We had such a lovely time at the farm! Picking our own strawberries was fun and a unique experience ?? There was a separate area with chickens that caught the attention of the kids. They also have a small market selling natural products ? and the strawberry shortcake donut was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend trying it ?? The place was clean, well-organized, and peaceful. A perfect spot for families. We?d love to visit again!

A great place to spend a few hours with the family. I've been here at least 3 times for apple picking and for the Strawberry Festival. They serve food and my kids favorite apple cider donuts. They also have a grocery store with many things that they make in the farm including a variety of ciders, honey, preserves, jams and many other things. Their corn maze is small but fun and who doesn't love a good hayride. All in all it's always a good time at Cider Hill Farm.

They really show up for kids and family connection, swings, shade, ride on trikes, animals, kid events, fresh good and drinks, and we pick bouquets which are lovely and fun every year! We used to do pick your own peaches and berries, but now that they switch to charge per person, it totals nearly $40 for a family of four to pick, so farm store to watch donuts made and the beehive, with yummy treats instead (even gluten free)!

Farm Fresh Strawberry Shortcake? Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury is a year round spot for fresh made ice cold cider and Summer Weekdays Eleanor's Lunch Box has everything you need for an instant picnic, including the best views and kids meals to give them enough energy to explore the farm. And, they have their awesome fresh made Cider Donuts available year round and a large section of flowers. @topfans Cider Hill Farm, Amesbury MA North of Boston Gatekeepers are gonna hate me for telling you about this Apple f

beautiful and healthy food and snacks and just a peaceful spot to spend some outdoors time; and experience picking some fresh vegetables and fruits and this weekend Tulips ! --bring your mud boots to walk around --almost felt like being in the Netherlands; nice parking too and even a traffic guide;

We love Cider Hill Farm at 45 Fern Ave in Amesbury, MA! We?ve been to a number of festivals and give it an A+ rating! Their produce is wonderful, the picking is fun, the entertainment is awesome, the store is so nice, their baked goods are fantastic, I could go on and on. So many fun things to do. We added the flower picking this year and the bouquet last almost 2 weeks and was gorgeous! It?s easy to get to and so worth your time.

Great food, although tiny portions, great drink awesome country store. Pick your own is by person not by what you want so we got more strawberries than we needed. Field was already picked over too so that was a little disappointing. They should close it off to give the smaller berries a chance. All in all great place to hang out.

Delightful apple orchard, complete with live music, food, drinks and an open atmosphere for you to gather with friends and family. You can pick your own apples, many varieties to choose from me across several different orchards. You can even buy apples that you don't have to pick if you're not inclined to do so. Plenty of parking and overall pretty fair pricing for what you get. Pretty neat! Really enjoyed my time here.

I went there with a friend to pick up flowers. I was able to pick so many beautiful flowers, like dahlias, sunflowers, tulips, and so more for only $11. The kids played with the chickens and the goats and went on a hayride. You can also pick blueberries, peaches, and apples. It was so wonderful being in nature.

The wife was very surprised by the way things were run. So organized, they have it down to a science. The line for checking ?? in for blueberry picking ??. So smooth, and they explained it so well. You didn't even have to ask a question. I wish I had remembered the young girls ?? name. She was great ??. We also did the fresh cut flowers ??. Again, the girls explained the whole thing fantastic. They had food trucks ?? 3 different trucks ??. Live music ?? very nice. Cider tasting very nice. Also walked ???

Large beautiful farm, great for apple picking and having fun with family. They have chickens, goats, flowers, pumpkins, and some of the best apples in New England, along with many other things! They also have free parking, and have free hay rides for apple pickers. During peak season on a weekend, this place is very busy with 100s of people. They have cornhole and sometimes have a live band playing. Plenty of Porta Potties are available. There are plenty of areas for picnics, and they have an assortment

STUNNING in every way! The minute we arrived I was in love with the lush apple trees, gorgeous flowers & pumpkins everywhere- first time apple picking experience I will treasure forever- the owner- Glenn- who we randomly stopped to ask a question and didn?t know who he was was so gracious to stop & even spent time answering questions about the apples and showed us spot to get a great honey crisp taste. Great memory made today!

Very family friendly - picnic tables ready for your snacks, swings and chickens nearby, big sand box and tricycles... Beautiful orchards - pick your own or just walk through and enjoy nature. Their store has a locally grown product, also don't forget to taste their fresh donuts.

