Quality mom and pop donut shop. extremely nice and friendly. They make the twists and bars longer than every other donut shop I've seen and if you're looking for a croissant sandwich a few of them are cooked into the croissant!

The best doughnuts taste and price. Great example of old fashion mom & pop shop. Pretty much get 2 free doughnut holes for every item. Cash only, parking sucks, short hours but so damn worth it!
Just went for the first time ever and got doughnut balls for only 2.50$ the quality and quantity were insanely great the man and woman behind the counter were so nice and the place was very clean if you want some tasty treats this is the place you need.
Went here based on the reviews because I prefer the flavor of real donuts compared to the little Krispy ones. First off, my cinnamon roll was excellent. However, there were absolutely no bars i.e., chocolate, maple, nor were there any buttermilks. I was there before 9a on a Saturday! I would understand if it was after 10 but the selection seemed scant. Oh and for those babies crying about cash only, grow up and carry a $20 like a grown up! Overall a good donut but they need to avoid going bare minimum.

I drive past several Donut Shops to come here. Very good donuts! My wife and kids like the Apple Fritters, Chocolate Long John for me. Price point is excellent, compared to SK Donuts, it's worth me driving the extra distance.
My FAVORITE donut shop! I have lived around the corner from this place, since before it opened. Three generations, my Mom (rip), myself and my children. She always has a smile for me, always asks about my children, and even though it's been 15 years, she still talks about my mom and how she brought my son there nearly everyday as a toddler, then my daughter. Very dingy atmosphere...lacking the general cleanliness of your average donut shop. ONLY ACCEPTS CASH, something I'm always suspicious about. The presentation of donuts was poor. I left empty-handed.
This place is a godsend for my morning shifts. This part of LA lacks good, cheap food; it's nice to to know I can always drop by for a donut or a sandwich for a few bucks. Fresh too! Also sweet that they aren't cash only.
Very friendly, family-owned business. Doughnuts were overall very good, with my favorite being the apple fritter. The basic glazed was very good, light and airy but a little bit of chew to the dough. I also enjoyed the glazed old-fashioned. The woman behind the counter threw in a bunch of doughnut holes too!

I lived behind the Donut Shop from the time the Northridge Earthquake hit until 2005. I loved this place, good people who run this place and she remembered my face when I flew home and craved an Apple Fritter.

Shate These Are Good - of the doughnut places I've tried around here these are pretty damn good. SuperSoft, not dry, not dripping with grease. These don't melt in your mouth like crispy creme, but certainly more rewarding for the chew factor and awesome value. This is just my commentary on the doughnuts and not their other offerings. And they include doughnut holes when you get a half or full dozen.
Oh my God I am hooked on their apple fritters. Especially when they just come out the oven. Plus they got awesome juices too. But parking is a pain

Selection isn't great and food was okay according to a bunch of out of towners. Don't bring your card, it isn't cash only but the guy behind the counter really wishes it was.
