This place is top tier and I love a Christian based family business. I love that their donut shop offers delicious and fresh donuts in a beautiful setting. Their donuts are made with the highest quality ingredients and probably the second best donuts I?ve ever had (I?m from Texas, so Shipleys is number one). They sell coffee too but I didn?t try it. I?d visit Dads Donuts place again God willing!

We stopped into Dad's Donuts for a weekend breakfast treat. A word of advice- get there early because these donuts sell fast! These aren't just your every day run-of-the-mill donuts though, each pastry is made of 109 light and flaky layers with a sugar coating all kinds of sweet fillings and toppings! If you love the hybrid donut and a croissant also called a Croinut you will love this place. We ordered a smore, Nutella, chocolate and caramel and they were all highly rated. Delicious and worth it as a treat. 6 donuts will run you about $30 depending on what you get. The coconut filled is out of this world and very filling. Topped with toasted coconut and a lightly sweetened filling and a hint of salt to set it over the top. Lemon glazed has a fresh lemon taste to it, S?mores was devoured by my child. Plenty of flavors to choose from and a very friendly staff.

Dad?s donuts are even better than they look and last half as long as you would wish. The staff are kind and responsive and genuinely care about their customers. They made a special pot of decaf coffee just for me and checked to see if I needed refills. I highly recommend becoming a regular.

We saw Dad's Donuts on the JStu youtube channel and have been so excited to finally try the Cronuts. We were not disappointed. I have never had such a fresh vibrant berry flavor in an icing like the Raspberry. We were all very pleasantly surprised. I would say even better then I expected. The staff working was so bubbly, friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and I loved that they have some designated free parking.

Dads donuts is a must have snack We tried the lemon, jelly fill with cranberry orange and the cinnamon sugar. All of them fantastic but the sugar one was my fav to taste the concept of a dad donut A box of 3 is on the higher price side for donuts but you have to realize these aren?t really donuts but a gourmet type of donut pastry. Saw this place on our local TV station talking about new and local businesses opening up. This is our second time visiting, and each visit has been a joy and delight of tasty sensation. I highly recommend the ben-yays with caramel sauce and the vanilla cream, 2 of my favorite options. My kiddos always enjoy the pink raspberry wildberry filled and coconut cream. One of the best if not the best donut places in Colorado Springs! You won't find Donuts like these anywhere else. The flavors are all amazing and we haven't found a donut we don't like yet. The hardest part is not over eating because all of the Donuts are great. The staff is amazing and friendly as well, if you go more than twice they will remember you as well. Stopped into Dad's Donuts. What a lovely treat. The donuts were very tasty. They serve a croissant textured donut. The Vanilla Bean glaze was sweet and creamy without being over sugary. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The donuts are delicious. We got a dozen, Variety of flavors. Gave 4 ?? simply because even with the 10% discount for purchasing the 12 the total was extremely expensive. $65 for a dozen, plus a soda and small donut hole is just to pricy. Went near to closing time so not much of a selection but that is expected. The maple bacon donut was still fabulous even at the end of the day! They have a great variety and do seasonal options. The cronuts themselves were excellent, not heavy at all or overly sweet. Will definitely be frequenting and recommending Dad?s Donuts.

Dad's donuts is not a donut shop. It's a pastry shop. I am a donut lover and I am always in search of a good donut. This place did not smell like a donut shop or a pastry store. What they called a donut was a round puff pastry for $5. The pastry I purchased was the lemon drop. It had good flavor but was somewhat hard. I had to use a fork and a knife to cut it. The counter person told me it takes four days to make these donuts and it was like a four day old donut or pastry.

I worked in a bakery for 4 years, these were some of the best donuts I?ve ever had. The consistency of the donuts across all flavors was excellent. The caramel filled donut was my personal favorite. Remember they could have gone a cheaper route if they used artificial ingredients/dyes, etc. I paid for quality and I got that. If you?re able to support small businesses, please do!

I really wouldn?t recommend going here. It smelled weird as soon as my friends and I walked in. The guy at the POS was super nice, however he was really pushing their buy 1 get one free. First of all, these aren?t donuts. They are flaky, crunchy, layered biscuits with toppings and fillings. The Boston filling is pretty good but the jelly donut is extremely tart. Just wanted to leave a tip to be careful about buying the half dozen and full dozen options. They have $4 donuts and $5.50 donuts, but if you buy a half dozen, they will charge you the half dozen price instead of the actual price of the donuts. We went there, their 2nd day of being open. Unfortunately, we arrived around 9:30 am, and they did not have any of the donuts, we wanted to taste, left. We tried everythung they had available.
