The coffee was decent, but the donuts we tried were just average. The apple fritter was over-fried and tough, and the glazed old fashioned was only half-glazed, which felt a bit careless. The space itself is large with plenty of tables and couches, which could be great for hanging out or getting some work done?but unfortunately, it was not very clean. We had to wipe down our table and seats, and the bathroom garbage was already overflowing by 8:00 AM on a Monday, with toilet paper on the floor. The large fl

I stopped in with my daughter yesterday. We did not have much time so I just got a large black coffee and she got a donut with sprinkles to go. Both were excellent. We didn't stay, but the in house atmosphere seemed very cozy, clean, and lovely. We plan to stop in again next time we are in the area.

I was driving through downtown St. Charles early last week when my eye caught this one of a kind Donut joint and I had to make a stop to check it out. Since this was my first time here, I had to try couple of stuff. With the help of one of the nicest employees Mari, I ended up getting some Donuts and a sandwich to go. The food tasted great. The place was very clean and well kept. I will be going back there again with some friends.

The donuts are good nothing special but very well made! Aside from that the sandwiches are ok but the coffee I would steer clear from, we got an iced coffee that was edible but not enjoyable and a white mocha that was so badly made we just gave it back (they did give us a free water for that). Also service was ok they were friendly but not very attentive or even knowledgeable about they're own products.

Tucked away on 64 in St. Charles, Illinois, the most divine little spot. Fresh, new decor with a nice variety of treats, coffees and sandwiches?.Dimple?s Donuts!!! This spot has gone through quite a few challenges since it?s first opening in 2017 but the rebirth is amazing!! These donuts may look like any other donut but they are on another level of soft, warm sweetness! Try them out!!!

I took my grandchildren there on Valentine?s Day. Even though it was close to 1:00pm the donuts were very fresh. I?ve been looking for the old fashioned buttermilk donut for years. It was wonderful. The kids loved the heart shaped donuts, too.

Excellent donuts, coffee, quick service. Lots of couches, table space, very quiet, got a lot of work done. So glad I didn't go to a national chain!

Mari was very nice. 1st timer here. 12/9/23. Called to see if they have Boston Cream type donuts. Yes. So I took the trip over. Upon entering, greeted by a warm, inviting space. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room available. Mari was so incredibly kind. She thanked me for coming to their store. I ordered 1/2 dozen. She threw in a couple extra. Huge fan of Dimple's Donuts and its owner. Every time I stop in I am greeted with a big smile and a friendly salutation. The establishment is super cute and cozy. The donuts are dangerously delicious, as is their breakfast croissant. I love the coffee as well. Bought a half a dozen donuts for my co-workers...they didn't last long...they were scarfed down in no time. Highly recommended.

I have no idea how this place isn?t rated 5 stars across the board. I went in Nov 6 to buy 4 dozen donuts to take to work for National Donut Day (was on Sunday, Nov 5). They couldn?t have been nicer and the place was clean and very inviting. After getting the donuts, they helped me carry them to my car. Wonderful donuts with the BEST vanilla cream filled ever. Blueberry, red velvet ...all of them are so good. The St Chas Location is very welcoming with couches and croissant egg breakfast sandwiches to die for. Run...don't walk...to Dimples!

Dimples has the freshest best donuts! The vanilla Long John has authentic vanilla bean flavor and The Maple Bacon is a must try. They have a nice selection of coffee drinks at a good value. Haven?t tried their smoothies yet, but they look really good too! The service is top tier as well!

Unfortunately my experiences thus far have been not so great. Donuts don't have much flavor other than sugar; red velvet is just sugar Donut and cinnamon roll lacks as well. Also ordered a mocha coffee and I'm not getting much other than the milk from it. I love small businesses, I would maybe try a different drink and maybe one of the other Donuts is better....just haven't found it here yet.

On a scale of 1 to 10, friendliness, 10 cleanliness, 10, variety of donuts 4, variety of sandwiches, 5 although I did not try the sandwiches they did look good. The donuts themselves I give a 4 they were fresh. nothing special. Better than Dunkin donut but not as good as country donuts.

