I went here for the first time about a week ago and they have the best donut holes that I have ever had in my whole life. the customer service was amazing! it's a family-owned and run donut shop can the daughter couldn't have been more than 10 years old she took my order and rang me up at the register. Not only was she polite and professional but she counted me back my change and theres veteran cashiers out there who don't even know how to do that. I am going back this morning for my 2nd round of the world'
Was in the shop tonbuy some doughnuts for our company class. The prig8nal assorted dozen is well worth the price. Quality products and quality service.

After looking at a few of the other reviews, I'm not the only one who feels they were treated a certain way. There's a bit of a ethnicity issue here for us darker tone ppl. A couple of the of the older women there were a little rude. They had a bit of a attitude problem; regardless, I made sure I was being polite. My cream filled was split open. Paid $10 for 6 regular donuts ??. I'll stick to Best Donuts.
The service is quick, friendly and attentive. The breakfast croissants are light and flaky, the donuts are warm and fresh. A good selection of the traditional and some original. Hot coffee, canned, bottled and carton beverages and some specialty drinks are available.
I going there at least once a week and I forgot my change from a $20 bill I don't know her name but it may me feel so good all day I told my family about my experience there I have been going there a long time since my father- in law introduce me to this wonderful donut stand and I will continue going from the Manning family people are nice honest and the Donuts are the bomb

The donuts are good I've been here 3 times no problem with the donuts. Pricing is sketchy due to each time I've been there I've been charged different prices for 6 Donuts within 15 to 25 cents. The amount is small however customers should not be tricked, cheated, or deceived not good business. I compared my receipts when I got home after the 3rd visit and realized the discrepancy. They had a steady rush but kept up with the stream of the busy morning they were friendly to all the customers fresh donuts but very sweet
I've purchased donuts here more than 10 times - donuts are fresh and taste okay. They are not the best I've had, but definitely not bad. Decent selection to choose from. Sometimes the donuts look kind of sloppy - not full coated or dipped properly in chocolate, maple, etc. In and out quickly for purchases. Employees are polite.
Went to this donut shop early Friday morning. It was semi busy so I disregarded the fact that 3 employees looked at me and kept going. After the employee working the register finished helping the man she was with when I came in 10 min ago, she ignored me yet again and served an older gentleman who came in much after me. I've been meaning to check this donut shop out but I tend to sleep in miss them. After visiting I truly wish that I hadn't waited so long. Pretty much here every Saturday when I have overtime. Breakfast sandwiches are super filling, great variety of choices and the doughnuts don't taste heavy of oils out grease.

They made these whipped chocolate bars with fruit. They were off the hook. I can't explain it. You have to try them. You won't regret it.

Every time I've come here, there's been some type of problem. To not adding cheese, that I paid extra for, to adding onion when I said no onion amd they even wrote it on the bag for the chef. I figure, one more shot. $5.50 for a blt croissant, $1.25 for a can of soda. Steep for a can of soda, but ok. I tell her what I want, she rings up the items on the register and walks away. OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The breakfast sandwich croissants are unbelievable and my favorite way to start my day. They have tons of fresh doughnut options as well and very nice staff. I love the new shop!
By far the best freshly made bagels in sacto, boss man is awesome and really friendly with great customer service. I?m a regular and appreciate these guys always coming Thru with good food when I?m just about to get off of work early in the mornings.

It's a great spot thats open during hours you'd normally want doughnuts. Only thing is sometimes I feel like the dough is too greasy, hard to explain... but most of the time they are great and are fairly priced.
The best donuts in town by far. Today I went in to go buy some donuts I didn't have my wallet on me I can use Samsung pay they know if they have it so they let me try it it works and everything is all good. Customer service has a long time.
Always great and fast service. Once I did by Milk that was a week past expired. They should've pulled that from the shelf but their donuts are always tasty.
I get here early. When the donut are fresh. Never disappointed. I always take a dozen home minus two and a cup of coffee. The people that work there are very friendly. This is one of the reasons I come here.

This is an exclusionary donut shop it made me feel not welcomed, however the donuts were fresh so no complaint there. But if you are not a variance of their ethinicity they don't seem to welcome you with open arms.
Fresh delicious donuts. They make them right there in the place. Had. breakfast croissant with Turkey bacon egg and cheese. Very filling and taste great.
The last time I went there donuts were so oily they were not edible. Spent 6.50 on 4 donuts that just went to The trash. They make there donuts smaller and I don't think they use the same ingredients as before. They don't taste the same as when they first opened. Won't be going anymore.
Best donut shop around, the prices have gone up a bit but the quality is still there. Lots of different varieties to choose from and lots of the classics as well. I come at least once a week

This place was my favorite now I won't go back because of the 2 ladies that run the place their attitudes and bad customer service made it so uncomfortable to come here. The way they treat people is very unprofessional and I at one point couldn't understand how they could be so rude for no reason being the work they do involves providing service to the public!
