My kids added "get donuts from Dimples" to their winter break to-do list. It was all delicious and service is always friendly!

Great local donut shop! The donuts are yummy but most of all the woman who works there is such a joy. She is always kind and brings a smile to my face. She truly seems to love her job. They also have fun donut birthday boxes too with a giant donut and a variety of others.

I was sad to see the nearby Naperville location relocate, but will travel to Batavia for this one. It?s that good. The blueberry donuts are simply delectable and the folks who run this place are very nice and accommodating. The coffee is pretty top notch too!

Decided to stop here after an appointment to try it out and so glad I did! Got a couple of breakfast sandwiches, donuts, bear claw , and an apple fritter. All were excellent! Lots of donuts shops in the area but most are too sweet and over the top IMO. If you?re looking for simple and delicious donuts you?re at the right place. Also the staff was so friendly!

We come here all the time, I think this is the best kept secret in Batavia. The donuts are made fresh every day, and they they post specials on their social medias. There is a wide selection of donuts and it?s hard to pick because everything is so good! That lady can make a mean batch of donuts! Very delicious and tasted fresh. The apple fritter has good apple chunks in it and I thought the cinnamon bun donut was amazing too. The coffee was from a machine kind of gas station style, which is fine, I just didn't realize that at first. Infinitely better donuts than any fast food donuts so I don't know why people complain about the pricing.

Never have their signature bacon Long Johns. The credit card machine is always an issue. Just seems un cared for. If you open something new, give it a little love! Not just hope to bring in customers based on another location, and their good reputation.

The BEST donuts in the area! 200 times better than "box store" donuts up the street. The donuts are fresh and the owner is so sweet. I won't buy donuts anywhere else! They also create super fun Birthday donut boxes including a giant donut! Only 4 stars because quite often if I don't hit Dimples super early, they sell out of my favorites pretty quick. Which in all honesty is not a bad sign, just shows how popular and delicious their donuts are.

Dimples Donuts is everything! Perfect place for kids, adults, and all people who love donuts! This place is really good! They have plenty of flavors! We got the birthday box for our son who was having a dinosaur themed birthday. We asked for donuts to match our theme and the green sprinkles were perfect! The presentation of the donuts was great but they tasted even better! We go to this shop about once a week for donuts and we will keep coming back! A local gem! I love that we can go in our pajamas on an early weekend morning to grab a few fresh donuts. My favorites are the blueberry, old fashioneds, and sprinkle donuts. My kids love the bear claws, long John?s and of course the extra donut holes she always throws in.

Amazing donuts! Maple donut is to die for. Only complaint is they are always slowly stepping up the prices, and charge additional for using a credit card. Pricing aside, this place is amazing! Get there early, because the maple long johns sell out fast!

Dimples is a delight. Donuts are ALWAYS fresh and very tasty. Employees are cheerful and helpful. but poorly trained Great selection with a wide range of choices--cake donuts, fried donuts, ones with filling, pinwheels, donut holes, etc etc. Prices are higher and higher and as time goes on--if this keeps up they will price themselves out of the market. Management is NEVER availalbe for a question or problem. Used to be 5 star--but not anymore

Great donuts, annoying credit card policy. They charge you an extra dollar if you don't pay cash under $10. I understand it costs money to use a payment processor, but everyone uses credit and debit cards nowadays. A properly run business would have that cost built into the cost of their product.

They put together an awesome birthday box for my 2 year old grandson's birthday-including an incredibly large donut for the birthday boy...and the donuts tasted great.

Not a fan. Too much frosting that's basically still gritty sugar. The filling on the cream filled donut was separated as if it had been there too long. The donuts themselves had an odd smell and taste. Couldn't figure out the ingredient that was the cause. And the price was too expensive -- 3 for $5 (But they did throw in one for free so I'm guessing because it was afternoon, they wanted to get rid of what they had). When you walk in the store, it might not seem like much. The walk from the door to the counter will be awkward, the display of donuts might look a little ragtag, and the store isn't garnished with color. Not a fan, the crossiant was dry and stale. The bacon was burnt and greasy. They yell "fresh hot donuts" when you walk in but nothing was hot. Everything left a bitter after taste and paste in your mouth. The crossiant was the worst. If that's all they had then they should have offered something else. I won't be back.

I went there because people post about on fb. Maybe my expectations were a bit higher. The donuts are ok, person there maybe not the owner, maybe just having an ok day, but not friendly. I wouldn't go back.

I would always see on Facebook groups that this place was great, so today I gave it a try for the first time!! And to start off AWFUL customer service, the girl who was there gave attitude to me since the first moment I stepped in, Then I told her what I wanted to buy, and when she was putting them on the box I let her know that was all I wanted and she eyed rolled at me! Sadly won?t be coming back, and I do not recommend going here unless they get new people to work there!

Not impressed.. way too expensive and the payment situation was a mess. Sadly there were dead ants inside the sugar container it grossed us out.

They are rated best in Kane County and boy do they live up to that title. Small, charming hole-in-the-wall type place with a friendly staff. But go early. We showed up an hour before closing and they had all but run out.

This used to be our FAVORITE doughnut place before we moved out of state. We were back visiting this past weekend, and so looking forward to having our favorite doughnuts. A scam being run at a donut shop!! Poorly trained Clerks left alone to run this scam, manager never available. The sign says dozen for $9.99, then when you pick it, the clerk rings them up individually then says oh some are more, which ones? well those and those but not those. If you cant even run a donut shop honestly, were in sad shape. Coffee was awfull.

Go ahead, try to find a better donut anywhere, I dare you. I now live 2 states away and my reason for driving 300 miles to Batavia is Dimples Donuts. (Shh, don't tell my family, they think they're the reason.)

When I had a large order, the doughnuts were packaged in a way that easily transported a long distance. When they arrived, the doughnuts looked pleasing and were well received by the office.

I've been going here since I was a kid. The same family has owned it for years and keep the place consistent with quality, great tasting donuts!
