Before I started working here, I used to always get the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with extra bacon SOOO GOOD. Occasionally, I would get an eclair or a powder covered bavarian or chocolate bavarian filled ?? donut. I've also had a bBLT & occasionally a coffee and a frappuccino. Wonderful! So very Wonderful!! The service is incomparable. The club sandwich is best around. Frozen frappuccino so delicious! Great donuts too!! Highly recommend. Deserves a line down the street clear to River Road but that shouldn't ever happen. Order Ahead and it's ready right on time. Fastest most accurate drive through experience. A week past Mardi Gras and they did a custom order on two king cakes. 1st, customer service was outstanding. 2nd, the cakes were some of the best I had?highly recommend the cream cheese filled. 3rd, the value..two medium (huge) cakes for around $40. Great experience, we will be bringing the leftovers back home to Naples to be devoured. Thank you guys!

First off, just let me start by saying this place is a hidden gem, and the staff gives you a true feeling of what southern hospitality is. Everyone here is so kind and friendly. Was in for breakfast. Super fast and friendly. Got checked on every 5 minutes, such nice people and the breakfast, 2 eggs overeasy, biscuit with honey and loaded hashbrowns with a cappuccino , was fantastic! Would recommend this place to anyone for breakfast, haven't been any other time, but breakfast yes! Will be returning when in the area again. Great job and keep up the great work!

A great old-school diner and donut shop. I went in the morning before work, but they've got daiquiris too.

We are ALWAYS overcharged by the employees. The girl on the register today only knew how to punch a button and was unable to ring things up individually as sides. We got eggs we didn?t order this time. The hash browns cost close to $3 and were like 2 tablespoons of. The photo is them in a small Corelle bowl. Other times charged for 3 eggs when we ordered something else. Train your employees. Do not recommend this place.

Went this morning with my family for breakfast. There were only 2 tables occupied.. we waited 15 minutes then 2 more people walked in and they were greeted and brought drinks before we were even spoken to. We decided to leave when we saw that table were taken the food order and we were not even asked what we wanted to drink! We were highly upset and outraged at the lack of attention & service we were denied. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself a disappointment.

Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff is super friendly. But what I ordered from them today everything over cooked. Hash browns hard and omelette is burnt I?m very disappointed

Service was great but I didn?t enjoy the cinnamon roll as much as I thought I would. However, the service was quick and the prices are very reasonable. I also enjoyed the club sandwich and apple fritter. It?s nice that?s it?s open for 24 hrs. Norco needed this!

I use to order all the time from this place when they first opened. The food and service were excellent. After a while the quality of the food started to become mediocre, to say the least. I stopped ordering for a long time. On yesterday, I decided to give them another try. I ordered two cheeseburger combos on french with fries. I asked for light mayo on both sandwiches. Instead of light mayo, I received extra, extra mayo. The sandwich was totally disgusting and the lettuce was old and wilted. I will NEVER

Classic hole-in-the-wall donut store with unbeatable prices. Definitely recommend adding this to your list of donut places to go to. If I must recommend a donut, I'd say their classic donut holes and the bavarian cream-filled doughnut. Has a bunch of other food items, but haven't gotten to try them just yet. Will update if I do!

The breakfast food is mediocre at best. However, the service is super fast and very friendly. So, with that being said, they get a four star review. Honestly, I wish every breakfast spot operated the way these hard working people do, but the food is really bland and a little over priced for the quality. My wife and I ordered a shrimp poboy and a fish sandwich on Sunday, August 21, 2022 for takeout. As I was walking toward the door, the bag slipped out of my hand and spilled on the floor- completely my fault. They immediately came over and told me not to worry about it and replaced both sandwiches, free of charge. The sandwiches were still hot and delicious when we got home. Snatched up one of the daily specials: fried catfish and white beans. Big serving of beans, a tad bland though. Nothing some ole hot sauce couldn?t doctor up. It?s a good stop if you need a quick bite of simple food and keep on running.

My wife ordered by phone and the employee sounded annoyed to be taking an order. We each ordered steak and egg meals. The grits were one big thick clump. Her medium steak was rare and my medium well steak was also rare. Donuts are good though.

