The Service: The owner is very friendly and sweet. She is there at the shop as early as 4am. The service is efficient. The Donuts: Freshly baked daily. Consistent good quality. No wonder she gets lots of orders from the entertainment studios in Burbank. The Parking: Plaza parking lot (free).

I have lived in Burbank for all my life, and this place is a Treasure. I have only experienced great service at Dad's. Every one of their drinks is amazing, Donuts are always Top Notch, their Almond Croissant's are to die for. The staff is always so nice. I will continue to go here for as long as I am in Burbank, which I anticipate to be a long time.

While looking for a new spot to buy office donuts for I stumbled upon this shop. Fluffiest donuts I've had, no heartburn from the dough. This might just be my new go-to. Staff works quick to get your order out.

You will get an excellent donuts here. First time I purchased a box of donuts for my wife's birthday to take them at her office. Everyone loved them. The donuts are so fresh, soft & delicious! Plus, the owners and other female servers are so kind and friendly too! Must recommend!

When you walk in, you'll be greeted by a friendly staff and the beautiful sight of freshly made donuts. I personally recommend their Bavarian creme. And their apple fritters are not to miss. Some places skimp on the coffee, but the coffee here is worth getting.

The have a fun variety of donut holes. All of which were very good. And the fritter was great.

Parking is NOT Good !! . They cater to the Studios mostly. Coffee is average. The chocolate filled are NOT good and the chocolate topping ones. Taste strange. Jelly ones are great. Common donuts .

Delicious donuts! Stopped in to grab a chocolate bar before my flight out from the airport since it was so close. Glad I did because it hit the spot for my sweet tooth.

Great service, they have classic donuts, bagels, muffins, croissants and something that looks like churros. The French crullers are one of the best in town, small parking lot. Just don't ask them if the donuts are fresh, the owner gets really offended. ??

I would like to give this place more than five stars! The shopkeep is so friendly, personable, and helpful. Bi-lingual is a huge plus for diverse customers. The donuts are to die for, the croissants are fresh and flakey, and their iced and Boba drinks were delish. Thoroughly, very impressed.

Not sure if something drastic has happened since I was last year? But the cakes/donuts are so much thicker now. It?s a very dense cake. Not quite what I remember and not what I like. Especially not for French crullers or old-fashioned donuts which I prefer. I thought the donuts used to be a lot lighter and fluffier. Might try again? Hoping that I won?t be disappointed again. Went in the mid afternoon. They were already out of the pink French. And only had glazed old-fashioned.

I really like Dad's because they always have a good variety of freshly made donuts, muffins, cronuts, etc. But I really dislike the frosting filled one. I always get it confused with the custard and it is like sweetness overload. Coffee is good and service is great.

Nice donut shop, tasty donuts, low - average price ????, med - large selection (most places around town have the same selections with few special of their own & how they make them). Never had a line of more than 1 or 2, in and out quick, and can order ahead for pickup even faster. What matters to me is they have a good apple fritter & they're close by my home, so they're my pick when I get a sugar craving that only more fritter can cure!

The Coffee is really good and the donuts are average. Unfortunately service is slow and it's not worth waiting 10 minutes for a coffee and donuts. UPDATE after going a few more times, the service has greatly improved. Very friendly I will be a returning customer

Love this place! I've been coming here ever since I was little and it's always a treat to drop by when I'm in town. The drinks are average, but the donuts are stellar. Their apple fritters in particular are my absolute favorite, but the whole menu is delicious. It's such a cozy place, too -- small, but not crowded, and you don't feel like they're in a rush to get rid of you, like other places. The staff has always been very nice.

The Son and Friends of the owner is a racist person that when He see a Family coming in., once They're inside He goes and take the sign off Open and change it to Close and refuses the service. Giving bad reputation to His Parents.

Love hitting new places, saw some good reviews for their doughnuts and they did not disappoint. Had a buttermilk and a glazed twist both were fresh and really good. No skimpy 'metric' Krispy Kreme type of air puffed doughnut here. Will hit them again. Also super friendly people as a bonus.

Update. I gave them another chance about a month ago. The owner is treating his wife respectively now and I appreciate it. Maybe calling him out in front of everyone helped. ?? Dad's Donuts is the best in all of Burbank. Owner Bruce Bu and His lovely wife Jenny are one of the sweetest people that I know. They know everyone by name and if they don't know you they will make sure they get to know there customers. They treat their customers with respect and like family. Their Donuts and Bagels are always fresh and they will make sure your taken care of the way you should be taken care of.

#1 the Asian lady is very nice, friendly, and knows her customers. The place has a home feel to it. #2 the donuts are amazing. The churros too. Oh and the ice blended Oreo drink is yummy.

Always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I drop in. If you're going to pick up more than three dozen, call in advance so they can get started on frying the replacements. That'll keep the shelves full for the people coming age you and the staff appreciates the notice.

Dads is always great. I like the breakfast bagel with Bacon and eggs. Everything is fresh and tastes great. Los on the menu and everything I have tried is great.

I've gone here three times and every time took forever. I've literally been the only person in the shop and took 10mins to get my bagel. Then I have to add the cream cheese myself. There's definitely better shops around.

I go to Dad's Donuts at least a baker's dozen times each year. Today (early Saturday morning), they slipped day old chocolate rings into my order. This happened once before causing to me to ask for fresh donuts for more every visit for more than a year, maybe two. Today, if course, I didn't say "fresh, and I didn't get fresh. The turkey-cheese croissant was fresh. Disappointed that a known, somewhat frequent customer is treated this way.

Delicious! I am not a fan of doughnuts, but Dad's were surprisingly delicious - true bakery quality. The chocolate cream was like a fine desert and my favorite. Their frosted cake and cinnamon crunch donuts are so good! And for 2 bucks, I got the largest coffee I've seen in forever! Definitely a great choice for an inexpensive and delicious breakfast

Oh my gosh delicious. I don't like heavy sweets and so Dad's Donuts has really well balanced donuts. Other donut places make donuts that are have too heavy of a bread texture but Dad's Donuts are wonderful!

Dad's Doughnuts is a fluke.They have the freshest doughnuts around,and we have Krispy Cream,Yum-Yum,etc.and they don't measure up to Dad's.A Great variety is offered up and all are delicious wether you eat them now,or after you mow the lawn,or have some during the game. These donuts come with friendly,speedy service except from the old guy,but he is the owner and every time I ask him if he has any fresh donuts back the,he almost comes over the counter at me(it's kind of a joke between us,He's OK.

Jenny, the owner, in so sweet!!! My co-worker grew up in Burbank and told me that she makes the best cronuts period. So driving from Santa Clarita to IKEA, I just had to stop by and see for myself. OMG! The cronuts (donut/croissant) are amazzzzing! They are well over $2.00 each but once you taste it, you'll know why! So every time I'm in Burbank, I have to stop and get my cronut fix and my Americano from Jenny!

Several months ago I stopped in as I occasionally did and the older man asked what I wanted. I responded that I wanted 2 bear claws I pointed to the two I wanted paid my money and he picked another 2 at which time I responded no please those two there. He abruptly threw them back and angrily stated that we needed to start all over I was embarrassed by his derogatory manner and decided to leave vowing never to return.
