Perfect cake donuts. Light and flavorful. The strawberry matcha donut was a standout. Did not try the coffee.

This place is great. We went to the food truck and I placed an order for a dozen. Glaze, strawberry, maple and chocolate. They said it would be about 10 minutes. They were fresh and a couple were even a little crispy (from being fried) on the outside and delicious. They were different than a lot of chain donuts and more of a funnel cake type. The service was good and the staff was nice. Very good local donut place with some cool branding

First time in Santa Fe, and this was the first place I swung by for coffee. I didn?t expect these donuts to be SO good. They make them to order, and when I got them back to our Airbnb, they were still warm. The flavors are fun and the ingredients are so fresh. I wish I had this food truck near me so I could visit every week! Definitely some of the best donuts I?ve had.

DELICIOUS!! We were in Santa Fe on a vacation, and I found this place after searching for Santa Fe's best donuts. I believe the donuts are made fresh when you order them, so you do have to wait a while, but the wait is so worth it! These were some of the best donuts I've ever had! If you're in Santa Fe, and you love donuts, do not miss this place!

Like many of the reviews have said, hands down the best donuts we?ve ever had!!! We got the turtle, funnel cake, cinnamon roll, and old fashion cake donuts. Make sure to eat then while they are warm! I saved some to keep for later, but they were not as yummy as they were fresh. You should definitely make sure to stop here!!

It doesn't matter what flavor you order, these donuts are spectacular! Probably the best donut I've had in my life. I've had both Voodoo and Blue Star donuts many times. I would recommend ordering one of a more simple flavor to enjoy the high quality donut itself.

We ordered a dozen doughnuts and they were all delectable ??! They weren't overly sweet and had zero grease; they were perfect! We also had a hot coco and an Italian soda that were equally delicious. The owner and staff are friendly. The young man putting the doughnuts together is an artist; I almost didn't want to eat them, they were so beautiful ??. I recommend Craft Donuts & Coffee!

The donuts were made when you ordered it. It was crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The wait time was less than 2 minutes, and the lady was really nice.

Dropped by here Saturday morning based on a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. Wow! The donuts are fresh off the line and made to order. The cinnamon sugar are great - light, fluffy, and slightly crispy on the outside. I decided to try the Turtle and wow oh wow. Chocolate with caramel and pecans. Good stuff!

They no longer make donuts at the food truck location. The best thing about this place was their fresh donuts and they stopped making them onsite. Not worth the price or visit anymore.

WOW! My eyes have been opened. I have never had "fresh" "hot" donuts in my life and this is a game changer. The donuts are (obviously) made-to-order hot and fresh, so expect some frosting/chocolate dripping if you're not fast enough to eat it all, but that shouldn't be a struggle because these donuts are A-MAZING! I ordered mine online ahead of time, but they still churn out the donuts pretty quickly if you order at their truck. Friendly folks running the joint as well. This is a must-go spot for tourist

First time ever having freshly made doughnuts. After sampling some of Craft Donuts produce I finally understand all the fuss about doughnuts. These were melt in the mouth delicious. I had two Traditional and a S'mores, all perfect. Highly recommended, friendly folk too ??

I came across this gem because it was walking distance from my Airbnb but I definitely will be coming back even if I have to drive to it. The donuts were delicious and hot, fried right there just for you and the coffee was wonderful! I recommend the cinnamon roll and the glazed donuts! Donut food truck what!! Yes. I?m not certain but the donut tasted very fresh was super hot so I think they fry them fresh to order. I had them trade the vanilla for chocolate on the cinnamon donut. Light and crispy outside with a soft yummy inside cake like donut. Also ordered a chai latte which was one of the best I?ve had in quite some time. People in line were raving about the funnel cake and s?mores varieties. I?m not sure you can go wrong here. Worth a stop in to try it out.

I?m surrounded by donut and coffee shops, but Craft Donuts & Coffee is my preferred location for fresh donuts and Java! They never disappoint, wait time is minimal, and their staff is ALWAYS friendly. Their online ordering option is great option so there?s absolutely no wait when you get to the truck.