Over priced! The owner must not care about customer satisfaction because you don't get the amount of food for the price you pay. They don't offer any size but kid sized drinks and same goes for the fries too(@12 fries come w/meal or for a side). Be sure to check that your food is thoroughly cooked also because my husband got a burger po-boy and it was undercooked. I also wish they would get an up to date register where it prints out what costs what because the price of my same order varies from visit to vis

This place is exactly what Norco needed. They have many options to choose from if you don't feel like cooking every night. I highly recommend the chicken Cesar salad, I had my 1st one the other day & I can't wait to get another. Super nice staff & never have to wait for my orders!

Every time I?ve eaten here it?s been great and convenient. But I got it tonight and I am extremely disappointed. We had a relatively small order but it took 35 minutes. All the food was cold and the mini burgers were charred to a crisp.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 doughnuts. They were nice and fresh. The drive-thru lady was very friendly. She also told us she put napkins in the bag. She thanked us and told us to have a great day!

Typical of Norco... This place is mediocre. I try to give it another chance all the time but each time I am not impressed. For lunch I give a 2 star review is only due to the fact of the decent roast beef sandwich, EVERYTHING else is meh. I am speaking for lunch time only though. So I've passed this place quite a few times going from St Rose to Laplace. Then a friend mentioned that the donuts were really good. So when business took me in that direction last night I decided to go ahead and give them a try. I got sprinkles, old fashioned choc covered cake, buttermilk, choc covered cream filled. Holy COW! Best donuts I've had in a while. I ate 2 last night, then family wiped out all but 2 left this morning. Consensus by all was YUMMMMM. I do believe we will be back - quite a bit!

So I?ve been ordering from this place since they?ve been open, at first it was amazing, you got what you paid for. Now, everytime you go on the website, prices will be $.50-$1.00 more with no explanation except that the ?quality is better? when it isn?t. I ordered some fries with cheese and bacon and got about 20 fries, I called and they didn?t want to do anything about it either. Very rude.

The food is great, the prices reasonable, and the donut selection will keep you coming back! Everyone that works here is so friendly and makes you feel at home. If I lived here I would come here all the time.

Great potential here. I love the location except for the lack of parking, the food is good, the service has been really good each time I've gone, and the prices are reasonable. Your experience will be whatever you make it. Hopefully the coffee is changed, or maybe I got mine at a bad time. I'll be back to try it again.

The last 5 meals I ordered were nasty and either over or under cooked with a side of attitude. Donuts are great but that's it. Wouldn't recommend beings I got the bad end of the deal the last five times in a row.

Worst. Kolache. Ever. Way overpriced, bread was stale, and the sausage was literally a hot dog. Idk if that's how they make them in Louisiana or what, but that's not how we do it in Texas. I also ordered a latte and I received a frappe instead, which also sucked.

Closing at 2:00 pm .At 1:45 Pm the lady at the counter refused service and said they were cleaning the grill. On drive through menu it said 24 hours.

The Beignets NEVER have enough powder sugar, they are Always dry. They are good, but you have to get them to put extra sugar. The pork chop was not season.

This place was ok in the beginning but now they are just all over the place. The manager is so disrespectful, the workers all look miserable and they take forever for any and ever thing. And they always mess up the simplest orders. They need better service.

Place is clean , but the food is over priced and donuts are never fresh. They keep the same donuts from the morning and serve all day. Nothing there is fresh and never cleaned properly.

Loved the place, servers are friendly and come check on you every 5 minutes. Food was good and they made it super fast!

I went this morning and the donut holes were stale and my plain glaze donuts had little spots of mold and the "kolache" was nothing like a Kolache..needless to say when I got to work and went to have my breakfast it was a very big disappointment.

I know things are tough sine Ida, but when your lunch special of the day is Gumbo, it shouldn't take 25 minutes to get it, especially when there is not a crowd.

Worse customer service and food, do not recommend the food at all. They always seem to have an attitude problem.

The availability is good due to them being open 24 hours and they do answer the phone at anytime unlike Waffle House. But the food is not good at all.
