Their donuts are delicious. I had the red velvet and blueberry. Super fresh and moist. I'd definitely go there again.
The donuts are great. The service? Not so much. Get here early for the fresh donuts. They don't replenish them throughout the day. What they get day to day is what remains the entire day. It's located within a gas station. Don't expect any kind of satisfactory customer experience. Just feel lucky if the cashier is at least cordial.
Great prices and fresh each time. The bagels are crispy and soft on the inside (I like to pop them in my air fryer) and the donuts are always delicious and fresh. Way way better than Dunkin? or Tim?s. Price wise and freshness wise. I?ve never seen them run out of anything either. I go here every weekend!! Love it!
The people are very friendly. The best bagels and donuts in the area. They have my favorite salt bagels and also extremely good and soft donuts.
The parking was so difficult I never found out how the donuts were... make sure you have AT LEAST 2 HOURS! And an additional 3 or 5 dollars for parking.
The guys working here at Nyt r very helpful, & kind. their donuts r gud & but not made here..& the coffy. Prices r gud to. They have a lot of things to choose from if Yu wanna snack or sumthing to drink.. I ride a scooter so they helped me w the door. 2 thumbs up..
The donuts are always fresh, the people are very nice, and the prices are reasonable.
This guy don't know if I bring my own lions coffee cup the price drops since I'm not using a cup but he will still charge you 3 bucks so I go to 7/11 across the street and pay 1.35 for a extra large better coffee..GTFOH
They do not have SAM Check Cashing Machine.They have best donuts in town, I go everyday to get my donuts.

Been there once, actually Dunkin donuts. I've been to several donut shops, they all the same, not that good to return.
The owners have picked great employees.There's a genuine "REALNESS" to their kindness. Detroit Donut has a wide selection of beer and wine. There is also an ATM which is hidden and customers cannot see it. It should be moved where it can be visible as customers walk in. They seem to have anything you may need in a pinch. Just ask the cashier if you don't see what your looking for. Great experience
The donuts here are absolutely delicious! They remind me of the donuts I had as a little girl.... Not overdone with fuss and frill! Just soft, amazing, fresh, yeast donuts! Just the right amount of glaze! The chocolate frosted ones are so yummy!! The staff is also very friendly!

Bought one dozen donuts at 2 am on 11/12/19 paid 9.00. They were two days old if not 3 days old . The donuts were crunchy. Not fresh. Employees can bareley speak English. I will not go there again and pay good money for old stale over priced donuts. Sweetheart bakery on 13 and mound sells day old donuts 1.75 for 6 and they taste fresh.
Food was decent the guest were decent but the clerk was cocky and rude

Not very friendly. NOT 24 hours.. No donuts served at 5 am. Cashier had other business to deal with , seemed she was behind on work schedule, so no donuts served. Poor lady.

Never again will I be going to this location! I got donuts Saturday morning had one left went to eat it and and felt something hard! It was a piece of glass in the donut! It was one of the chocolate cream filled donuts! I have a two year old he wanted it I'm glad I didn't give it to him!
I live just a few blocks away and I always absolutely love getting their doughnuts and the sweet people that work there are always a pleasure to talk to and always so kind. Not only do they have delicious fresh doughnuts bright and early, (or you can come get doughnuts throughout the day if you're not a morning person) but they have hot and cold coffee drinks as well. I came here (Detroit donut) today. And I have been looking for Red Bull and I didn?t find it. Then I asked the little lady. She was on front as cashier and I asked her 3 times ? Excuse me where?s the Red Bull, can you show me pleases. But she dont have any reply, any response. She was very rude and doesn't know how to behave with customer. Then i get a headphone and asked her how much is this. But she doesn't have any response.. Please let her know how to behave with customer.
Donuts sit out on the shelves for over 16 hours, dates on products are expired. Their night worker is nice and helps customers the best she can.
Delicious!! I've been craving good donuts for weeks and have had a range of mediocre and plain bad. Detroit Donuts, I saw across the road in my way to somewhere else and had to stop. SO HAPPY I did! Even at noon on a Saturday they had a very good selection still. Everything I wanted anyway. I tried the blueberry which is something I normally wouldn't in the land of custard and chocolate. Always has lemon donuts, this is the best donut shop in town, the others never have what we want after 9-10 am, they do! And friendly help also.

Do not let the fact this gem is located inside of a gas station deter you. Great variety! Fresh donuts! Get there early. I recommend between 6-7am.
Get here early for the freshest selection, or don't bother for donuts. Not sure what changed (ownership maybe?), but they no longer have donut holes available

Their Donuts and French vanilla coffee was very good , but I would recommend you try the Breakfast croissant! It?s very fresh and made to perfection
