Always so nice and very welcoming! I've never had a bad experience and the donuts always taste great! It is mine and my husband's favorite place to drop in and get some donuts.

I ordered a dozen this morning (8.18) and they showed up, looked delicious. Unfortunately they were as stale as anything I?ve ever eaten. Granted they were door dashed, and had some travel time, but they tasted like they were made three days ago and sat on the counter for all that time. My wife and youngest got the kolaches and they were stale and flavorless.

My new favorite donut shop. Love the mochi donuts! The cream cheese mochi donut is my favorite. Wonderful place! You can really feel the love and attention the owners put into their food when you eat it. Very special!

Don?t order through DoorDash. Placed an order for 2 doz glazed, 3 doz donut holes, and a half doz other donuts at 7 AM. Got an email saying a glazed donut was not available, crediting me back the cost of a single donut. The 2 doz glazed did not arrive at all. I got 2 doz holes instead of 3 doz. (The half doz other donuts did arrive.) No time to reorder from another merchant. This was an order I was sending to school with my son. I used to walk here all the time around 13 years ago when I lived in the neighborhood down the street. I was so surprised to see that the new owners have elevated my favorite neighborhood donut spot to heights I only dreamed of. Each pastry is made with care and love and you can sense the joy and excitement in the energy of this place. So happy to share this spot with my beloved family! Thank you!

Donuts were delicious. Had the cinnamon roll, soft and fluffy, and a kolache. Owners were very welcoming when we came through the door.

I came here a few times for the famous apple fritter but it was always sold out so I tried other places and crown donuts simply tastes better so I always come back. Kolaches are delicious. Filled donuts are filled when ordered. Fritters are amazing with lots of real apples ??

Ham & cheese croissant was excellent. Kolaches were real spicy like i like. Blueberry doughnut holes are AWESOME! Prices are very reasonable. Looks real dumpy from outside...it's real cute inside!

Nice little donut shop, the employees, im assuming owners, were very friendly and helpful. They were out of the kolache my wife wanted, but had plenty of her second choice, and they even threw in a honey roll because they don't make the cake donut holes I was looking for except on Sat/Sun. Which was very sweet of them and I greatly appreciate.

This place is amazing!!! The staff is friendly and the place is neat and clean. The kolaches are perfect ratio of breading to stuffing. Not too much breading like other places. They have several different types of filling for the eclairs, which I think is amazing!!! And you have try the spinach and feta kolaches, it. Not only looks beautiful but tastes amazing!!! We have found our go-to donut place after months of searching. Looking forward to seeing you every Saturday!!

My daughter and I love coming here! The mochi donuts are amazing and the kolaches are tasty as well. The owner is a very sweet lady and she always brightens our day.

Best mochi (rice) donuts in town, hands down. Crispy, chewy but still light, icing is a nice compliment but not too much or too sweet. The flavors are subtle so don't be afraid to pick up a couple you might not normally gravitate towards if they're out of what you initially wanted. I live like 2 minutes away from this Donut Shop but never tried it out until today when my kids got out of school early and decide to try Crown Donuts. My 3 kids agree that donuts from this shop taste way more delicious than Round Rock and Shipley Donuts. The owner is really kind and nice!! We will come back here to try more donuts for sure!! Have you ever been to a place that made everything in absolute perfection? The glaze is like sugar glass, every pastry had the exact right texture in ways you think you?re in a professional pastry cafe, and the flavors are very good without being just a very sugary donut! They have a wide selection no matter what kind you like. Also, I have no idea what cinnamon they use, but it?s better than normal cinnamon, don?t know how, but it is!!!

I loved their boudain kolache! It was jumbo, delicate and tasty. My only criticism is to remove the casing before rolling the croissant around the boudain. My son loved the chocolate sprinkled ??. They were out of jumbo kolaches so we took 2 smaller ones. But this was a GREAT experience!??

Ladies are so so sweet and friendly. Donut holes are DIVINE. Bacon egg and cheese croissant made fresh to order every time. Much better and more homemade tasting than krispy kreme yet they are just as airy, melt in you mouth delicious. Can?t recommend them enough! I don't normally like donuts but these are the only donuts I'll eat. The mochi donuts are to die for and the kolaches and breakfast sandwiches are divine. Crown Donuts is an absolute treat!!!! And the owners are so sweet and friendly. Our favorite business in town for sure.

