Excellent friendly service. Everything looks delicious! We got Vietnamese coffee & mocha frappe, croissant w sausage, kolaches and burrito. & they gave us donut holes ?? they were so scrumptious, soft and fluffy! Do yourself a favor and come to this place!
Quality has gone downhill on the kolaches since they changed management, more bread than anything. Prices went up but that?s normal. The donuts are still good tho I Guess.
My first time visiting this place . Everything looked fresh and delicious. I ordered a boudin kolache and was blessed to receive some donut holes. They were very good. I'll be going back again.
I love the new ownership, the food is way better than before. I typically order a SEC taco, croissant, or biscuit with white chocolate mocha (hot w/ extra syrup) or mocha frappe. Although the staff is friendly, my order is usually wrong or I don't get what I ask for.
Best brisket roll I ever have. Recommended, fresh made everyday (not preserved meat) the brisket is slow cooked in house. You gotta try this if you are in Houston.
I've been to quite a few doughnut places. It's difficult to find ones that have food, dessert and drink selections that really hit the spot. After trying this place over two years ago, everything else has simply paled in comparison. They have quite an extensive array of kolache flavors. Not quite as experimental as morning kolaches, but that's also what keeps it from being hit or miss. This was our first time getting donuts in the eat end and to be honest this place was amazing! They are very sweet and welcoming?? we had a dozen donuts; they were fresh, yummy and my 4 year old ate all of it not just the chocolate part. This was my first time visiting and it was great! Most donut shops don?t have turkey substitute items but this place does. The service was welcoming, the food was fresh and flavorful. The caramel iced coffee wasn?t too bad. I like plant based milk in my coffee but other than that it was good.
Usually the food here is good. I ordered this time, and it arrived cold, with the bag soggy and torn. The food fell though. This was all despite the bag being tied shut.
The service here is excellent, and the people are very nice. My go-to is the Vietnamese coffee with glazed donuts. I like their sausage kolaches better than Shipley's.

Amazing place, my favorite donut stop. As with every donut place, the best stuff comes in the morning. The soft, warm donuts far exceed those of any chain place. Honestly, if there is any bad reviews for this place it's probably just a Karen who feels entitled. Sometimes it's not about the food but the customer service the business provides. However, this business has the best of both worlds. Their menu is so good and the owners/employees here are some of the most kind and attentive people I have ever encountered. My first time eating there - I got a regular glazed donut and a sausage and cheese kolache. Wow, I wish I had gotten a few more of those kolaches! Very delicious including the donut, and the man at the window was very friendly. I also tried their mocha iced coffee and it is soo much better than what I?ve gotten at Shipley?s and McDonald?s. I will definitely be going back for more!
I had seen people sharing this business as the new donut shop to go to. I personally am not a donut person, but I still wanted to check it out. First & foremost the customer service Andy provided was very welcoming and down to earth. Very clean establishment as well. I only regret getting only one kolache lol. I am all about supporting a small business but not one that likes to scam it's own customers. Check your receipts especially if you go through the drive-thru. Previously I went there and order the same thing at every visit. One day I noticed that the lady over charged me so I ask a receipt. When I noticed she charge me for a different coffee than what I order and the donut price is different than what's label on the menu. I can not say enough great things about Dear Donut Man! The people who work here are so kind and always very pleasant to be around. The donuts and kolaches are delicious! The dough is always so fluffy and tasty. Give this place a try and you won't regret it.
