My husband stops in for coffee every single day - he loves it. Our kids are obsessed with the donuts and they always have what they want and more! The donuts are always fresh. The staff is always kind and welcoming and they even know by husband by name and he doesn?t even have to tell them his order :)

We went through the drive thru for a quick breakfast before a baseball game. We ended up waiting there for about 15 min. We ordered a donut, breakfast sandwich, and two coffees. The workers were very nice it just took way longer then it should have. My breakfast sanwhich was small and chewy. But the coffee and donut were good.

Grabbed a coffee and a few donuts for the road trip home. They had just sold the last apple fritter. I was a little sad about that but then I saw the pineapple or pine cone donut. Whatever it was it was amazing!

We love this place. Staff is always so helpful and welcoming. Donuts are delicious and they have savory breakfast options too. Also they serve great coffee drinks beyond just regular drip coffee.

We have been in three separate times and left contact information for Dine to Donate for local school district here in Basehor. All three times we have been ignored and no response from management by phone or email. So much for community involvement for our Basehor school district.

The service there is great, I go often enough that they have memorized my order. The people there are always joyful.

Amazing Donuts! These are the best donuts I've had in ages. Very fresh & fluffy and wonderful choices of donuts. The maple bacon long john is out of this world. Friendly folks and a comfortable atmosphere make this a must for your next donut run!

Moved into Basehor recently and Im so glad I found a place with such great people and donuts. Everyone who works here is super nice, especially Julie, Amanda, Jacob, and Kindle. They have comfy chairs if you want to dine in and a good assortment of different drinks and donuts, always fresh. This is my go-to if Im having some friends over and want to grab some snacks, I highly recommend.

Edit from a 5 star to a 3 star one year later** I?m not sure what is going on with the serving sizes, but the ice cream used to overflow the size of the cups and it was a good value for the money. Now the ice cream is carefully measured with ity bity scoops of ice cream. It?s about a 50% reduction in total ice cream from what it was last summer (2021). It?s quite frustrating because it totally feels like a rip off. What WAS a medium is now considered a large. When you order a large, you get less ice cream

I stop almost every Sat morning to get donuts for my 93 year old friend and the staff are always very welcoming and smiling. They are very accommodating with putting the donuts in a box versus a bag for me and my friend thoroughly enjoys the donuts.

Super cute coffee & donut shop in Basehor! Roasterie Coffee is a great KC brand. The coffee & donuts were delicious. The prices are what I expect for premium coffee, especially with dairy product alternatives available, not typical in a small town shop. Service is friendly. The shop is clean & simple. It is nice to see a groovy vibe in a small town setting. We recommend the chocolate coffee, made with Christopher Elbow chocolate, another KC local brand.

I met a client for donuts and coffee. The coffee was very good. The donut selection was very limited but the donuts that we got were good. The service was great. There were three women working that were very nice and helpful. I would come here again but I hope they have more donut options to choose from.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is always kind and provide great customer service. The donuts have always been delicious when I go in. My favorite is the Blueberry Cake Donut, go get yourself one!

This place has undergone a lot of changes over the years. They are always trying to find ways to improve. If you haven?t been there in awhile I?d recommend checking them out. The one thing that has always been consistent is the staff is always welcoming and personable.

We visit them nearly every Sunday. Great selection of donuts, cinnamon rolls, and local Messenger Coffee. The employees are always happy and have smiles on their faces. They have Pup Cups too! Our dog loves going through the drive through for his tasty treat.

They are very generous with a free dozen donuts for your birthday and they are always fresh. They give you points towards free goods every time you buy something. They also have great ice cream. I highly recommend them for your next donut.

Amazing customer service tonight. Me and my daughter came in after a long day ready for some ice cream and were greeted by a very funny and inviting duo. Ella and Evan have been amazing with bringing up my bad mood. They gave us suggestions on their favorite ice creams and I have now found my favorite ice cream flavor!

It was a little after 9 am when I arrived I bought 4 donuts and 2 fried cinnamon rolls. The donuts were great. The rolls were a bit hard and Dry . Still edible but I won?t buy them after 9:00 am again I think.

We walked in to only one employee working with a full drive thru line and three waiting at the counter. The lady working was very kind and rocked the lines with a tremendous attitude and service, despite the rush, all on her own!! My birthday boy wanted to bring 2 dozen donuts for his class and teachers and she knew that allergies are a concern in the classroom and separated the donuts so that would not be an issue. Good service, polite workers. The only problem is the type of workers. I ordered a junior-sized ice cream in the drive thru today and payed nearly $4. I only received literally 2 small scoops of ice cream and that kind of lowered my mood. Before this, I've always gotten my cup filled to the maximum, even though it was junior-sized. Still good ice cream though!

I just moved to this area and didn't know where to get doughnuts. I tried this place this morning and spent $30 on some of the worst doughnuts I have ever had. The kids ate them but even they said that they wanted doughnuts like we used to get. I will not be back and the search continues for some really great doughnuts....

This place is amazing always fast and well stocked up my favorite coffee is the toasted marshmallow latte and my favorite donut is the maple iced long John yummy.

Bobbie was amazing! Super nice! I placed an order for letter donuts after the cutoff (my mistake...missed the time). My order wasn?t made and Bobbie called all the stores to find the letters. She had no luck and by the time we got there she was worried that she would get yelled at for my mistake. I assured her that was not the case...I made the mistake and just asked for donuts for a little girls birthday. She gave me a great selection of donuts and it made her morning! Just stopped here to get some breakfast. They are out of sausage rolls so we got burritos instead and then they are out of all juices and milk. So we asked for a cup of ice water and got warm water with no ice and our burritos were cold. $20 for cold burritos and hot water. Living in Basehor there are not to many options to get a quick breakfast. Just wish this place was better. Probably won?t be back.

