I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order of 2 dozen donuts for a co-worker's birthday. According to the ordering process, I believed I was upgrading my order for an additional three dollars per dozen to include half of them as deluxe. However, upon delivery, I only received one dozen donuts. Despite my receipt clearly stating two dozen donuts, I was charged $34.00 (excluding tip) for what seemed like an exorbitant amount for one dozen donuts that were not deluxe in any way. Good place to get some fresh tasty donuts. We were surprised that they still had a good selection left in the afternoon. The employee working there was nice and patient while we figured out what we wanted. I enjoyed their ube mochi donut. It's a must try.

I was finally able to try Coco Donuts and I was not disappointed! I loved all the plants and ambiance of this little shop. The prices are affordable and the donut selection was on point. I loved the twisty glazed donut the best. The lady that assisted me had amazing customer service and created a great experience. I will definitely be back!

Mmmm.......I can't say enough good things about coco... probably because my mouth is still full of donut. It's SOOOO out of this world. Soft perfect poofy fluffs of dough topped with the most perfect toppings of cinnamon sugar, maple, lavender or whatever your little heart desires ??. One delectable bite and you'll understand. Really wanted to try the lavender raised but they were out. The mango raised was great. The plain buttermilk was crispy in the outside and fluffy in the inside. There were many flavors of the mochi donuts. It?s awesome that I can get both classic and mochi donuts in the same box. Nothing special about the drip coffee. Not burnt but normal donut shop coffee. Cute donut box with little touches.

Clean bathroom. Very cute and spacious. Unfortunately the line was so long that we decided to leave because there are too many donut shops in the area. There was only 1 person working and the customers were ordering coffee drinks and donuts, and with only 1 person working, it didn't seem worth the wait. The donuts didn't look unique like some other area donuts.

I came here early on a Sunday morning for coffee and donuts. The service was prompt and friendly. The coffee was also delicious.

First time here, usually I?m a Sesame Donuts guy. I was very happy with my Raspberry filled donut, the donut itself was light, the glaze wasn?t overdone and the filling was plentiful and delicious. No complaints here!

The donut selection used to be better. The service also was better. Now it's more of an upscale coffee place than a donut shop. Have waited way to long as the person in front of me got the slowest poured latte. And this has been the new normal. All I want is a donut. Update: Place has gotten better. Selection has greatly improved as well as the service. I'm glad they have returned to being a really nice donut place.

Long a fan of Portland's Donut Scene, I found myself in need of a new experience. A quick pop into a bright and clean Coco's was exactly what I needed. Searched for mochi doughnut, this place came up. They specialize in classic donuts and those were delicious. The ?mochi? doughnuts on the other hand were not great. Customer service was also a miss, none of the doughnuts had a sign and we were trying to figure out what flavors the mochi doughnuts were. Cashier literally just stared at us haha. Was super weird. Good classic doughnuts if you don?t want to talk to anyone.

The store was spotless and the staff was friendly. The glaze was rather thin and its flavor got overpowered by the donut. The donut itself (I ordered a raised one) was wonderful. This is the true artistry. A crispy exterior encapsulated a soft pillowy interior.

My husband and I have gone here multiple times. The donuts are delicious?lavenders are the best. The coffee is excellent. It?s a great place to hang out. Margaux, the manager, is outstanding. She knows us personally and greets us by name. She cares about her customers? experience. We?ve been to almost all the CoCo Donut locations. To us, this one is the best. We drive 30 minutes for their donuts. One request to owners: more lavenders, please.

The donuts were really amazing here as was the experience. The staff was super helpful in their recommendations in putting together my box of a dozen donuts to bring into the office. I wish I had the time to stay and enjoy them in the shop as it was very cute and seemed the like perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and donut in the morning.

Saw the beautiful pink box on my Godson's dining table. I stared at it until he opened the box & said "take your pick". You could tell they were just made. Didn't want to be greedy. Took one. Wrapped it up & couldn't wait to get home & eat it. Made a good cup of coffee to go with. It was fresh, light & so yummy. I'll be seeing a lot of your N. Portland store., starting tomorrow.

