Daylight Donuts - Gardner

Daylight donuts never disappoints! We moved to Gardner recently and stopped by for donuts with our son. The girl working was so patient and helpful and showed us a dinosaur sprinkled donut that our son absolutely loved! So good and such a wonderful experience!

Ordered donuts for a baby shower and they turned out HORRIBLE the day of. Do not recommend at all. We ordered these weeks ago and they did not meet expectations or what was promised.

We have never been disappointed stopping at Daylight Donuts in Gardner! The owner is active in the community, and the staff is always friendly and happy to help. I?d love to gate keep so I have more to myself? but the blueberry donuts are SO good ??

It was my first time ever going to this place and the workers were really friendly. Donuts and coffee are delicious. There is such a variety to choose from. I was buying for someone with a nut allergy and the worker let me know which ones to stay away from. Stopped to purchase two dozen mixed donuts for my grandson's birthday party at school. We live in Spring hill and my grandson requested this shop. I was greeted warmly, was asked immediately how I could be helped. I made the purchase, and later I asked my grandson how the donuts went. He said great. Amazing donuts and very friendly staff! My kids love all the flavor options. One time we were too late for a flavor and they gave us a free donut voucher, amazing!!!

Ordered birthday donuts and were pretty disappointed with them. They were dry and looked old. All the icing glaze fell off when you bit into them. They were for a 7th bday and it looked like a 1, not a 7. Not sure what happened but it?s sad to start a bday with sad donuts. I did speak to the store and they gave me a refund.

Since being taken over by local owners, with donuts that are now made in house, I have really enjoyed visiting our local Daylight Donuts. I think the donuts are much better than before, and I've always been pleased with the service.

We ordered 2 dozen donuts for my 8 year old son's birthday party because he wanted those instead of a cake. Ordered and prepaid(a lot) 5 days in advance. Went to pick them up the morning of the party and they forgot to make his donuts. I don't usually leave reviews but I'm so disappointed right now.

I absolutely love this donut shop.Especially since they've gone under new management or ownership.Whichever that Alex is an amazing person and they are always posting on Facebook.Different things that are going on.That's awesome

We haven't been to get donuts in 6+ months.... But looks like prices went up( OK since everything is increasing in price) but why have the donuts shrunk? Drastically! Do you use the shrinking machine from "honey I shrunk the kids? " ?? they are half the size as last time we were in. Back to QT Donuts we go.

They have a great selection of fresh donuts!! My daughter likes the one with a gummy worm and Oreo crumb for dirt.

These donuts are great. I love the fast in and out and the variety of donuts they have here. I would make sure to get there early if you want to get any with the sweet ?white fluff? filling they have. Usually run out fast. I?d also recommend getting their seasonal peppermint donut while they have it.

I have never seen another daylight donuts that is ALWAYS ?out of stock? for their sausage rolls/kolaches. I have stopped by at varying times throughout different mornings, and they are always sold out. If you always sell out, maybe start making more? Idk. No point in returning if never have what I want?..

Just like every Daylight Donuts I have visited. It is a simple and decent donut shop. Nothing super special, but definitely not bad either, in my humble opinion. One thing that may potentially separate this location from others is that, in our experience, the service was great! Good employees, good attentiveness to our needs!!

Great fresh donuts with the option to add white cr?me or vanilla filling. Always friendly service when Michael is working.

The new guy Michael that is running this place is great! Kind, on top of the business & excellent customer service. Other places in town have decent donuts but I get mine from here just because of Michael. He treats his customers like they really matter to him.

Somehow the donuts have gotten smaller. I expect a raised donut to be bigger than a cake donut, or at least the same size as the last time I ordered. I asked for a cold brew, expecting one of the cans they used to carry here. When my husband came back he had no coffee with him because the guy behind the counter said he hadn't started making it yet. Showed up early (6:30 am) looking for some fresh donuts today. Completley disappointed, as the donuts looked and tasted like they were from the previous day. Daughter disliked them so much she only took 2 bites before asking if she could throw the rest away. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Last time I blamed it in myself showing up later in the morning.

I love the apple fritters. Also, I am very impressed with those who work here. Michael gives such great service. He is friendly, works very hard, and believes in the products they serve. Well done!

This is the worst donut shop I have ever seen! The donuts were terribly messy, like gross looking, they looked so dry and old! No way should kids ever walk in to a donut shop and freeze from disappointment. No one even knew what to choose. Worst experience I?ve ever had in my life. Ordered via DoorDash on 5/25. My order consisted of 8 coffee orders and 2 1/2 dozen donuts. To my surprise my DoorDasher sent me a message stating the management was rude and could not make the coffee order. Stop this morning 11/11 I must say donuts were not fresh. Fresh from the night before maybe but definitely came from the refrigerator as they were cold. As was the service. Jelly or creme filled must be ordered special. Want to help small home town business but sadly won't be back.

I love my Daylight Donuts! They offer my favorite coffee brand, Messenger. They also offer Sylas and Maddies Ice Cream. And of course the best Donuts! All the employees are very friendly and helpful, and they have a great rewards program. Plus the location is perfect for me, right next door to my office!

Traveling thru the area and stopped to buy donuts. Nice store friendly staff. Got home two hours later and found that all of the donuts and pastries were stale to the point of enidible. I have purchased similar products at various times from Daylight stores in Salina and Newton and never had this kind of problem

Great little sweet shop! Serving donuts, cookies, ice cream, and coffee- something for everyone! The Service is consistently great, donuts delicious when you arrive in the morning and ice cream flavors are unique.

This location seems to have gone downhill. I've ordered letter-shaped birthday donuts from here a couple times and they've always done a great job. The coffee was good. I love daylight donuts and it pains me to give this review. Ive tried this shop 3 times in as many years hoping ?? it would improve. I dont know how you screw up a apple fritter....but they have perfected the process.

So bad. They've fallen down the deepest hole of no return. 7am on a Sunday. Donuts were cold as ice and crunchy. So, therefore old AF. The sausage rolls were blackened so again probably old and definitely overcooked. It was a delivery order so it's not like I could go back. Door Dash did give me a partial refund but not really the point because it's not even their fault. My pinecones I could put a hole through the wall with those. Kinda like the cupcake scene from Charlie's Angels with Alex's cupcakes.

Was not satisfied at all! Walked in and wasn?t greeted the worker never said a word to us and just threw the donuts in a box. Upon getting home the donuts were hard and not very flavorful. Won?t be coming back.

Donuts, cookies, and ice cream.... seriously what can more can you want! Donuts sell out pretty quick in the morning but there always seem to be some cookies left in the evenings still when we go. The ice cream is top notch being Sylas & Maddys. Don't expect a huge selection of flavors like at their dedicated shops but still great ice cream.

I am rating Silas & Maddy's ice cream only. The ice cream is soooo good. I got a waffle cone, which is delicious. I am a hard serve ice cream addict so I am grateful there is a S & M in Gardner.

Ice Cream was FANTASIC!! Great addition to Gardner to have Sylas and Maddies Ice Cream! However.... the girls behind the counter last night couldn?t stop talking and laughing to take our order. We expect to not be greeted by high schoolers working on a Saturday night but to ignore us once we had figured out what we wanted was annoying. It was to the point where we had to interrupt them to even order.

If your going to have a place strictly for donuts then you should have some of the best donuts in town. Went there today to get a few donuts and they were all dry and old looking (it was 7am so you would think they should be fresh.) Maybe this isn't the normal thing for them but today was bad.

I always pickup donuts for my customers here. Fast service and great donuts. Breakfast burrito's are overpriced but everything else is great! And the ice cream is a plus.
