I've been going to this donut shop for around 2 or 4 years sporadically (4-6 visits per year). To preface: when I found the donut shop it was during a date to its parent restaurant (which gets 5 resounding stars for food, service and atmosphere). After the date we came back to the donut shop about a week later and tried the special donuts, in particular the fruity pebbles donut, and the taste and freshness were 5 out of 5. little gourmet donut shop with limited selection of freshly made donuts. we came in an hour before close, and they were out of one we wanted. the staff was very friendly and offered to make something similar for us ! additionally, the store owner came out and we chatted a bit. the place is small, and designed for over the counter take-out. we got the chocolate raised, maple cinnamon and the peach filled. the donuts themself were cooked to perfection. each donut melted in your mouth with how fluffy they were

I first had DB3 donuts years ago. Fast forward and they?re as good as I remember, maybe better. I came in around 11 on a Sunday and they still had a wide variety to choose from. Service was quick and you can take your donut (and coffee) to go, or enjoy it at one of the tables inside.

Really unique donut shop with cool decor. Great customer service, good donuts, and coffee. I got a nitro cold coffee and the Fundraiser - Blueberry Lemon Blueberry cake donut with lemon glaze. Portion of proceeds to Zeta Pi Beta Sorority, Inc. scholarship fund. Soooo good

Loved the pistachio doughnut! This place is connected to Ten Mile House so it doesn't have seating of it's own but it's primarily take out. Went here around 11am on a Sunday and it still had plenty of doughnuts available. The pistachio one was bomb.

This place is wonderful!!! The owner is very kind and walked me out to my car. They wore a personable message on the box for my daughter for her bday nd she loved it. I got the letter donuts and they were so good and neat. I also got to try a apple pastry that was phenomenal... nd I don't say that lightly bc I don't care for cooked fruit usually but my goodness was it good. Clean, neat establishment in a beautiful area. I definitely will be back

The donut selection was pretty good. Jelly filled donut had a nice, real raspberry filling that was a little bit tart. Chocolate glazed donut was decent, prices were fine as well.

My only problem is that this rating only goes to 5 stars because this place is at least a 7-8. We are always on the hunt for local places when we are taking a covid 2020 local road trip. It?s a tad deceiving because only a visual sample is on display but I think that keeps the product fresher which is a plus for the consumer. We chose the maple glazed and chocolate glaze and they were excellent. Fresh and not overly doughy tasting. It?s like you could taste the quality of the ingredients they use. S

Donuts were tasty. Can't give it 5 stars because the selection was very sparse. Our favorite was the Maple bacon doughnut--the chocolate ganache donut was kind of bland. It was a fun place to try but not sure we will go again. Unless there's a bigger selection.

Best donuts around but orders are not reliably delivered. On two occasions I?ve had orders cancelled with no explanation. Today?s order was placed at 9:38 am, confirmed, then cancelled an hour later. Tried calling the store but no answer.

Love this place for donuts for breakfast. I go every weekend, fruit donuts are real fruit, not jellies. Great with allergies, always make sure everything is safe. Always have vegan and gluten-free options. Staff are so kind. Good price for the quality and size of their donuts. I wish they were open more (only three days a week). Walkable and local. Love this restaurant so much ????

Freshly made, what more can you ask. My favorite is the Boston Kreme. It?s neither too sweet or too bitter.

Definitely worth a stop! Always has fun monthly flavors that never disappoint! Can even order online in advance to hold your donuts.

We were looking for a donut place that will do a letter birthday party donuts. The ordering process was a bit challenging (since a part of the website didn't work properly and they only work Friday - Sunday), yet the actual donut was AMAZING. Our family travels a lot and made a hobby of trying the best donuts in each town. So far, there was a place called World Fair donuts in St.Louis and they had the best donuts ever. The World Fair isn't the same anymore since the original owners are not with us anymore,

The donuts are delicious and DB3 Donuts was very accommodating. We got a variety for our daughter?s birthday gathering, and we will definitely go back again sometime. The custom lettering looked interesting but we were too short on time.