Hot fresh donuts. What more do you need. All the flavors are amazing and the people working there are so nice. Fluffy on the inside with a bit of crunch on the outside. Kind of a cross between cake donuts and yeast texture. Can?t wait to go back.

The donut was spectacular, very fresh. It was unique in the sense that the donut was rigid to hold, but gave way at first bite to a soft, lightly crispy smorgasbord of flavor. Despite it's delicate mouth feel, it stayed rigid in the hand. The hot chocolate was mid at best. The whipped cream carried the first few sips, but gave way to a watery finish. The base seemed to be water or skim milk, flavored with a visible powder.

We're visiting Santa fe during our road trip through the US. We've found the place thanks to Google comments and wow those donuts are absolutely awsome. It's by far the best we've ever eat. For sure we're coming back tomorrow to try other tastes. They are very savoury, fresh, cryspy and the chocolate sauce is amazing for chocolate lovers. Well be back ??

Holy cow!! These are incredible donuts! I had been searching for that perfect donut the last 3 years and have finslly found it!! Fluffy, tender insides that are lightly sweetened with a crispy crunchy bite on the outside topped with the perfect toppings of your liking or a specialty donut already created for you! Paid 32 dollars for 13 donuts. I bought the signature donuts. They had minimal filling , which melted due to the hot donut and were greasy. 9 of the 13 went in the trash. They are great first made but not edible by the time I got home. First and last trip there.

A friend of a friend recommended Craft Donuts, so we knew it would be pretty good but had no idea how good. The donuts are made fresh, and are absolutely delicious, and the customer service is awesome. The area where the donuts are made is spotlessly clean. This is definitely our new favorite place and we will drive from Albuquerque to get these donuts, the quality is incomparable!

This is literally the best donut I?ve had in my life, and one of the highlights and favorites I get to treat myself with when we travel to Santa Fe each year. The cake donut has the most perfect crisp and best flavor.

They also offer amazing locally roasted premium coffee as well as a full espresso bar featuring a variety of flavors and alternate milk options.

The truck is conveniently located downtown right across from Kaune?s market! There?s a lot of other amazing food trucks down there, but these guys are the only sweet thing in the lot! Craft Donuts & Coffee is one of my favorite coffee places. I go there every most days and the employees now know me by name which is sweet. They always make my drinks right and pretty quickly which is great. Today I got my latte, per usual, but accidentally spilled it as soon as i got home. I went back and explained what happened and they happily made me a new one free of charge. i?m so grateful. I love supporting local coffee places, especially when they?re as nice as these guys are??

Freshly fried and made to order! These were some of the best donuts I?ve had in years. The seasonal Cardamom & Pistachio was fantastic, but just simple chocolate glazed and cinnamon sugar really let the quality of the fresh donut shine. Great coffee, too. So happy we found this place.

This food truck deserves every 5-star review. They fry every donut fresh and attain a beautiful crunch on the outside of the donut while it's still so fluffy on the inside. OMG - these donuts are heaven on earth! We have been in Santa Fe for a week and have eaten at The Shed, The Burger Stand on Burro Alley for a green chile burger, Rancho de Chimayo, El Chile Toreado, and Joe's Tequila House -- all super delicious. This may be the best donut I've ever had. We stopped in early in the morning on our way back to west Texas after a nice long weekend in Santa Fe. The donuts were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and not greasy at all. Some donuts leave a film in your mouth after eating, but not these. They were outstanding. Recommended: pb&c, maple bacon, cinnamon roll. No question we will be back next time we are in Santa Fe.

Staying in Santa Fe for a bit and stumbled across the food truck on a morning walk. Probably the best donuts I've ever had, hands down. Coffee was great too. Just be aware it's a food truck with no nearby seating, so you may have to walk to find a bench unless you want a mess on your hands.

I won't lie, I wasn't expecting much when I walked up to see a food truck, but these are possibly the best donuts I've ever had. They come out FRESH and are lovely & airy so you don't feel weighed down. Maple bacon was glorious, and the Homer was the perfect sweetness to end on. I'm upset I'm just visiting and can't get these all the time. If you like donuts AT ALL, do it. Get two.
