Chick's Donuts & Coffee Shop

Ordered previously and it was great. I ordered a delivery this morning two hours before they opened. The waited until 930 to cancel my order and say they werent open. I called to see what happened and the guy said the in person orders take priority. Guys at the office were really disappointed.

Devoured half of the Vietnamese Sandwich, it's incredible. Will save the other half for later. Comes in either chicken or pork

They have the best chocolate frosted old fashioned donuts in the area. I'm very picky about my donuts, and these surpass the mark for my enjoyment. A lot of people rave about the other items they serve. I tried the bagelwich and was unimpressed with the bagel, especially for the price, it was like thin bread and I thought I probably should have gone with a croissant like the cashier suggested. I'll keep going back for the donuts and try other items if I'm hungry when I'm there but I wouldn't recommend the b

Come here for the donuts! Fried to perfection. Soft, spongy, and tasty. I am a traditionalist I always order the plain, raised donut. The donuts are as soon as you walk in. The old-school homey coffee shop is the rest of the place. Service is fast.

Paying for an online order to pick up needs to be taken off of website. They do not utilize it anymore but it still takes your money. I can't even dispute it until it's done processing. Highly frustrating.

Super disgusted and dissatisfied with this place. I ordered through DoorDash and when it arrived the donuts had roaches inside. I thought maybe it came from the DoorDash driver but they were coming from inside the donuts. Even though the quality of the donuts seem soft and fresh, I believe they have some major infestation of roaches and who knows what else. I will never order from here again.

Came here for a Vietnamese coffee and some breakfast excited to try a new spot. The biscuits and gravy were so stale, yet completely falling apart covered in poorly seasoned, poorly made gravy. Wonderful little shop, very friendly service. Donuts were excellent. The drip coffee was good, thd hot chocolate was from a machine, but kids like it. Pancakes were a miss, unfortunately, but wife's breakfast burrito was amazing.

I ordered a dozen donuts today which is Christmas Day. I was surprised they are open, but happy that they are. I placed a phone order to pick up and got my donuts quickly. A dozen donuts cost $12.75. you are able to pay with cash or card.

Wasn't greeted in, had to find my own menu. Waited then shortly after another table sat down and was immediately greeted with menus, silverware, and had their drinks taken down. After that got my order taken and at least the food was okay and quick. Never checked up to ask how anything was, patiently waited for the server but never bothered to come by after I finished my food for 20 minutes. If anyone does come by y'all can just simply walk out since they never bat an eye in your direction.

We have been coming here for years and it has never disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and make sure their customers are fully taken care of, even when it's busy... and it gets busy a lot! So HAPPY I found chick?s donuts!! They?re delicious donuts remind me of donuts in New York. Just super soft and flavorful and they don?t taste commercial or plastic like I notice at most donut shops! And they have seating!! Five stars for sure!! Thanks girls that work there!!

A little disappointed in the food this morning. My daughter's bread was moldy, the potatoes tasted like they just refried them in oil and the bell peppers and onions weren't sauteed with the potatoes. So therefore the veggies were just thrown on top. Yes they didn't charge me for my meal because I didn't even eat it all. I probably had like three or four bites. I usually really enjoy that place but the donuts are better than the actual breakfast. Should have went to Giant Chef.

This place is great! A lot of people mistake this place for only a donut shop but they serve great breakfast as well as sandwiches and other items. Donuts hers are fresh and delicious. The fresh squeezed orange juice machine is also fantastic. I had a ABC breakfast sandwich which was avocado, bacon, and cheddar cheese on top of a fried egg with your choice of bread. It came with hash browns which were cooked perfectly golden brown very light and delicious!

Chick's is always solid. Every time we bring someone here they request to go back. I was ordering their Mexican Benedict on a weekly basis for a while. It's one of the few places where I get the same thing every time. The doughnuts are okay. Nothing special or bad to say about them. Everyone that works there is super nice so don't spoil it.

The food and service is amazing here. I keep forgetting to take pictures of what I order because I am too busy enjoying my breakfast. Prices are affordable. Chicks should be nominated for the television show Diners, Drive-in's and Dives - - it's that good! Keep up the amazing work!

I got mold on one of the donuts I got from too good to go they say they are one day old but these are stale and hard wish I could post a picture of the donut I just picked up on 8/28/2024

How have I never seen this place! On a whim when I was too busy to cook this morning saw this on Doordash and was intrigued by donuts and saw they have all kinds of Eggs Benedict and tasty treats! We haven?t had Eggs Benedict in forever and theirs is buttery and delicious! Amazing! Can?t wait to try their donuts and specialty pastries. This place has made our morning.

These donuts are awesome. Not bread-y like at Safeway, these are real, fluffy, delicious donuts. The regular good is great too! My son got a kids meal with pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Everything was delicious and super inexpensive! Our new favorite hole in the wall spot :)

This place is more than a donut and coffee shop. I was surprised to find out it's more of a diner than a donut shop when I walked in to pick up some donuts cause of silly cravings ??. The service is wonderful, as well as the food. Reasonable pricing. And... The most comfortable booth seats I've ever sat in! Highly recommend Chick's!! I've been going here for years for breakfast. If you've never been let me suggest the ham and cheese croissant sandwich. It's delicious and I have them usually add egg, bacon, and sausage to it for a real treat.

Maple bars are phenomenal. Buttermilk and old fashioned are lackluster at best. They taste more like iced cake than the buttermilk donut-y dense almost pound cake texture I was looking for. They are very reasonabley priced, though!

Such a happy place. The staff there are super friendly. They make you smile soon as you walk in. They have a sit in diner so you can have breakfast and lunch and buy donuts on your way out. The food is good and service is quick. I love this place.

I visited this old dive on a Monday at noon. Found a place at the counter and served right away. There is a donut case at register up front too. Great tastes and selections all around. This visit I had hash browns and a ham, egg, and cheese croissant with coffee. Staff is very nice. Must try!

Super tasty donuts. I like the maple bars. My wife?s favorite is the glazed buttermilk bar. It?s a small place. Get there early if you can for the best selection. Nice staff.

We actually came here to try the food and were pleasantly surprised by the calibre and quality. The Hawaiian burger (recommended by the waitress) I had was one of the better burgers I've had in awhile. If you're Malaysian like I am, it's less of a proper Hawaiian burger, but reminiscent of a good Ramli burger.

Chick's Donut is my favorite neighborhood restaurant for breakfast. I love the operation hours they open up everyday at 5:30am closes later in the noon. Their service ROCKS!!!! waitors are awesome, Food is a killer, price is just right and friendly regulars. Menu got a lot of good choice for breakfast and lunch. I love their coffee better than starbucks believe me. Their coffee is not so hard on my body it is just right. I always get the number 7 the Chick's Special. I am just the same old same old LOL

When I arrived, the order was not only not filled, but the owner came out and started to complain to me that the prices listed on Grubhub are 6 years old and they don?t make any money on Grubhub orders. I think ownership has changed. The texture of raised donuts are dense not normally light and airy. Also the old fashion donuts are oily. They have the new malasala hawaiian donut which is nice but oily too.

Open during Covid for take out with SocDist. Kid friendly, took my two little kids with masks to pick out their donuts. Good selection, although not massive, but plenty of donuts to choose from. Ham Egg and Cheese Croissant is to die for.

Great Bacon Donuts to order.

We went there, were given water after a wait, then completely ignored. We were the only Caucasians in there. People after us were seated and served. We were refused services by being ignored. I thought this kind of racism needed 40 years ago but it's alive and well in Concord. Avoid the haters