My favorite donut shop in NW Austin. The donuts are soft, delicious, and fresh. They fill them at the time of order, however you would like them. Kolaches and breakfast tacos are very good as well. The breakfast tacos have chives diced up and cooked in the egg, which adds a lot of flavor. The lady behind the counter is always super nice and usually gives a small bag of donut holes extra, for free. That's not unheard of, but a nice touch none the less. Highly recommended.

Great local donut shop with wonderful people who own the business and work there. Extremely kind people offering great donuts and fantastic kolaches and even some beverages if you so desire. Best donut shop in Austin! I LOVE Crown Donuts. Their donuts are tasty and not super greasy like other donut shops. They have donuts, kolaches, and breakfast tacos. The staff is wonderful. For filled donuts, you pick your donut and then they fill it with your choice of 7 fillings. I like them so much that they?re the only donut shop I go to.

We went in 3 min before closing, and the patient owner lady still welcomed us! Even though donuts were not hot anymore by the time we got it, they still tasted amaaaazing!!! kolaches were tasty and huge too. It's a hidden gem in town

The service and food quality is great here at Crown Donuts. I usually come in around afternoon time so I always have tempered expectations in terms of available donuts but they always exceed these expectations. The glazed donuts taste amazing and the kolaches are good (though I have minimal reference points for kolaches).

YUM! we usually go to the shipley's donuts that is near crown donut, but today we decided to try Crown...it was tasty. The kids loved the donut even the cake donuts. They were moist not at all crumbly. They just started offering breakfast tacos made with homemade tortillas. I tried the sausage egg and cheese it was very good. i usually am not a fan of sausage because of the spices, but they put the right ratio of egg, cheese and sausage that it was not over powering. YUM!!!!! we will be back!

Our favorite Sunday morning stop for jalapeno kolaches and donuts before church! The same friendly faces and friendly greeting every week and always a variety of sweet and savory goodies to choose from.

I love this place! Their kolaches are great, and their donuts taste so much better than all the chain donut joints. I bought a maple bar the other day and was asked if I wanted it freshly filled with cream, which was A+.

Got donuts here this morning. They gave me free donut holes. I haven't even tasted the donuts yet but the free donut holes are the best I've ever had. It may be gluttonous but I finished the bag off in less than 10 minutes.

This is the only donut shop I go to. I've forged a great connection with the wonderful lady who works the front, and they are always excited to see me. They really make me feel excited to spend money, because they treat me like they want it. Gratitude and smiling faces from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out. Love their apple fritters. They make them the way fritters are supposed to be (ask that it be heated up). Not like Dunkin' Donuts where an apple fritter is just a filled donut with apple filling. Also, for filled donuts Crown injects your filling choice fresh when you purchase it rather than it sitting there for hours with the filling.

The are many great doughnuts made in Austin without question. If you were to consider looking at doughnuts as you do many other food groups like say steak. Many cuts of steak are great, Prime Rib, Prime Strip, Prime Filet, Prime Rib Eye, etc. Just like steak, doughnuts all have a little different bite, flavor, and feel to them which provide the consumer so many varieties and flavors... These are hands down my favorite doughnuts in Austin. There are 3 other doughnut shops within a short driving distance (Shipleys, Krispy Kreme and Ms. Doughnuts), but Crown are the best -- to me they taste just like the Southern Maid that I loved growing up.

I stopped by to try them and I was impressed with how soft the donuts were. Also, the sweetness was just right. Crown will be my go to spot for donuts from now on.

I checked Google before sending my husband for donuts and made sure they were open and it said they were. Nope! Closed on Tuesdays. What is with business owners not updating their hours online and wasting their customers time?

Filled donut...with a jalape?o cheese dog? Um skeptical at first. Hot dog in the middle of a donut/roll. It looks like a "pig in a blanket" where I'm from. Which is also confusing. The quality of the food there is top-tier and the service is amazing. Best part is, you don't have to pay a premium for such amazing kolaches and donuts.
