I have to say it was overpriced for the quality. I love trying new places but this was not a winner. I paid $18 for 1 bagel sandwich and 6 donuts. The donuts are over cooked and more like a crispy donut not fluffy and warm. Definitely not Western Bagel material either. The toppings on the bagel were subpar. Sorry, not likely to return.
The bagel sandwiches are so good. I think for the price you?re getting great quality and a nice portion. I?m pretty picky about my bacon, and they serve great bacon. I will say that sometimes they don?t carry their entire menu, which can be a little sad. However I think that that really speaks to have fresh their baked goods are. Really great staff too. They only take card, but there is an atm in the store.
Bagel is not cooked all the way. $5 for an uncooked bagel? Never again.
If you ever come across this mom & pop shop please stop by and pick up a #8 with Jalape?o bagel(Home made) fresh off the oven ?? and the coffee is good too!

They serve CHICKEN FROM A CAN ! The picture on the menu looks like it?s grilled chicken. If that?s the case it?s overpriced just to serve you CHICKEN FROM A CAN that smells and looks just like tuna. They didn?t want to give me a refund either, hated the smell and the texture

Fantastic little gem in a very busy shopping center. Better to park behind their building and walk up the stairs into the complex. Bagel tasted fresh even though I went at noon. They're generous with the cream cheese too. This is definitely going to be a regular stop for me!

Went there today for the first time , felt rushed by the male at register . Overall my bagel was good . Could have have been super if it was toasted as I asked him to . New spot for me and I have lived here my whole like definitely a gem ! Oh they served my bagel sandwich with jalape?os oh my it hit the spot. My new spot for sure
I would have given them 5 stars. But the customer service is not so good ??. You can be waiting to buy something and they won't come out from the back and try to help you. And they are super slow to make your food. I get in the shop at 3:15am and get out 3:40am.. From there But on the positive side the food tastes and looks good.
I moved to Sylmar from NY during the pandemic to be close to family. I was happy to leave much of the East coast behind except for a few creature comforts that NY is good at providing. One of those things is bagels. I thought for sure I wouldn?t find a good bagel in LA but I have been proven wrong and I don?t even have to leave Sylmar to get them. Nice work Choony?s! So glad to have discovered you guys.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Inattentive rude staff, not to mention there was a Literal Rock in my breakfast sandwich. When I told them they didn't care at all. Horrible place, don't waste your time or money
I got blueberry bagel and ham n cheese croissant. Both were great. I would rate bagel 8.5/10 and croissant 9/10. Both were fresh and even warm still.
today 3/19/2015 4:30 I bought two donuts 15 minutes later I puked. second time this happens there won't be a third. I don't know how they cook there donuts. be aware of this donut shop.
Not only did they make me wait longer because they gave me the wrong size . But i found a little piece of metal that came out of my boba. Today while i was drinking it . I bought it April 1, 2016 at 10:06. I dont get how they can let stuff like this pass. I was lucky enough to not swallow it and catch it before . ??

They are mean to their employees they don?t share the tip money they keep it ?? the ladies told me when o was going to leave a tip in the cup so I gave them to their hand
