Loved this place! Perfect bite size donuts. Lovely cozy mini donut place. Each donut was freshly done. Every bite was perfect. We were craving donuts, but we'll be coming back to try the coffees for sure!

This place is a whole vibe. Being greeted upon arrival and being explained exactly what they offer was an excellent introduction to this establishment. The esthetics are very modern and have plants of photo opts while waiting for your order. They offer a wide variety of options when it comes to ordering doughnuts, and they?re made fresh to order. I would like the option to order individual pieces, but I understand how difficult and time consuming that option would be for the staff. I truly appreciated this

Tried Dapper Donuts for the first time ? the donuts were definitely tasty but a bit on the pricey side. We got the apple pie and strawberry frosted mini donuts, half dozen was $6+tax (these are bite size donuts). The apple pie had a nice balance of cinnamon and sweetness, while the strawberry frosted was vibrant and fun. They serve a wide variety of mini donut flavors and a decent selection of drinks, which makes it a food spot to stop at. Just be prepared for boutique pricing for those bite-sized donuts.

Overall, these are not bad. Not needed every week and not obsessed worthy. We showed up during a busy period so it took about 30minutes to get through the line and get our donuts. The donut toppings are added to fresh donuts so that adds time. One kid liked it and one did not.

I went with my kids, and overall the experience was good! My kids loved the fresh donuts and milkshakes. The customer service was great. They were very patient with the kids and very attentive. The prices aren't bad, and the place was clean. I would go back and recommend it!

Waited 50 minutes for 12 donuts & at least 3 of them are half the size of the others. Very disappointing! There was only 1 other customer in front of me & another customer waiting for his pick up order. Having only 1 person behind the counter in the morning isn?t fair for the employee either. Won?t be back.

Underwhelming. Donuts were just okay but when you consider the price (roughly $20 for 24 small donuts) it was disappointing. Also disappointing was the customer service. Ordered online (easy), included a 20% tip, and picked up on our way home from dinner at a local restaurant. Wow! I tried about 6 different flavors of donuts and they were absolutely delicious! The Oreo, S?mores and Chocolate Glaze were my favorite. The employees were both clean and attentive. I definitely suggest trying Dapper Donuts if you?re ever in the area.

Happened to come across this place. Its a cute little donut shop. The donuts were fresh and fluffy with lots of fun flavor options. I got the Lemon Blueberry and Cinnamon Sugar. Sooo good! Definitely coming back to try more flavors ??

SO WORTH IT !! I don?t really care for donuts but I was in Sanford hungry and decided to give this a try and boy was I beyond pleased, so pleased I came back 30 minutes later to order a 24 ct. I initially got a 6 ct apple pie and funnel cake and ended up getting that along with peach cobbler and blueberry cheesecake ?? they?re amazing please give them a try. The donuts are small but they?re so worth it !

I thought the donuts are delicious as well as so cute! Keep in mind they are new and still training employees, so I was patient, yes it took a while but the donuts are made fresh. I ordered a dozen and a flat white(delicious), well worth the wait.

I never had such nice donuts. They make great donuts fresh. It was freshly made and tasted awesome. Also their chai tea latte was good. Staff were friendly and explained the process of ordering, we ordered glazed and cookies and cr?me flavors. Will definitely come back and recommend to others as well.

I went there this morning for the first time. They were attentive and the food was really good. One note, right on their menu they state how many flavors you can have per box set. When you see how they decorate the donuts it makes perfect sense. They are still new and that's obvious. But I hope they will stay in business for a long time.

This place is located next door to the sedation dentist I visit. I must have wandered in here after my latest procedure because I ended up with 12 little donuts. I remember absolutely nothing about the experience, so I can?t comment on service. The banana one was my favorite. The lemon blueberry was my second favorite, followed by chocolate. They?re sweet little delicacies. I hope to revisit when I?m not in a state of amnesia.

The ONLY reason I?m giving a good review is the employee Jack, every other employee looked as if they didn?t want to be there. Jack was friendly, knowledgeable and very energetic. You need employees like that, the other employees might as well not be there. Donuts were decent. The drinks were really good. Should be called dapper drinks, decent donuts.

We came to order four dozen doughnuts For me and my friends after a night out, the staff was super kind , made the donuts fresh for us to order.. And they glazed them to perfection. The Nutella milkshake was probably the best Nutella milkshake I?ve ever had even better than that of the sugar factory.

Terrible customer service. Two staff members working, completely unorganized and making the orders out of sequence. Took over 30 minutes for 12 donuts. Neither employee had a clue as to what was going on. When asked how much longer, they looked like a deer in headlights. Only 2 other customers in the building and both were frustrated on the wait times. Out of the 12, 6 were hot the other 6 were ice cold and old. Save your time and money.

I really wanted to like this place. The doughnuts are good but they are understaffed. I have gone twice a little after 8. There are only two employees working. The orders come out so slowly as one employee has to go back and forth from the register to topping doughnuts. It was roughly a 20-25 minute wait both times with only two or three orders ahead of me.

I love this place! I love that the donuts are made fresh right in front of you. They have so many different flavors. Every time I?ve gone, the staff has been friendly.

Best new doughnut spot in Sanford! Honestly, the doughnuts are small & delicious enough you could have them for breakfast or as a nighttime dessert! Staff was very helpful and you get to watch them make your batch fresh in front of you! Plenty of different flavors and so delicious. Best to eat warm! Definitely will be back

This company brought over some sample doughnuts to our dealership right next door, we all agree these are the best doughnuts we have ever tried! They were fresh & warm, the apple pie doughnut was amazing! We will only be ordering doughnuts from them from now on, also looking forward to trying the lattes!

I imagine these probably taste really good hot and eaten in the restaurant. We got cinnamon, strawberry cheesecake and glazed via ubereats. I watched my driver deliver an order off international drive in Lake Mary then bring me mine in Sanford near the airport. My son ate all the cinnamon and I tried one of the glazed. By the time we got them they were cold. My only gripe with the restaurant is they packed all the doughnuts together. So the strawberry sauce got on all the doughnuts rendering them soggy. I

My husband and I excitedly visited yesterday but unfortunately our experience wasn?t the best. When we walked in, we were completely ignored. I excepted at the bare minimum at least a ?hello welcome in? or an explanation of what they were and how to order. No one even looked at us and we were the only two people in there. Eventually others walked in and they were not greeted either. The donuts were phenomenal but the awkward customer service makes me not want to go back.

Fresh mini doughnuts. Some doughnuts taste too yeasty and these tasted light and similar to funnel cake. They have lots of flavors and even coffee. I'll definitely be back often.

They straight up ignored us. Wasn't even greeted. There was at least 4 people there. One in the back, one way too involved in decorating a pack, and 2 fixated on the espresso machine. Then there was another customer that was sweeping the floor?? So we just left.

So I asked for 6 but wanted to do 4 and 2 still six due to the people I was serving. That's not a option even though 4+2=6. I had high hopes was even gonna use to catering but since you can't truly customize what's the point .

The donuts were to die for! The customer service was so helpful. They took the time to make sure all of my needs were met.
