Daylight donut and snow boba tea

Once again ONLY glaze donuts to choose from, they don?t make enough of anything else, so disappointing to walk in to 700 glaze donuts at 10am and literally no other kinds. NO THANKS. Get a manager that actually makes what the people want, and enough quantity of it to serve the people in the community, you guys have been open long enough to figure that out by now somebody?s just not doing very well at their job. Figure it out already, next time it happens you?ll lose this customer for life.

The building is updated inside and looks really nice. They were serving everyone as fast as they could when I was there. It was the second day, so still very busy. The donuts we tried were really good, better than what we had got from the previous Daylight Donuts we had in town. They have some hot breakfast options but I did not try any of those this time. I will definitely be returning, hopefully the quality will keep up and the demand will stay strong so the town can continue to have a nice Donut shop.

Donuts and Boba overpriced for what you get. City prices in smaller towns doesn't lend to long term sustainability. You can get fresh donuts from QT or caseys. Boba offerings are not as abundant as I'd hoped and again, overpriced for the area.

First time here will definitely go back and tell everyone about it that I know and come across! I?ve been looking for a good donut shop because the one in my town closed down unfortunately. ?? I?m very glad they did tbh because I?d of never found this amazing place in excelsior springs!!!!! The lady at the desk was super friendly, very patient and kind! It took me quite along time to pick out my selection from all the yummy donies I was looking at and they don?t just sell donuts! They sell all kinds of stuf

We love this place but for several months they have not had tapioca boba pearls. Which is our favorite and we've not gone back since.

Most of there donuts are amazing. Who does not like a sweet tummy treat? They are fast and friendly. The biscuits and gravy looked good. Support our small town places! They disapear to often. Grab a donut or wrapped cheddar dog.

This review is for the new Daylight Donuts that just opened. Their donuts are excellent! Yes, they've been busy recently (that's a good thing), but we found their service to be good regardless, and they're polite to their customers. My husband and I will continue to support them for sure.

I understand new place and busy which is great but even after she repeated what we wanted twice we still got home with no Bavarian Cream in the Long John, only 6 donut holes, and the biscuit was good but the egg on the sandwich rubbery. Over-priced. I will so they were very polite and was working as fast as they could to get everyone through the line.

I felt rushed the entire time even after standing there for 6 mins before being helped. The line wasn?t even long and we still had to repeat our self and even had to like remind them we still had more to order as she kept rushing. We didn?t even walk out with everything we had said nor the correct items. I had 2 people helping me cause they weren?t communicating with each other. I?m very disappointed with this experience and I truly hope they take a breath and make customers feel more welcome.

They have delicious glazed donuts (the best I've had in MO) and excellent boba teas! I would highly recommend that you give their donuts and boba teas a try. Both their Strawberry Pillow (made with fresh strawberries) and their Roasted Brown Sugar Milk Tea were good. You can request for your preferred sugar level and ice level depending on the drink that you're going to get. I like this place a lot!

The owner should be embarrassed at this mess of a location. the Interior of the store appears unfinished and ran down, and the counter itself is rather shabby looking, being placed in a tucked away corner of the building. The food itself is just okay. Nothing special at all. To say "the customer service is terrible" would be an understatement... they only accept cash unless you are willing to pay a minimum of 6 dollars to use card. Great to have a true donut shop back in town. I haven't had the tea yet but the store is very clean and they are efficient in getting your order out.

Constantly out of donuts by 8AM, guess I will be driving to Kearney again le sigh. Started out okay but they are tanking hard the last few weeks every single time we go they have NOTHING!! Why open a business if you are not going to satisfy your customer base??

Great donuts. Folks are real friendly too. Make sure if getting a sausage roll or breakfast croissant ask for them to heat it up.

Wonderful customer service! Donuts are better than the old Daylight Donuts we had downtown! Definitely going back.

I asked for white icing/cream. To get home and it's Bavarian.They are so busy, you can't just go back. I got up at 5 am. I also repeated my order multiple times since they did not have everything I wanted.

My new break place! clean, newly removed, bright and cheery, food was awesome. Come early run out of some stuff. Prices are fair.

The donuts are my kid's favorite. However the customer service is hit and miss as far as being treated with respect. Some mornings we are spoken to and others not at all. I don't EVER RECALL being greeted as we walked in the door though.. that's pretty disappointing to me even more so because my 9 year old asks why they aren't friendly to us. ??

Their hours are very unpredictable. We called ahead of time to make sure they were open, and they said they were open till 1:00. We then drove 35 minutes only to find that they closed at 11:45am.

Fresh made donuts - yes, please. Cozy joint but was enough to fit our larger group and what appeared to be some regulars. Staff was friendly.

Was treated terribly. Have been there three times in the last month and every time I walk in, I'm not greeted or told they'll be right with me. I am completely ignored. This last time I stood there 5 minutes! And once again walked out angry and empty handed!

Allways out of bear claws and prices are steep cost you little under ten dollars for two bear claws
