Apparently being open on the weekend is too much to ask of these people, even when their hours say they are. God forbid someone wants donuts on their day off
This doughnut shop has been here for 60 plus years. The doughnuts have been consistent throughout those years even though the shop has changed ownership several times. The reason being the recipe is sold along with the buisness. I bought doughnuts again today as I do every time I return to town to visit. They were fresh & very good. The shop no longer stays open 24 hours a day. It closes at 1PM. It?s open from Tuesday to Saturday and closed on Sunday & Monday.
The best part is they are open 24 hours. Rarely, do you receive fresh donuts. It does not matter what time of the day or night you shop. At 4:45 am, I asked what's the last fried item, "that would be the 'holes'. Great!, I said. Give me a dozen of holes, three jalapeno kolaches.If the batch receipt makes too many, cut it in half, geez. They now have Ice Cream, so that is definitely a plus.
Customer service isn't to friendly. You can easily be dismissed. Only stop here, because of childhood memories Donuts are always cold, as there is no warmer lights to keep them at least warm. It's hit or miss. Plus is there's a drive through window. In my opinion, I think some of the workers need to remember it's 2023, not 1913....EVERYONE should feel welcomed. The way I was treated this time, constituted me leaving empty handed.
Haven't visited in 10yrs. 1st place we hit after the reception. Just as delicious as we remembered. Got a dozen for the road.

Best donuts in 50+ mile radius. And the young ladies working to sell and bake them were really friendly and polite. At 12am I can only imagine the drunk or rude people they put up with. Will definitely go back, would highly recommend. Now, Especially all of you party people that are on the way home from a night out dancing an drinking... Went to get donuts, decided what I wanted, ordered based on price they have in window. Got total and was twice as much as priced on stores price list. Was told by employee that he knew was wrong, asked why they don't change, "Uhh I don't know". Guess they know but don't care....
Who is the owner of this donut shop? I went there last weekend and purchased some donuts and chocolate milk, lady brought the milk to me and was shaking it and said this milk is really cold it's slushy, I looked at the date, it was expired..... I asked for a refund she said she could not give me a refund, so i walked off with family and I thought maybe she would give me more donuts to compensate me not getting milk or a refund. When I asked her she Was rude, NEVER GOING TO THAT gross AZZ place again..... ro
Little hole in the wall place good donuts if the hot donut sign is lit you have to get some open 24 hrs I ate some 50 years ago and they were good then
Used to be the best in town . Because they were the only one in town. I think the chocolate is to thick but most proably like it. Friendly Staff like Ms. Tessa makes a world of difference!
Went Got Donuts There Yesterday At Bout 5 Pm Took A Bite An Immediately Asked When Was The Last Time Y?all Made Fresh Donuts The Guy Told Me 6am I Was Like OMG Please Give Refund He Joked And Said What Are Those While Being Serious Saying We Don?t Do Refunds I Mean Cmon Man Lucky I Had No Option But To Give One Star I Swear Y?all Wouldn?t Get That Was So Disappointed My Feelings Some Hurt
Delicious coffee and amazing sweets. We were excited to find Troy Landry's lucky alligator hunting donuts and they did not disappoint!

This has been our local donut shop for as long as I can remember. Always good, could use more of a variety but thats it. Try the glazed theyre delcious. Oh and bring cash, no cards accepted.
Cool little shop. Double check your coffee lid though. I spilled a large cup in my lap. Didn't burn myself though. The coffee was honestly the perfect temperature.
