favorite. The donuts are way better than dunkies. The bagels are almost twice the size of dunkies. Try drippins. You'll be a believer!

We went 2 days in a row Saturday and Sunday morning and it was great food was hot service was terrific at the window could not ask for better.

I have... HAD ALWAYS sworn by Dunkin Donuts... until now. I have officially made the switch. ONION bagels... BLUEBERRY bagels... chocolate creme filled donuts... SO many coffee flavors. Sorry Dunkin.... we are officially OVER.