I?ve been to this location 3 times and was disappointed each time. The staff is very friendly which is about the only good thing I can say. The chai latte, spiced and vanilla, tastes like dirty water with very little flavor unfortunately. The coconut latte (seasonal) doesn?t taste like coconut in the slightest unfortunately. Hands-down one of my favorite donut shops. I don?t even come for the donuts I come for the coffee and drinks. They have a lot of different things, orientated around seasons and holidays and coming into the cafe it?s just a lot of fun. The staff is a blast to talk to and they work with a purpose, better than any Other coffee shop in the area.

If you want to offer special coffee then you should figure out a way to complete them quicker than 10 minutes per cup. I have been going to this location every Friday for months and have seen service get slower and slower. I waited 15 minutes in line with no movement because of the special coffee requests, how about having someone dedicated to helping customers with simple donut and coffee orders!

Daylight donuts in Basehor Kansas is not worthwhile of e-beam stopping by or ordering online. Today was the second time I have ordered online and they do not have at least 75 to 80% of the donuts that you order online. They also never know that you have ordered online when you go through the drive-through until you tell them and then they find the ticket and see that it was placed even though you were given a time when your order will be ready. Ordered and paid for donuts on Friday to pick up at 6:00am Monday for my daughter to take to school for her birthday. On my way to pick them up I received a call from an employee who said they forgot to make my order. I asked if they could make it and I would come pick it up later. She said they only make them at their kitchen in Leavenworth. I told her I would drive to Leavenworth and get them if they would make them. The employee told me she would have a manager call me. The staff is very friendly however the drinks are extremely inconsistent and mostly flavorless. Even when I request extra flavored syrup or multiple latte flavors the drink is bland and tastes like old milk. Sausage rolls are the only savory food offered and 9 times out of 10 they are out of them by 9:00am. I keep going back because the location is convenient, however I think I am giving up and will make the long trek to Starbucks.

On average they are pretty good but as of late the service seems to be getting worse. Like waiting over 15min waiting on two cups of coffee and even having to change order to fulfill the order. All that after paying for said order. The weekend service is less than desirable, it'll be awhile before we return.

This relates only to the ice cream. $3.30 for the smallest portion of ice cream I have ever seen. Miniscule. Paid over $11 for 3 scoops of mediocre ice cream. The guy even weighed it to make sure we weren't getting too much which just had to be a directive from management. Service was good, but we will never be back.

This location is the best. The morning lady is always the sweetest and literally makes my mornings better when I stop, with her happy disposition. I love the assortment of donuts available at this location and that they always open on time.

I absolutely LOVE this location! The staff is always super friendly and very prompt about getting your order to you quickly! To be honest I'm here almost every day! I love the flavors of the month, and their vanilla chai tea latte!! I highly recommend this location!

I hope you have Jesus in your life if you visit here. Plan on waiting 45 minutes for half a dozen donuts on a Saturday morning. One person behind the counter, moving slower than any other human I've ever been in the presence of. A family behind me waited in line for 25 minutes then left because they were running late, kids in tears leaving a donut store. Never again... Update: this place responded to my review without even acknowledging it's contents.

Awesome donuts, they have new icing, glaze and made changes to their donuts. they are absolutely delicious.

We got there three hours before closing time and very few donuts we're left. Very few drinks were left. The parking lot was empty but would have offered a lot more parking than seating. Granted, it was noon when we went but still three hours til close. There should have been more eating options. The only milk they offered required a $2.00 deposit on the glass container. Come on, what's wrong with regular containers of milk?

My husband and I get coffee through the drive thru and for the most part, the coffee is good. They serve a medium roast from The Roasterie as their house blend. I try to avoid going into the building as it usually has a horrible sewer smell.

The service was so slow this morning. I felt terrible for the woman working alone at the counter. She was managing a long line in the drive thru and a line inside. She was doing the best she could.

There was only one girl working when I went, her name was Maya and she was the sweetest person ever! There were some customers who were being very rude to her and she handled it very well and was incredibly respectful. Will come again!

Always out of something when we come. It could be right after opening and they are out of milk, or breakfast burritos or breakfast sandwiches. Came one afternoon for cookies- they were out. They never have a full menu. Service is just okay. Go to Tonganoxie!!

Donuts were great but the coffee was lackluster. I wanted a dark roast and ended up with coffee that tasted weaker than some tea I've tried. The girl that helped me didn't even know about dark roast.

They did a great job with the interior of the place. I walked in Saturday morning because the drive-thru was pretty busy, and was helped right away. Take a couch or table and enjoy a great selection of donuts and coffee.

Evan and Ella were working the counter when I came into daylight, they were so kind and created a very welcoming environment. Not to mention the ice cream and cookies were delicious!

We surprised them with 10 girls on a Wednesday night and they were amazing! The girls were so happy to get together and the ice cream was delicious.

Service was great, but donuts were not very good, they weren?t at all what I was expecting especially how talked up they are not enough icing on the long john and the old fashioned donut was missing something and seemed old tasting, this was my first time at a Daylight donut and not sure I will return.

Usually stop by 2 or 3 times a week. Always super friendly and my best friend always loves his pup cup.
