Devil & Angel Fort Worth

Devil & Angel Fort Worth

Reviews Summary

Mixed reviews highlight inconsistent quality and service. Many praise the unique offerings like mochi donuts, tanghulu, and K-dogs, calling them delicious and fresh. However, several complain about poor customer service, rude staff, and long wait times. Some mention stale or undercooked food, while others love the atmosphere and variety. Service seems hit-or-miss, with some staff being friendly and others indifferent or unprofessional. The place has potential but needs to improve consistency in both food quality and customer experience.

Customer Reviews

Cute little place for K-hotdogs and desserts.. Staff were very friendly. Dubai Strawberry Chocolate was very good, wasn't too sweet like others I've tried.

Loved this place! My brother and I loved their Korean corn dogs. They don't come with toppings, but they do have a topping bar where you can add ranch, hot sauce, cheese, etc. We both had boba drink and those were also amazing. Pictured is the blended strawberry cookies & cream boba. The scenery is quiet & the vibes are nice.

They have different Asian desserts. It?s very difficult to tell what they have from the outside but they have drink, Korean corn dogs, mochi doughnut? etc? The store looks pretty clean but for some reason the floor is very sticky. We ordered some drinks. I don?t like mine very much. The boba was too hard and you can?t adjust sweetness of the drinks. I?ll come back again and try different things next time.

Devil Angel Desserts in Fort Worth was so good! Everything we tried was tasty, but the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries? Amazing! Very rich though! I?d go back just for those. Cute spot and great service too!

maybe i came here on a bad day, and i know theyre soft opening, but my friends first experience here was really good. my tiger milk tea tasted like chocolate milk and felt like there was barely any tea in it and mostly milk. my corndogs were burnt yet the potato one was burnt on the outside, but raw dough in the inside. my mochi donuts were really greasy and soft. maybe ill try again after they've been open for awhile. i am not pleased! try ssongs hotdogs on beach, same items for better and cheaper!

A wonderful addition to this community! As part of their soft opening, they are offering boba drinks, smoothies, K-corn dogs, and mochi doughnuts. We got the strawberry cookies and cream boba and an original sausage hot dog, both of which were really good and pretty reasonably priced. The inside is cute and seems like a nice place to study. I?m sure they?ll add more as the business grows. They?re still in their soft opening so they?re still kinda figuring things out as far as speed of service goes. But fr

Traveled afar all the way from East Coast to tried out all the desserts Texas has to offer. Happened to hear the hypes and raves about this new exciting establishment fills with appetizing treats like Mochi donuts , K dogs, tanghulu (skewered candy stick) , along with all the refreshing milk teas , specialty drinks , cr?me br?l?e drinks . Everything was so appealing on the menu . We tried to ordered most of the items on the menu and the results was amazing and satisfying. The staffs was very helpful in e

They have really good mochi donuts and drinks. They even made us an ice coffee that's not on the menu. Great service!

Love love love this place. Only drawback is the employees arent always super pleasant, i cant recall having much a friendly interaction anytime we have been. The drinks and treats are delicious though. Was super excited when i realized this was down the street from us

Food looks great but hygiene is not there. They were mopping and not sure if they washed their hands before they started on my food. They weren?t wearing gloves, touching the phone and then handling my food at the same time, touching their face and their clothes, that?s just not what I want to see before eating my food. Really cute spot but definitely the employees need food hygienic training.

We come here often since it?s closer than most boba places and the same 2 female employees haven worked here. Every visit is a long wait. I?ve watch them make our boba or Dubai chocolate at glacier speeds. And if 2-3 groups order, be prepared to have others drinks/desserts made before yours because it wasn?t placed in any order. AND if you?ve waited long enough, when your order is ready you?ll need to go to the counter to check because they may or may not announce your number. Every. Single. Visit.

The doughnuts here are amazing ! I love the quality and the texture. And the staff were so sweet and accommodating. Will definitely make this a regular spot.

We give this place a try after our favorite mochi donut place was closed. The donuts tasted stale and bland. The drinks were ok. Too sweet tho ?? idk how many days those donuts were there waiting for someone to eat them ????? attentive and kind staff tho.