Charming Visit to Cider Hill Farm My wife and I had such a lovely time at Cider Hill Farm. We were house hunting nearby when my wife spotted the farm, and we decided to stop by?it turned out to be a delightful surprise! We enjoyed their cider donuts and bagels while watching the chickens enjoy their lunch, which was such a fun and relaxing experience. We also picked up a jar of pumpkin butter, which my wife now eats every day?it?s that good! The produce is super fresh, and the food was excellent. Highly rec

Awesome place to take kids for apple picking, peach and blueberry. We?ve been there couple of times but will definitely be back. Great staff, awesome environment, affordable and ample parking. Lovely chicken and goats ??.Loved the live music on our visit. Strongly recommended ??????????

Wonderful family experience! Cider Hill has everything you want in a seasonal farm experience and more: apple and pumpkin picking, live music, food truck, hayrides, family photo spots, cider donuts, animals to feed, etc. There was even a spot to have your pumpkins custom colored and monogrammed. This is New England farms experience at its best. Make sure to check their site before hopping in the car to ensure you have the latest schedule for the day (weather can impact options.) We?ll be back!

The Strawberry ?? Festival was fun. We went for a tractor ?? ride, visited the store and animals and enjoyed walking the grounds. People were picking strawberries ,kids were playing in the big play area, live music ?? was playing, food was being served , delicious doughnuts were being eaten and the ?? chickens and ?? goats were being fed. I learned about the Strawberry ?? Festival either from the Seacoast Scene or Hippo ?? Press ?? Newspapers. I have also seen their name on a highway ??? sign as well. There

We went to Cider Hill Farm on a Monday morning after Thanksgiving. They have a fabulous selection of very fresh Christmas wreaths and green garland at great prices. Also, beautiful Christmas trees are out front. The barn has the retail shop in it and is full of house made preserves, jellies, sauces and tons of other products. Fun browsing through all the items. Also, have an in-house bakery with freshly made apple cider donuts. Fresh produce to purchase, mostly from their farm. Worth noting the pick your

Highly recommend any festival they have going on. Always well organized and a good time. Farm store has everything you could want and more. Edit: just returned to the blueberry festival for my third year in a row, and this time I picked peaches too! High quality event, great live music, and the kindest staff. I even saw a few turkeys.

Loved it here. Plenty to pick, just had to reserve your apple picking ticket ahead of time. Drink some hard cider, have the best donuts, try the apple crisp, feed the chickens, make your own flower bouquet, beautiful tractor rides to the apple trees and and more! Plenty to do with the kids. Didn't have to wait long for any of it on a late Sunday afternoon in October.

Loved it! Beautiful picturesque farm. I've wanted to come here for time now but we live near the Cape so its quite a drive. I decided to take my daughters to pick blueberries on a very very hot and sunny day. I purchased the 4 quarts blueberry picking for up to 5 or 6 people. The field was across the street from the farm and had plenty of ripe blueberries within reach of my 2 year old. We almost filled the whole box to the top but we were sweating and hot to continue! We then went across to the main farm an

We visited the farm for Tulip Fest and were very disappointed. The flower picking experience didn't go very well as the fresh batch of flowers were already gone. The farm was overcrowded as well. We were really looking forward to it and certainly did not have a very good experience. Just giving one star for the hardworking staff who tried to manage it well. I think it would have been a pleasant experience if it was not so overcrowded.

Going to Cider Hill is always a treat! You can always make a day out of picking your own and then sitting down to enjoy fresh cider donuts and hard cider (they also have a non alcoholic version that's equally as delicious)! They have food vendors and music on most weekends, and the store always has great produce. They do keep their calendar up to date, so be sure to check it before you go and enjoy ??

Heard great things about this farm so I drove over an hour to get here. Unfortunately, we spent 45+ minutes in line for cider and 30+ in line for food that was frankly inedible- cold and hard rice in the burrito bowl. Donuts were stale from the shop. Pick your own bouquet was nice but the Black Eyed Susans were covered in aphids.

My family has come here over the years for Apple picking, blueberry picking and cider donuts. It?s our favorite spot for apple picking and absolutely worth the 45 minute drive. It?s very well organized, beautiful setting with tons of thoughtful decor inside and out. The last few years they have really upgraded the experience with lots of food options, coffee bar and a hard cider bar. There are some animals and kid friendly activities. The best part is it?s stress free - it?s not too giant and unmanageable l

Went there on a late Sunday morning with two toddlers and the farm delivered on all fronts!!! Such a charming farm equipped with all the necessities to keep adults and toddlers alike entertained. We paid $15 for a PYO pint and quart of strawberries. Great deal. The tractor ride to the patch was easy, organized, and free. The strawberry selection plentiful despite the crowds we saw and so ripe. Appreciated the farm putting down hay so we weren?t walking in straight mud through the fields. When the kids were

Such a great play to go peach, strawberry or apple picking depending on the season! They have chickens and goats. They do offer rides for people with disabilities

THE PERFECT FALL DAY! I had such a nice time at cider hill. It was so well kept and there was so much to do! The cider was delicious and I enjoyed spending time picking apples! A must for the season!