I randomly ordered from here yesterday and I?m very impressed. I?ve had donuts from all over the city and these are so good! The taste and texture of the donuts were amazing and they were not super sweet. We got the following donuts: - fruity pebbles - chocolate ganache - vanilla with sprinkles - powdered donut - maple bacon - raspberry jelly filled I tried every one of them and they were all delicious! Definitely prefer this place over Stans Donuts.

Ordered customized donuts for Valentine?s Day and they were a HUGE hit! I had to try them for myself so I went in today and got a Vanilla glazed raised donut and holy cow, super tasty! Probably the best donut I?ve ever had. Customer for life!

A fiasco, at best. Ordered custom happy birthday doughnuts for a birthday party. The online ordering / email system was evidently down, which I only found out when I called later to confirm. They agreed to fill the order, great. The doughnuts then weren?t ready for pickup at the agreed upon time, which meant having to wait 20 minutes (all while needing to get home for said party). A bummer all around, and probably not worth the hassle despite the novelty.

Can confidently say these are one of the best donut shops out there. Donuts are very well made, not extremely sweet and competitively priced. I am a frequent customer here for I get a box of donuts to share with the family once a month. The hours are limited, though. But don?t let that take away from how great this place is.

Worth the hype and reasonably priced for high quality, fresh, creative and delicious donuts. Open Sat and Sun only, friendly service complements the tasty treats. Looking forward to many more return trips to sample all of the flavors. For now, Prep Marshmallow, Dude, and Maple Cinnamon are my top three.

I was happy to finally see a donut shop come to Evanston a few years ago but unfortunately these donuts here are mediocre at best. Some of the donuts look fancy and my kids like them but I?m reality, they range from bland, to dry, to bitter (chocolate). I guess I?m not surprised as the owners also run the extremely bland and overpriced Ten Mile House and the culturally appropriated, highly priced and awful awful Comida. Save your money, go down the street to Backlot and get a Do-Rite donut, or go to Benniso

I am not generally a doughnut fan but these are truly special homemade delights. The cinnamon and sugar maple are our family favorite but we've tried most and have never been let down. Truly a fun treat!!!

Ordered 3 donuts and hot chocolate. The dough for the donuts was good, like a good yeasty dough. I got chocolate ganache, chocolate cream, and chocolate raised. I feel like if they has a smaller size that would be cool. The cream filled one was like a chocolate custard filling with powdered sugar on top. And the chocolate dipped the chocolate was too dark didnt match the donut. By the way it's a 1.75 for each donut.

Donuts look pretty but are dry, dense and unflavorful. The raised donuts had the texture of a multi day old donut. Coffee wasn't good either. Pretty dissapointing. Got the Boston cream and a cranberry raised. Boston cream was 90% dough, 10% unpalatable filling. Cranberry glaze looked great but was just like sticky bland glaze.

Eclectic mix of all kinds of donuts ??and all were delicious, so says the grandkids. Sprinkles, eclairs and Boston cream and maple glaze and a gluten free donut too. Highly recommended.

Ehh, mixed reviews about this place. I got the following ; Boston cream Vanilla raised The dude (maple bacon donut) Lemon curd Vanilla sprinkles Oreo marshmallow They all tasted below average, I'm sorry but the boston cream filling tasted bland, the lemon curd filling was too sour, and the Oreo marshmallow was just sad. Vanilla raised and the sprinkle donut we're my favorite. Sad because the ones that sucked cost more $$$. Pretty picky with handmade expensive gormet donuts and this place didn't cut it for

Some interesting flavors...Raspberry filling is pulpy, not just a starchy red jelly. They definitely have the sensual ooey-gooey ooze downpat in other filled donuts like pistachio cream. But still kind of pricey for what it is, and nether hit that "bliss point" of the sugar hit that you'd expect from a premium donut.

Real homemade Donuts. If you?re expecting Dunkin? Donuts, this is not the place for you. Fruit fillings are real fruit and raised donuts are deliciously light.

Small selection, but "the dude" donut is AMAZING and so worth getting two of them. Went there for the first time today and I'm already craving another visit. Highly recommend this place!