First time here, last time ever. Awful customer service. Walked in to order some boba tea and tangalou fruit. The man behind the counter mouthed "that's too many ppl". Literally ignored us for five minutes as we waited at the register to order. Attempted to order at the kiosk , didn't have any tangalou or Dubai as option. They immediately greeted and took orders for the people who came in a few minutes behind us. It's giving racist and incompetent!

This place used to be my favorite hidden gem because food/drinks are delicious, workers were super friendly and attentive but unfortunately their customer service has seriously gone downhill! ???? The worker with the thick bushy eyebrows needs to get her attitude checked. ???????

Absolutely delicious. I was expecting it to be overly sweet, but it was surprisingly fresh and just sweet enough. The donuts are my favorite, so light and airy. We?ll definitely be back!

One of the few places in the metroplex that actually sells the popular Tanghulu. It?s best to call before you go to make sure they have some on hand or can make it. They also sell mochi donuts, boba & Korean corn dogs.

We tried the half-and-half Korean corn dog with Cheetos, the cr?me br?l?e milk tea, and the Dubai chocolate strawberry ? all absolutely delicious! You?ve got to give them a try!

Never disappoints, always great customer service and everything tastes amazing BUT their tanghulu is why we drive 30 minutes to get to this amazing place! We Love love looooove devil and angel desserts ??

Order ahead as the wait can be long. 45 minutes for a corn dog. But food is awesome! Workers are very nice.

Donut was good but boba in my taro drink was hard inside (like it was not cooked enough). I hope they see this and fix their boba issue. Service was ok.

One of the male workers was rude and rolled his eyes at me when I went to get my food but the food overall was good

Went in and ordered 3 corn dogs waited 30 minutes then when we ask about what happend they say our food was stolen 20 minutes later they come out with our food but only gave us 2 corn dogs we ordered 3 so we say that then they gay 14 seconds other 5 minutes and they give us a corn dog but it's the wrong one then they mess up people's drinks and everything this place is a mess they should have given us 2 free hotdogs for that but all they Say is thank you come again like wow

Love the tanghulu, but the dubai chocolate strawberry it was in another level 20 of 10 delicious

Absolutely loved this spot! The mochi donuts were soft, chewy, and bursting with flavor. The boba tea was perfectly sweet with just the right chew in the pearls. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Came in about 45 minutes before closing time as a little mini date. The man working the front did not greet us and was wearing nike slides ?? And claimed that they ran out of the hard candy fruit that we initially had came in for. Ordered the half and half taki dog. Was really good just wished the service was better. Please work on customer service.

I really enjoyed this place the first time I went. Ever since, I have gotten their Korean corn dogs and the dough inside has been raw. I literally had to complain once, then air fry another at home. This is not okay and honestly completely turns me off from eating there. Be careful when eating the corn dogs because the dough almost blends into the melted cheese. The only reason I realized it both times is because I could smell the raw dough. Very disappointed!

They truly live up to the their name, devil and angel; half good and half bad. I ordered a Korean corn dog, cheese and sausage. At first glance the dog was big and bulky, they took a very long time to make so I thought it would be thorougly cooked, but it wasn't the first half was delicious once I got to the other half it was raw dough. So raw that it would drip out of the corn dog. These girls need to be taught how to properly cook a corn dog. I'd love my money back but I dont ever wanna go back there, not

Stumbled upon this place and mochi donuts aren?t something I go out of my way for. I tried their Cookie Monster mochi donut and a Cheetos battered hot dog. Amazing flavor!! The donut had plenty of flavor and I went near closing too. The hot dog had a great balance of batter, flavor and of course the hot dog itself. The staff was very friendly and walked us through the menu. I?ll definitely return!

Strawberry, cookies and cream drink was amazing and my daughter got a cookie monster mocha doughnut. Very kind and patient staff as well as yummy treats.

I love the Mochi Doughnuts. They have always been fluffy and delicious, but I just bought some and they are terrible.!!! I always get cinnamon & sugar. I noticed they weren't as big ang fluffy as all the other varieties, but I purchased them anyway. They were dry and really tough to chew. Like they were 2 or 3 days old or something. I tried calling them to tell them I would be bringing them back, but no one would answer. I called multiple times. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back right away or I would have.