So beautiful! Prices were expected. Very crowded, and dirt and grass field parking, so plan ahead with your shoe choices, cause it got muddy very quickly after a pouring rain storm hit while we were there for a bridal shower in dresses and heels.

This is a perfect spot for some cider donuts and apple cider. They have a store where there is fresh produce and other products available from the farm. There was live music the weekend we visited and also some good snack and drink options.

Such a beautiful farm ! We had a blast at the tulip festival. The Cider donuts are one of the best I have tried. They also have a food truck, we were waiting in line to try their food, however the line was not going anywhere, so we gave up after 20~ mins. But don?t miss out the farm store, Cider donuts are a must try !!!!!

First time probably last time. Very welcoming, plenty of parking, big farm and a wicked nice country farm store that reminds me of Zebs in North Conway. Unfortunately waaaaaay over priced. Too expensive for my wallet. Thank you for the memories but I can't afford this place. Cheers!

Disappointing Visit ? No Tulips at a Tulip Festival I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience. We visited this farm specifically for the Tulip Festival, expecting to see vibrant fields of blooming tulips. Unfortunately, there were no tulips at all?just empty fields and a few scattered flowers that looked like they had already bloomed and wilted.

We went for the very first time for the tulip picking and it was absolutely beautiful, with a huge variety of different tulips. The farm store is amazing with a wide variety of produce and tons of local brands! Definitely will be returning.

This was a beautiful place. I went to the Tulip Festival. A little disappointed that I couldn't pick tulips but that was not their fault. Great place for the kids. I saw them walking around and on the horse swings. I also saw some older kids playing Jenga with the wooden blocks. The store was nice. Lots of things to choose from. I bought a raspberry hard cider. Yum. They also had many beautiful plants. Some advice would be bring your own lunch . I waited an hour to get tacos and a BLT. Not enough helpers

We had a wonderful blueberry picking party for our son?s 7th birthday at Cider hill this past weekend. The farm was absolutely fantastic with having all the picking baskets and wristbands ready to go. We set up on a couple picnic tables under their big tent and everyone had a great time. We also got multiple dozen cider donuts from the farm and they were amazing as they always are. Really appreciate that they allow outside food as well. We have been long time patrons but this was our first party there so I

Absolutely phenomenal. Great views and the best number of apple varieties I?ve seen at an orchard. Doughnuts and chicken pot pie were good too and priced fairly.

We booked the garden courtyard to celebrate my mother's 80th Birthday it was perfect for our group of 30. I was able to place an order from the farm kitchen and bakery for all of our treats (donuts, cakes, whoopie pies, sandwiches and salads)All delicious. The kids had a blast roaming the property. The adults enjoyed the live music and cider bar. ?? if you are searching for the perfect location to hold your next function or gathering you should explore this option. You won't be disappointed.

A couple reasons I'm giving only 3 stars. First of all how are you going to claim to be the best orchard if you don't even have real bathrooms. They have porta potties. Second their apple butter has almost no taste. Those things aside it was a lot of fun. The board says 1 peck for 4 people (I think) but you can have 4 people and only do a half peck. Would be nice if they made gluten free donuts since they hype them up so much it made me feel left out. Seeing the chickens was cool I guess but they have them

Definitely a great place to get cider and donuts. The harvest cider with strawberries is great. Beautiful farm area to go with family and friends. You can pick apples, peaches, blueberries, etc.

Cider Hill Farm is a charming countryside destination that caters to cross and pick-your-own enthusiasts. With a wide range of cross varieties and the opportunity to handpick your favorite fruits, this farm offers an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages. At Cider Hill Farm, you'll find an impressive selection of crosses, including apples, berries, and more. The farm takes pride in delivering top-quality produce, ensuring that each bite is bursting with flavor and freshness.

Passing through the area and just impulsively decided to stop and check it out. Great family farm that allows you to pick your own fruits and flowers. Also has a small store/gift shop with a bakery. They have little events during the summer including a blueberry picking which is really why I stopped. Picked a quart of those little spheres of goodness and only took me 15 min (incl eating about a pint's worth as I picked)...gotta be careful not to dribble juice on my pink shirt as I wolfed 'em down! Beaut

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have visited and now our new tradition. They have cider that is so delicious that we picked up a couple of bottles! The orchards are gorgeous and has such lovely scenery. Great for a date or family fun!