I've been back to this place a few times now over the last month. Service is always excellent, donuts are delicious, and the sot-down space is very inviting. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a coffee and donut and chat with friends or family, this is the spot.

I entered the store with my 2 children and I was Promptly asked to take a seat and wait. There is a group of 3 other customers sitting at the table also waiting. Stopped by this morning to try it out. I love donuts and have strong opinions about them. Dimple Donuts has fresh made in house donuts. I really like the Apple fritter, just wish it was a little bit bigger. They also have excellent old fashioned/buttermilk donuts and a very good jelly donut. I highly recommend this place.

I rarely give poor ratings. I was so excited to see this cute looking donut place open up here. Privately owned donut shops that are alternatives to typical grocery store, bakery or dunkin donuts are not very common. So I was excited. Tldr: go down the street for better donuts and coffee. The owner has not given Kathy the tools she needs to adequately run this location. She was the only one working a Sunday morning so the line would come to a standstill if someone asked for more than donuts. The donuts were disappointing. They taste like the fry oil hadn't been changed recently. The coffee is weak. And they don't have much(any) of the advirtised smoothie and tapioca. Overall, will not return

Been driving past this for a few weeks and finally had a chance to stop. Verdict: it was alright, but rather disappointing, certainly nothing to shout about. We had a buttermilk old-fashioned donut, a standard chocolate frosted cake donut, and an apple fritter. I am always excited to try a locally owned coffee shop, but immediately encountered rude staff and was made aware of a 69? credit card fee after my order was fulfilled. Granted there is a ?sign? but it is incredibly small and laminated to the surface of the counter. The sign also notes an automatic 69? ?discount? if you pay with cash. This is also not true. This would be your normal total less the fee you would pay if you were to pay with a credit card. Passing credit card fees through to your guests is not

It was busy, however the line was not moving very quickly. There were 3 people working but when I got up to the front I just stood there. One person was doing coffee and two were in the back. The line was all the way around the front of the store. The donuts were not labeled so I really didnt know what they had to offer. I also did not seem to think they tasted any different than elsewhere. Kind of disappointing first trip there.

Hard to start up a donut shop in st charles with the competition from close by incumbent Bosa Donuts. The donuts aren't as good (I tried an old fashioned chocolate, a glazed french crueller, and the donut holes) possibly due to being baked offsite in batavia, although they are still hand made so theyll beat anything youll find at a dunkin donuts or walmart forsure. The original Batavia store has a good following and service. This one not so much. As I was getting out of my car to get donuts for our office there was a mom unbuckling her little kids. Went to the door only to find they are closed. As I was returning to my car saw the mom finally ready to take her kids inside and had to break the bad news to her so she could load them back in and find another place. We went in an hour before closing and the signs displayed for the donuts left were labeled wrong, so when we chose our donuts and asked for them we were told they were out. Great donuts and this location is open until late afternoon. The space is larger with more menu offerings for lunch and beverages. The donuts are delicious, a simple glazed donut is done very well.

I had heard about dimples donuts and decided to walk the mile plus distance one Sunday morning. Though the hours on the sign red they should be open. The place was dark. I won't waste my time going there Again.

I ordered an iced coffee and she made espresso and put it in a glass of almond milk?and still referred to it as iced coffee. The coffee was not great either- we got a hot coffee, as well and it was watered down. This is also in some sort of church, so overall just odd.

Tiny little sign on the surface of the counter says they charge a surcharge for non-cash purchases. 70? sounds like nothing, but that's 10% on coffee-and-a-doughnut purchase. That should be posted where one can see it while ordering, not in small print where you see it after they've made your coffee.

Horrid place always has no donuts and you might as well quit your job to make a conscious effort to try and get a donut before they either sell out or randomly close whenever they feel like it I?m very disappointed and my kid cried for hours because he got no donut truly a shame

Great donuts ... Open late (8pm) and have Caribou Coffee a great change from the typical Starbucks which I personally do that like. Staff is friendly and offer great suggestions.