The only cafe in town I know of that doesn't play overly loud and conversation-killing music. At coco donuts I've enjoyed classical music, jazz and 60s pop, all the best of, and not so loud that one can't think or chat with a friend over coffee....what cafes are for after all. Excellent, classic interior decor. Great donuts. Great prices. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Heard about Coco donuts on AMNW so couldn't wait to try. Came from Vancouver WA. Found location easy enough. Parking not a problem. Donuts did not disappoint so yummy. The maple cake, the lavender, and sugar donuts were so good. Atmosphere very nice as well. Great place.

I first discovered Coco Donuts when they had like 3 locations. They were right around the corner from where I worked 10 years ago. To keep a local treasure like that in consistent quality, and also expand is amazing. I don't even live near any of them, but I still find time to go out of my way when I can:) My classic go to is a lavender raised donut and Americano w/ cream.

The mochi donuts are really delicious and special with an excellent chewy qq texture, but the other donuts are a bit standard and nothing to write home about. I typically find the glazes aren't packed with enough flavor (I've purchased the lavender twice now and both times couldn't taste any lavender), but still worth a visit for the mochi donuts.

My sister and I visited here on New Year's Eve with our three kids as a special treat and were very disappointed by the service. The young woman at the counter scowled at us when we arrived and barely gave us the time of day. She begrudgingly identified the types of donuts there were after we had to ask about each one. She obviously didn't want to be there and ruined the experience, even though the donuts themselves were quite tasty. I will never go back.

Tried their well known Mochi donuts. Not as chewy as the ones that I had in Asia. Still a good place to chill and relax. If you are not too picky with donuts, it?s a standard shop that can satisfy your sugar cravings.

The barista with the grey/green eyes was so dope and friendly. Only negative was that the coffee was lukewarm. And there is nothing worse than lukewarm coffee. Although it was after 11am so.???????

I LOVE Coc Donuts! The donuts are light and fluffy with no greasy texture. The options are fairly simple (no froot loops on top like some places). They do have options for the more adventurous but just give me my maple bar and apple fritters and I am happy!

The cost is affordable and they are not sold out! On first appearance, the glaze was not smooth, but uniformly LIGHTLY coated. The dough was airy but not pillowy. It was soft but did not have enough texture when chewing (just felt too light). The glaze had a unique taste to it, not classic which I liked but the dough itself lacked flavor. I thought this is a good ?healthy? option to a doughnut. Overall this was somewhat disappointing when looking for the classic doughnut.

Best doughnuts in town. Staff is great. I would recommend getting a cake doughnut, a twist, a maple bar and a apple fitter. It would be a good sampling of how well they do pretty much everything. Also, the coffee is always great. I'll usually try to swing in on my way to the bus stop for a little coffee fix bright and early...

I have a goal of trying all of Portland?s unique donut spots, and while I haven?t made it far into my list, it?s going to be tough getting past the fluffy delicious rings and bars at Coco. Holy cow. The Maple Buttermilk Bar was really fluffy and tasty, the glaze delicious. None of the fake maple flavor. Had to get another donut, this time their very unique Mochi donut with a lavender glaze. I?ve never had a mochi donut, but indeed it had a very similar chewy texture like mochi, and was really, REALLY tasty.

The coffee is a bigger standout than the donuts. If you're looking for typical donuts without gourmet frills or voodoo gimmicks, this is it. The donuts are done very nicely, they're just not anything special or different.

This place bar far has the best tasting donuts and the nicest staff! Highly recommend this plane to anyone who is looking for donuts that have a perfect crispy flavor and texture. Always fresh

Service was spot on. Donuts had more flavor and texture than Krispy Kreme pure sugar donuts. The daily medium drip coffee was very good.

Amazing donuts for a great value. My only complaint is the small batches, because they tend to run out early on in the day. Of course this is due to the high demand of a high quality product. So more of an inconvenience, rather than a problem.

Every time I come here they work on someone?s drinks and they don?t even look up to acknowledge customers coming in. Not even a hang on. They seem annoyed with everyone and even though there?s one person in line in front of you expect to spend at least 10 min to be able to place your order.