I got the strawberry matcha today it was so good! I also love the orange tanghulu its my favorite, the workers are so nice and the girl taking my order was so funny! haha also the music was really good they were playing ptv 10/10 would come back!

We saw nice reviews for this place which makes Tanghulu. We called ahead to place an order which was not accepted by the store. She mentioned trying online via DoorDash but there was not such listed with DoorDash. So we called again and the lady asked to come to store in person and it should be 15 minutes and apparently they were making it! After we got to the store waited for 45 minutes without any trace of our order. Seemed only 2 ladies working at the store and seemed overwhelmed. Finally after 1 hour of

Lucky to be there for the soft opening. The shop is beautiful. Staff was friendly and service was quick. From what I tried the taro milk tea is both one of, maybe the best taro I've had, the milk tea itself was excellent. I can't wait to try the other milk teas

I hope the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries stay forever the strawberries were huge and sweet!!!

Been here twice and everything was always good. Got the Thai milk tea, black sugar cr?me br?l?e, mochi donut and corn dog. All were good just the Thai milk tea weren?t sweet. Other than that would continue coming here. So happy there are more varieties of restaurants opening up around here.

The mochi donuts were way too oily, and the tanghulu wasn?t the best. Took like 15 minutes to give us our Corn Dog but it was pretty good.

It?s FREEZING in here I got 2 drinks 2 donuts and a taki dog and tanghulu strawberries and paid $27 and apparently the girl that was extremely awkwardly taking my order never rang in my strawberries then tried to charge me to make them even though SHE messed up . She complained when I asked if they make the donuts fresh or hand out the ones on display because it?s SO cold in the store I didn?t want stale hard donuts . She did not seem happy to be at work what so ever . This is nothing compared to what they

The matcha and ube donuts were delicious! We couldn't believe how soft and flavorful they were. The Kdog was good, the cheese especially! Highly recommend for a sweet treat!

I tried this place in CA and CO. Loved it! When I heard they opening a location here in TX, I had to go again! I went to their soft opening and had their kdog covered in hot cheetos and another one covered in takis, and they're my new favorite treats! It's making me salivate just thinking about them.. I also had a creme brulee drink with boba and it was also delicious. You have to try this place!

I love it here they never mess up and the food is always nice and hot and ready fast

How do yall mess up strawberry banana smoothie. It taste so artificial

Tanghulu definitely taste better cold or frozen NOT room temperature Mochi donuts are good Corn dogs are really good at least the hot Cheeto one was Staff could be trained more

Great place to go for something different. Nice selection of drinks and food. Everything we got was delicious especially the strawberry matcha smoothie.

very good drink ?? and donuts ??

Best new place in FTW to try out the K-Dogs, boba smoothie, the fruit refresher are on point. Great atmosphere to grab a cold refreshing drink and K-dog(corn dog)

Dubai chocolate strawberries hit the spot every time!

Went in today asking for there Ice cream with boba shown on there website & the girl employee working at 1 was rude She said No why would we have ice cream with an ice cream shop next door. Every question I had she was just annoyed.

It was amazing. I loved desserts.

Their Thai milk tea with the boba is really good. I wish I knew what brand of Thai tea they used!

Not as tasty as the spots in Carrollton, my k dog wasn?t good & the donuts tasted like they used old oil/:

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is so perfect and welcoming! Everyone is so kind! And the food is phenomenal!!!

All the mochi doughnuts are delicious!

It a really cute place the workers had a smile on the face I would definitely go back

Such a great place. K-corn dogs and many delicious treats to enjoy.

Boba taste is not that grate not worth at all.

Great workers, have to go again

Girls behind the counter were not very friendly, did not acknowledge the customers, need to work on customer service.

Yeah this place is pretty legit

(Translated by Google) My son very excited because we found a donut place open. and the excitement lasted for 1 minute because the place says open until 10pm on a Friday. You say it's a gem. but sadly it was a disappointment since we entered at 9.10pm. bad face of the girls who serve. You had 4 donuts and 3 sweet fruit sticks that I don't remember the name of. and we told him well we'll take whatever they have. and I had to return them first because the attention was 1/10 and then I said I just spent 40 do
