I honestly do not recommend this location simply because of service. I stood in a line of 2 people for over 20 minutes waiting for my order. The store was extremely cold and uncomfortable. The girls working were slow as molasses. I will not be going back to this location.
Great little ice cream shop and gourmet shaved ice! These are the same nice ladies that had the shaved ice booth that sat on the square.
Super cute little shop. No ice cream today due to the freezer not working. I will definitely be back to give it another try!
Great ice cream place. The only complaint is that sometimes the ice cream is pretty iced over. But they have generous portions for great prices.
I come by this location frequently for the same drink. Depending upon who is working the iced coffees will be great or terrible. And at almost $10 for 2 frappes. It?s just simply not worth chancing on having to throw a full frappe away because it is nothing like you ordered. I normally wouldn?t even leave bad reviews but the last 3 have been thrown away.
Great location that has a drive through, always good service and pretty good treats. Can be quite slow on the weekend. I would be more likely to give 5/5 in the future if the drive through process took orders before the window (to increase service speed when busy) or the price to quality on bulk purchases was improved.
Love the atmosphere, great selection, ice cream, food, coffee drinks, and my kids favorite Bobo tea. Love this place and the employees. Can't recommend it enough.
Absolutely amazing!! Fresh and huge donuts! I love that they have lots of toppings, what a cute idea and perfect for kids. The coffee was really great. Oh and the cinnamon roll was warm, so fresh!! Delicious. We were not disappointed and will be coming back. There were so many options!! Love the drive thru and the inside also. I crave for the time we come back. ??????
Always a great selection of ice creams to choose from, and these waffle cones...love this place!
Basic ice cream, both in quality and variety, but the portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous. A single scoop was overflowing the cone and needed a cup. A double scoop would be insanity. They offer a triple scoop - i asked what that's like, and the server said "we've never actually done one yet". Lol. Support local business and go here
I love their boba tea and donuts
Employees need to be better train on what drinks they make cause I?ve went there 2 days in a row with 2 different employees working order the same drink got 2 completely different drinks . If I can?t order the same thing no matter who is working then what is the point of a menu/ naming the drinks.

Wow! We took a chance and tried this little shop while driving through Kentucky. The prices were very reasonable and there were so many choices! I will definitely remember to stop next time I'm traveling through!!!

I have been a customer for several weeks now and have found their Iced coffee with coffee ice cubes and scones to be great and the service from all the young ladies has been excellent. I would highly recommend Crave !

Great little place to get ice cream, and shaved ice. Perfect for an after school treat. We try to visit Crave once or twice a week.

Donuts are awful. I can?t speak for the other items they have to offer. My donuts were stale and cold. Very disappointed, and they were very expensive for such poor quality.