Went to the Blueberry and Flower festival here at Cider Hill Farm last weekend. The Cider donuts are really good and so are most of the other snacks they bake and sell in the shop. Unfortunately it had been raining so that made the flower fields a mess to walk around in. Because of the water and mud in between the rows it was difficult to get to some of the flowers. They canceled the live music because of the weather even though they had a tent set up outside. We tried a flight of the ciders they make and w

This place is huge! Great place to pick your own blueberries, peaches, and apples! You can even pick sunflowers. They have free cider tastings from 12 to 4. You have to try their strawberry cider! Overall this place is a lot of fun and great for the whole family.

We had such a lovely experience! We went for the Halloween fall festival. We enjoyed the live music, tasty cider and fall festivities!

What for a Sip & Meet. We were meeting our new baby niece. It was a very nice venue. Very clean. The bar tender was very pleasant and sweet.

Best farm for our family after trying a whole bunch in the Boston area over the years. Feed chickens, drink cider, take tractor rides, live music and food trucks. Their store is actually quite good as well and we do the pick your own option depending on the season (blueberries, flowers, apples, raspberries)

Great for all ages! Pick your own or buy berries, fruit, vegetables. Farm stand store with gifts, meats, and of course their own CIDER, soft or hard. Calendar of events - this day had music and food trucks. Food was tasty and reasonably priced.

Awesome store featuring fresh pastries, veggies, and has a food truck to boot!!!! The apple cider donuts are tender, moist, and delicious

Our favorite place to go Apple picking. The grounds are pretty big and they have a good variety of apples. We find the higher up the hill you go the better the apples! The farm store is really nice with fresh made cider donuts and their Apple cider. They also have great produce. Every year we go they just keep on getting busier as well. Overall a great place to go for apple picking and cider!

Went for the Strawberry Festival and had an amazing time- fun music, incredible cider flights, cute store and great strawberry fields.

I did not expect place as expansive and popular as this when I went searching for good cider donuts. Cider Hill Farms is a fall wonderland. As I'm sure many people in the area would attest. They have pretty much everything you could hope for full farm house shop with a full bakery and all sorts of lovely goodies. If you are looking for a great place for you and your family to get into the fall spirit, I cant recommended Cider Hill Farm enough!

Thorighly enjoyable experience. Purchased the tickets on the day via the website (included a small bag for peach, apple or blueberry picking). Ticket per person. $8/person. The distancing for people was very spaced out. The peach area were furthest to walk (15-20 minutes) but bountiful to pick. Too many varieties to choose from. Small farm shop was nice and we got some apple cider doughnuts and cider. Lovely morning and clean facilities all around. Car parking was fairly spacious as we arrived at 10.45am

Fun time. There's a variety of ciders to choose from. A food truck and a farm store are on site, reasonable prices. Plenty of parking. You can pick apples, peaches, blueberries and strawberries. There is also a field for picking flowers, they provide a mason jar with water to keep the flowers fresh.

Quite a large farm, but shop is fairly limited. We visited with family and found plenty of parking, shop was well stocked with food, but as it was very heavy rain, unable to take advantage of a walk in the fields to pick tulips

Very pleased with the experience, my kids loved the farm! They really had a good time we all did. Very organized personnel, location is good and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely come back.

We had a blast at the Blueberry and Flower Festival. We enjoyed raspberry and blackberry picking, a hayride, Cornhole, some delicious lunch, live music, and wonderful weather. A great place to visit with family. Our little one especially enjoyed the swings, watching donuts being made, exploring the gift shop, and the pink lemonade slushies! Shade is limited on festival days during meal times, having a sun hat and sunscreen is definitely advised. We stopped here on our annual girls trip and I picked up beaut

Love going to the farm we started our season this year with tulip picking. Great way to spend some mother daughter time

Love it here, lots of pick your own options, including berries, apples, peaches, and flowers. Fresh made cider donuts and other baked goods of all kinds. Cute chickens too!

Great place for Apple picking. Even late in the season there were plenty of great apples. The store has lots of goodies including fresh made doughnuts.

Super fun day, picking peaches and blueberries. The flower garden is stunning, and people were creating the most gorgeous bouquets.

Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury, Ma is decked out for the season with gourds of all shapes & sizes, apple picking, cider donuts and more. The apple crisp ice cream was delicious and we picked up some of their house made cider to go

Cider Hill farm is my favorite place for fresh cider donuts. They're the best! And now their new food truck has cider donut ice cream or ice cream made with their fresh fruits. Their pick-your-own apples have a great variety (sadly no honey crisps). I've never picked peaches here but their interior farm stand says they have 20 varieties. There are plenty of picnic tables to have a bite or take a rest. And they set up little decorative areas for perfect pictures. Kids can feed goats and chickens.

We loved coming here!! Those apple cider donuts were so good and so warm! I ate three without thinking. Next time, we will actually apple pick. We were in a hurry this time. But the farm stand was full of delicious baked goods. Can't wait to go again! ??

I loved this store! Will definitely be coming back to do some apple picking. Prices are (obviously) a little higher than a big grocery store, but they're still reasonable.

We love coming here! Though busy, it never feels overwhelming. They have plenty of helpers so parking is smooth, and there's plenty of options for apples. In years past we have tried going to other orchards and found ourselves missing the efficiency and fun of Cider Hill. We usually pick in Apple Block 5, and rarely do we come away empty handed. On this visit we did notice a few blighted apples yet overall the trees were producing lots of fruit that looked healthy. And for the price, I feel it's worth the e

Beautiful flowers. Amazing food! Great fun products. Could spend all day and all my money here ??????

Great Farm to visit! Well managed with friendly staff, clean and well kept! Great store and the Farm is absolutely beautiful!

If you haven?t gone yet - you have no idea what your missing out!! From the incredible variety of fruits to choose from (as well as the different and exquisite types), the variety of vegetables, then to mouth watering cider hill doughnuts and treats, to hear the beautiful laughter from the toy bikes and from the sandbox of the children and seeing smiles stretched across for miles from visitors to the incredible employees! As you can read there are so many wonderful characteristics to describe this one in a

Excellent quality local and locally sourced grocer, and family activity spot! A real hidden gem in Amesbury, located a little off the beaten path of I-95!

You have to celebrate the fall. This is a no miss stop for you and your family to get into the spirit. They make a 110% effort at Cider Hill Farm.

Cool and extensive list of farm style foods and products, especially the cider donuts! Lots of rustic products too.

It was my first pick your own experience. Great place for picking strawberries. Also strawberries are delicious and very juicy! We loved them! Definitely recommend!

Such a charming, beautiful place! Gorgeous selection of flowers. A great general type store to walk around and find unique gifts.

I love Cider Hill Farm, I love all their farm fresh products. Fruit, veggie, and flower picking are great family and group activities. They've expanded their options for food and dining, which I also enjoy.

My Family absolutely loves Cider Hill Farm! We shop here for everything from produce, to homemade pies and quiche. Don't forget the Cider Doughnuts and baked goods. The kids love to pick blueberries, but we never miss Apple picking season in the fall. Please visit for a great time. You can follow them on Instagram too!

Actually one of the best farms in the state. Great store and apple picking. Very organized and is just perfect and picturesque. Bit of a drive however worth it for the experience

Beautiful farm to go visit in the fall. They have apple picking and a nice farm store.

Late season for flowers Apples were all delicious The staff and selection in the store was amazing. Great spot for all ages

I literally love this place so much, apple picking in the fall is such a treat and their cider donuts and oatmeal cr?me pies are out of this world

Cute place. Definitely a family affair. If you like apples, this is the place. May be a bit over priced, but it's local... So glad to pay. Got the honey, delicious. Also got a pie and I have to say it was ok. Not awesome. I kinda expected an awesome apple pie . Simple ingredients, naturally sweet, tasted the apples, good pieces of apples not too mushy. But the Pie crust, boy.. not great at all. For 16 $ I think take the apples and make your own. It will be better for sure. Also bought apple crumble s

I loved the experience, and without a doubt, the best donuts I've ever had.

Great events and staff, with amazing food and hard cider. Great mini day trip with friends and family.

Went to pick your own blueberries and flowers festival for a date and we had a great time! The most beautiful flowers and a variety of types of blueberries. Staff were happy and cider was good too. Goats and chickens were fun to be around as well. Overall a very fun experience.

Great apple picking. My new favorite apple is Acey Mac! The farm store has apple cider donuts, fresh produce including apples if you don't want to pick your own, regular and hard cider. So much to see and do here.

Great stop for a for a family day. Picked wild flowers, listened to a great band and had some hard cider.

Had a lovely Sunday afternoon here picking apples, tasting hard cider, eating apple cider donuts, shopping around the country store, and generally having a grand old time. Lots of different kinds of apples and clear instructions on where they all were.
