It?s like they hate seeing you walk in there. Or they hate what they do I don?t get it. You are just a number very bad vibes they just rush you and are not even kind when you go there like every day. Other don?t shops bless you when you are a regular Bf had same experience. They will not even switch your order if it?s a mistake much more thank you. I have never heard a thank you. Not going back

They?re so rude for no reason!! I don?t understand why, like I was by myself no one else in the store and they rushed me out for no reason and was rude with their tone and mannerisms wasn?t even close to closing time but after reading further reviews I see this is common with them so I won?t be going back

My husband and I have frequented this place often times enough for this not to have happened. I can honestly say that this place has great donuts. It is the customer service That is the reason for this review. My husband who purchases a dozen donuts every Sunday morning was trying to pay at the register, the card machine was moving slow so one of the owners (woman) ran his card twice. Simple and delicious. Got a plain cake w/ vanilla icing and a plain glazed and they were perfect. Crispy shell with fluffy cake inside. The glazed had just the right amount of flake so it wasn?t messy but it pulled apart nicely. The cake had maybe even a tiny amount of crunch to the outside. Neither were overly dense, settled, or gooey. And no oily sugary aftertaste from the icing or glaze. You have to try this place! And the prices are great!

Best Sausage Rolls I ever had. Been coming here for at least 4 years. But the recipe just changed from the bakery they buy from and it does NOT taste the same anymore. It's unfortunate bc those used to be my favorite kolache ever and now they are way under par..

Best donuts in DFW. I?ve been going here for years now and they?re always consistently good! I?ve never had a bad experience at this shop and I?ll continue to shop here for our donut needs. I highly recommend their chocolate or glazed donuts! They literally will melt in your mouth. Overall, they have a pretty good variety of options! Delicious! We went late in the morning, but the selections were still plentiful! We tried 8 different types (don't judge) and loved all of them. Two of them were their takes on Pigs in a Blanket, one with bacon and the other with jalapenos. Amazing! We'll be back!

Average Fresh warm donut if you in that area I say give them a try for yourself

Donuts below average. Attendees can use some people skills. Very rude. We arrives 30 min before closing and they would not allow us to eat-in for 5 min stating that they already cleaned the tables.

Always a good experience here, you can?t go wrong with the Kolaches. Absolutely 10 out of 10! Owners are always friendly and one of my all time favorite donut shops in the area hands down.

Great donuts. They're friendly and get plenty of customers. That being said, they do (somewhat) expect you to know what you're ordering by the time you reach the counter. Give them a chance and I am sure you'll become a fan as well.

MISLEADING SIGN UP IN FRONT to customers regarding 0.99 cent coffee refills if you bring your own cup. However, the catch is that you will have to pay regular price ($2 plus) to get the first cup coffee with your own cup, but in order to receive a refil for 0.99 cents, you have to come back again after 12noon. Seriously, how typical is it for someone to return to the same donut shop just to get a cup of coffee. They know it very unlikely that customers will return after 12pm just to get a refill cup of

Not only are the donuts good, but the customer service is amazing. I needed to get 12 dozen last minute and they happily helped out.

Loved their sour cream donut and their sausage kolache. Wide selection. Will definitely make this a regular stop on the weekends!

Good selection, fast service (even when bust during peek fried carbs with sugar hours), friendly staff, and last bit not least it's ridiculously close to my place, possibly even closer than my own kitchen.
